Re: Trade Report MikumaMaru finished the following routes in the past few days. Zoner - IMG chokuhai, Kusari joryoku, and Plutonium chokuhai II. 5000 cargo units utilized.
Of course Kako flew as escort leading the way and ensuring MikumaMaru's safety.
A few friendly trading vessels were passed in the trade lanes. Overall, a quiet yet profitable trip.

Re: Sigma-19 Production Meeting
After finishing a operations meeting at Ogashawa I launched in my Eagle into Sigma space. Afterwards I hear our Paramilitary over our GMG com channel, it seems they were engaged with Outcasts in Beta. A short while later Taro Katsuo-san and another GMG pilot cruise by at full speed, no doubt headed to Beta. I decide to hover near Ogashawa in case assistance is needed. What seemed like an eternity and after hearing one of our fighters was put down I decide to offer assistance. Some what reluctantly I headed for the Beta jump hole, it's been a few years since my last real fighter encounter. Holding the CEO position does nothing for honing fighter combat skills.
After transitioning to Beta space I immediately see several GMG craft blasting away at a swarm of Outcast ships. *a sinking feeling rushed through me* I broke my thought and hit thrusters to 100% to join my fighting douhai. I selected a Sabre and joined the tangle of gun blasts. After a few rounds on a Sabre I managed to lower it's shields then to my surprise a ball of nova anti matter envelopes my port side. My emergency pod ejects and mere seconds later I hear my Eagle explode. *adrenaline turns to solitude* I couldn't stop thinking, if only I had another round on that Sabre. Later a near by GMG pilot tractors my pod in to his hold. He mentions his guns are damaged and is enroute to Ogashawa. Luck continues to favor me.
An hour later I launch from Ogashawa's bay in a GMG fighter with good intentions to head back to Fujisawa. Once in space I see Kasugai Hatsumi-san hovering in his bomber. Then out of a gas cloud a Nephthys with a Interspace IFF cruises up and opens fire on my right wing. *another dose of adrenaline pushes through my viens* I snapped thrusters to full to evade this madman and lucky for me Hatsumi-san vollyed his guns in my defense. My scanners revealed civilian sensor equipment on the assassin's ship, this has to be corporate dirty work. A few seconds later Hatsumi-san puts him on the run. The assassin was no match against one of our best Paramilitary pilots. Immediatly after the Nephthys left scanner range two of our PM pilots returned from Beta, Taro Katsuo-san and Kako Shimakaze-san. Once we regrouped near Ogashawa an Outcast convoy loaded with slaves has the gall to cruise within 5k. Commander Katsuo and his men were on those convoys in seconds had their engines full stop. At the end of the day, MikumaMaru was called in to assist in transporting the slaves retreaved by our Paramilitary pilots. Commander Katsuo-san will enlighten you on the details. Needless to say I returned to Fujisawa on MikumaMaru. The Captains chair feels more at home then in those fighter cockpits. All and all a great days work and profit was realized today. Sake rounds are on me for any of our PM pilots. Next time I may use the halocom for our production meetings at Ogashawa.
Not long ago, I assembled another strike-force consisting of myself in an Kaichou, Corporal Kako Shimakaze in his Roc, the two recruits Alan Jones and Koroku Hayashi both in Karasus, and a newcomer by the name of Tadashi Katsu piloting his very own Eagle. I gathered our forces at planet Honshu, between the Okinawa and Sigma-19 systems not to alarm any watching Outcasts spying on Sigma-19...
We set up our ambush near the jump hole that the Outcasts origin from, and lay in wait. We did not have to wait long until a simple Cardamine smuggler showed up, quickly turning back through the hole to warn his foul suppliers, no doubt. Our plan worked, just as expected. Although, I must say we were a little surprised that the enemy sent one of their largest and most powerful warships to combat us, and with no other escorts at that! The Ranseur Dreadnought IceShield had entered the system.
Battle ensued, and poor unlucky recruit Jones-san took a direct hit from an devastating salvo of the dreadnoughts guns, instantly obliterating his ship. Corporal Shimakaze used his tractor beam to bring the ejected pod aboard on his vessel as the rest of us fought on zealously! An Outcast bomber joined the battle, but it were quickly destroyed when our agile Heavy Fighters harassed it until it's own weaponry blow up just as he fired torpedoes, transforming his ship into nothing more than a ball of fire, seconds later to be extinguished by the vacuum of space. With newly gained strength, we pounded the dreadnoughts hull with antimatter after antimatter impact.
We knew time was of the essence, as by previous encounters with the Outcast, they always increase in numbers when one of them are threatened with utter destruction. It was not long until what seemed all Outcasts within a hundred light years had their guns aimed at us, doing their best to prevent us from destroying the dreadnought, slowly but steadily. Finally, upon the brink of destruction, a more seasoned Outcast pilot ordered the dreadnought IceShield to fall back to Alpha.
We did our best to ensure it's destruction, but the jump hole to Alpha was not far and it managed to limp through. Surely the Outcasts won't be foolish enough to send any more unprotected warships straight into our jaws!
With the dreadnought gone, we turned our attention to the remaining forces. At least four Sabres fighters and three Tridente gunships were still present. I ordered the gunships to be picked off one by one until only the fighters remained. We did so with little effort, our Antimatter aim could not be questioned!
By now, our forces were exhausted and we had trouble fighting the remaining Sabres as they proved to be difficult for us to hit, and then dodge the incoming fire. I took a decision that probably saved the life of my men. While being targeted by all hostile fighters, I ordered my brethren to fall back towards Sigma-19, while myself remained to occupy the Outcasts thus allowing my men to escape.
When everyone was out of harms way, I made my own escape attempt back to Sigma-19 with the Outcasts hot in pursuit. The Outcasts tried to taunt us in turning around and attack them, calling us 'Cowards' for running. Clearly they still don't understand our guerilla strategies and combat doctrines: Strike deep, hit hard, and get out before we're overrun and destroyed.
Another glorious win for the Guild! We inflicted huge casualties on the Outcasts, while only suffering minimal losses ourselves. I would assume the Outcast dreadnought to be out of action for the foreseeable future as it maintains repairs, thus drawing manpower and resources of the Outcasts that could otherwise be used to fight us.
With our success, I would also like to congratulate everyone who participated in the raid. You all made me very proud, and I'm a lucky Commander to have such men at my disposal. You all earned battlefield promotions for your actions, and I'm happy to deliver the good news to you!
Corporal Kako Shimakaze, I've long been searching for another Lt-Commander to assume the role alongside Sum Yungai as my most trusted and valuable officers in the Paramilitary. There are few men and women in Sirius worthy being called my "right hand". You are one of them. Congratulations, Lt-Commander Kako Shimakaze!
Recruit Alan Jones and Recruit Koroku Hayashi, you both fought valiantly and displayed true combat prowess that is required by all Paramilitary ensigns. I'm glad to have you by my side in dangerous times such as these. Congratulations, Ensign Alan Jones and Ensign Koroku Hayashi!
Tadashi Katsu-san, without your help I'm not certain the battle would have such an success, and I thank you greatly for accompanying and assisting us when we needed it the most. I'm also very glad to hear you've officially joined our ranks within the GMG| Paramilitary division. Congratulations, Recruit Tadashi Katsu

Konbanwa, Members of the Guild.
There has been a major change in GMG leadership. Guild Master Marieka Kyieto has resigned from her former position of Guild Master. She is now happily serving paperwork-free on the bridge of the Karura-Maru. The Board of Administrators has elected Taro Katsuo to take her seat at the administration table as the fifth Guild Master. Congratulations Guild Master-sama, though this promotion comes with the understanding that we still expect you to occasionally lead strikes into Omicron Beta to keep the Outcasts on their toes.
The new Commander of the Paramilitary is Satoru Akimitsu. Despite his youth, he takes after his father in his ability to command GMG forces as well as issue orders in dangerous situations. Congratulations, Commander-san.

Konnichiwa brothers and sisters of the Guild,
This is my first patrol report, and already early into my time as a Guild Member I am faced with the dangers of this career.
I senced some strange activity in Sigma 19 so I went in to check it out, Not far from the Honshu Jumpgate, I spotted a Corsair fighter, it was right by the lane, no doubtly pirating our fellow guild members and allies. I gave it a warning to leave, but it did not respond, with this I went ahead and charged my weapon core, I targeted the Corsair and engaged. After a few minutes of fighting, Ion storm interference shrouded my view and as soon as it cleared, the Corsair was gone.

Konbanwa,
A group of Zoners have located the wreckage of the Monbetsu-Maru in the Omega-11 system, which went missing a few days ago. Mysteriously, the Kujira is void of cargo or escape pods. Analysts manged to recover the following guncam shots:
As most of you know, I, Taro Katsuo, have been elected as the newest Guild Master of the Gas Miners Guild! I am humbled, to be a leader in this fantastic Guild. To be trusted by the other Guild Masters, and you, the finest men and women in all of Sirius, to lead you in the glorious name of the Guild!
Marieka Kyieto will be sorely missed as one of the Five, and I can only do my best to serve the Guild like she did, with all my heart. Satoru Akimitsu, the son of honourable Satoru Kanegi-san, will be replacing me as our Commander. He may be young, but extremely efficient as a battle commander, something his father must have passed onto him.
Speaking of Akimitsu-san and his family, the Satoru family donated 1.500.000.000 Sirius Credits to the GMG| Paramilitary Division. These credits will help fund the Guild's newest project: Wages for the Paramilitary.
Each pilot in the Paramilitary will be paid according to their rank, and activity in the Guild's Private Archives. New Recruits will not be paid initially, only after they reach the rank of Ensign, and I'm willing to promote every Recruit that report in the GPA for the first time.
Payments will be sent every Friday, with added bonuses of every post in the GPA since last payday.
The budget will also include combat repairs of every strike craft in the Paramilitary, whenever myself or Commander Akimitsu are present to send you the required credits.
See the following figure for your entitled wage and potential bonuses.
GMG| payroll:
Santou Kaisa - Lt-Commander - 3 million weekly wage; bonuses:
+1 M for every satisfactory post in the GPA.
Nitou Kaii - Juniour Officer (aka Corporal) - 2 million weekly wage; bonuses:
+600 K for every satisfactory post in the GPA.
Santou Kaii - Ensign - 1 million weekly wage; bonuses:
+300 K for for every satisfactory post in the GPA.
Santou Kaishi - Recruit - No initial wages, but are promoted to Ensigns after their first satisfactory post in the GPA.
Today I would like to report an incident involving a Corsair Gunboat. The enemy was called [NKG]Sandy.
Me and Taro Katsu decided to search for this vessel and we spotted not to for from Helgoland Station, attacking freindly and neutral shippers. After Taro had asked him to leave several times, he dis-obeyed, and decided to open fire on a ALG Train. Me and Taro engaged, and with some success we managed to have him on the ropes untill he fled into a Gas cloud
Kampai! Once again we defeated the Hogosha and their accomplices! They attempted to stage another raid against the Isehara Terraforming Outpost. Luckily for us, the long range scanners picked them up from afar and we had time to assemble interceptors.
I gave the order to Commander Satoru Akimitsu to round up any available fighter/bomber pilots and join me in the vicinity of Miura. Lt-Commander Kako Shimakaze, Ensign Mang Taku and Recruit Tadashi Katsu all answered the call and joined us in space.
Then we saw what I would suspect to be a reconnaissance ship sent out by the Hogs; A Gaian fighter by the name of Aoyagi Ritsuka. The Gaian claimed to be updating its nav-maps, but I've heard that one before...
After a brief conversation with the Gaian, who tried to delay us further, we set out to intercept the enemy strike force before it was too late! We engaged our cruise engines and set course straight for the Hogs!
We found the enemy after only a short flight from Isehara. Two Black Dragon fighters and a Ahoudori gunboat! As we suspected, the Gaian fighter joined their forces briefly after first contact. Both sides taunted each other, but soon battle ensued!
Ion storm interference was quite bad during the skirmish, but we finally managed to wreck the Ahoudori before it could destroy any of our ships! The enemy fighters were all targeting Commander Akimitsu, and we had to siphon most of our nano-bots and shield batteries to him otherwise he'd be destroyed! One by one, our enemies fell to our might. The last one of them, who would rather keep his honour than face defeat, committed suicide by detonating a mine before it could clear his dropper. Victory for the Guild, and best of all, no casualties to report of! Yatta!
And as such, I would like to congratulate both Ensign Mang Taku and Recruit Tadashi Katsu for their well deserved battlefield promotions! You both displayed great bravery in the face of our relentless enemies! Omedetou, Corporal Mang Taku and Ensign Tadashi Katsu! You can both expect an hefty increase of Credits on your pay checks by the end of the week, arigato kinkei!

I am honored by my recent promotion, and will continue to serve the GMG with all my heart and soul.
I would like to take this opportunity to share with the Guild some of the fantastic images I have captured with remote camera during our recent excursions
