I was there too (Bha'al) - we DID NOT go into Alaska looking for the LN, we told those players in question on numerous times that we did not want to fight them and that we were there to hunt the nomads, which we were. We never enticed them and were in the same system for over 1hr. The LN repeatedly called out to us but we did not return the calls. I needed to empty my cargo bay of nomad missiles etc and when came back out McTavish was there. Words were swapped and the situation explained (as above) - but all they wanted was us out of Alaska. Fair do's - that is their RP after all - but the TCG's RP is that of protection for the Atum. Why is it that when we go into Alaska the other Order players are on our case? - I would understand IF we went looking for the LN and going into NY - but we dont. Alaska is fair game for the order, thats why there are order NPC patrols - the ONLY time I have gone further south than ellesmere JH is because I was chasing a trader who wouldn't stop - he got into NY and I let it be at that.

the Order does not have anything against the LN, we fight them defensively, same as the BHG. Our primary concern is the nomads, and unless you have direct evidence of an infected LN ship, you need to stop bugging them in alaska every day.

3) We didn't bug them - we were the only 1's in Alaska for about 20mins or so before LN came in calling for us

You cant come along, join the faction, buy a battleship, and declare yourself above everyone else who's worked to build the Order from the ground up.

1) He didn't come along and just buy a BS - we were in VHF and Bombers for a while
2) We havn't declared ourselves above all else but have declared our RP - we follow much the same rules as the faction such as no attacking Libertines or BHG unless attacked 1st, and go hunting Nomads. ON a further note - we dont go into Alaska until the server pop is below 120 - there or there abouts - so we can go after the NPC's


On another note - why did you bother coming into Alaska in the 1st place - there was PLENTY of LN there and only the 3 of us (1 cap, 1 GB and 1 VHF) - who did you think was going to win. We knew what was going to happen as the LN wasn't going to back down because we weren't going to leave. Doesn't take a genius to work that 1 out. We were trying to RP the situation before others stuck their noses in - that or they wanted to try to get Waratah in trouble again. I wasn't there at the time in question of waratah's alleged shooting as I was killed in battle and making my why back to minor, but we were on TS together and all I heard was - and I quote "what the f*** is he shooting me for? - hes shooting at me FFS" - and so I told him to shoot back - self defence and all that. They have tried to get waratah sanctioned before but were caught out through doctored S/S and now this - I wonder what is next

I gave everyone who was present ample time to explain themselves and calm down the situation, yet your entire group remained more or less silent up until the point when the fighting broke out. Had you said something, things might have ended differently.

This is the problem here - I dont have time to read every single RP story on these boards, I read the ones that most apply to my characters. I've only skimmed through parts of waratah's post, and frankly I didnt consider it important when looking at his past behavior. I was going off of what little information was given at the time to make a decision and appease all factions and individuals present, and unfortunately neither yourself nor waratah was willing to speak up and help me to that end.

Now, as I said, I saw Waratah shoot at me, cerberus shots in alaska are pretty hard to miss. It could be that he was shooting at one of the LN, and my ship ended up inbetween him and the target, but what I saw at the time was a hostile act from a player who has been repeatedly cited and charged with attacking his own allies. I had personally been attacked by Waratah prior to this incident, in a revenge attack when I wasnt even the transgressor, and not only that but a re-engagement after he had been killed by other order players, including players among order high command.

It is possible this was all a misunderstanding, I'm not above admitting that, but I suggest Waratah, and all those he associates himself with, start working -with- other order players in the future instead of always acting like outcasts, because acting like you dont belong will only make other players feel like you dont belong.

And to Waratah in particular, you can RP that you out-rank me, or dont follow my orders, all you want - but it doesnt change the fact that with the exception of two or three players, I am one of the longest-standing order players on discovery that is still active. I have been around and in the order for far longer than you have even existed on this server, in all regards I am your superior and elder when it comes to Order RP. I'm not going to throw you out if you show the will and effort to change and fit in with the rest of us, but I do expect you to listen and obey simple instructions. When I tell you to do something, I'm not speaking out of a powertrip or vendetta, I'm speaking out of experience - because I've probably made the same mistakes in the past that you're making now (well, not as drastic, but you get the point).

As an order player, my first priority is ensuring that proper relations are maintained between the order and other factions, and my second priority is ensuring that order players are not acting out of character when I see them in space. I'm not here to get people sanctioned, banned, fined, stomped on, thrown out, or in general disrespected by the community - I'm not after you in particular. What I'm after is the general cleansing or correction of the -numerous- players who are making life very difficult for those of us who actually stick to proper order RP. Do us a favor, and do not become (or rather, continue to be) one of those troublemakers.

This is the simple facts, you came there to get me into trouble by saying i shot at you. There was no need for you to be there in your GEB and the screenshots say it all. You seem to think that because of prior things that have happened everyone will believe you when you make up stories. Maybe it was the Atum`s fire you flew into who knows, but as Finn stated we were there engaging in our RP as we always do when the server has low numbers. And in future you will not give me any Orders from your GEB , you infact will listen to mine form the Waratah.

It had been mentioned to all when we were asked why we were in there. It had been stated in // chat that we WERE in RP after being told in // chat that we were not in RP for being in Alaska. (which kinda contradicts server RP)

We were engaged with talks between LN and ourselves LONG before you entered them. We would have liked for the LN to tell us "Okay - stay in this part of the system and do not attack or annoy us" which is what was put forward at 1 point to which we thought, and rightly so, they wouldn't go for. We didn't speak with you as we were speaking with them. We did however speak with IL-Salvation as he also was trying to defuse the situation but we explained the craic and he replied to the LN that he could do nothing and left us to it. (fair play to you Sal;) ). Thing could have ended differently as you say but we knew we were gonna get it - and what is wrong with that - it is only a game - we dont REALLY die....

1) By your own admission you state you didn't have the full facts on the matter and so you shouldn't have tried to take control of a situation that you weren't fully clued up on - put it this way - if there was 2 people in a bar ready to box and you didn't know why, you wouldn't wade in and try to take control of it, would you. - You'd properly be the 1 ending up getting a punch from both parties if you had.....

3) In this instant, the 1st time he did not shoot nor regen his hull so the fact that you say you were shot upon BEFORE the re-engagement are false - he did shoot upon undocking (the re-engagement you speak off) though this has all been dealt with already

Well if in fact that you say that this could have been all a misunderstanding then you wont mind a request for you to withdraw your sanction report will you - since Waratah did have no intentions of firing on you. (My guess though is that you wont) It does say that players are meant to try and sort the situation out between themselves before a sanction request is applied for but you made no such effort. Once again - mmmmmm. Who says that we are working against the order? TCG, including Waratah, frequently help others out in Minor doing missions or defending if the BHG come to cause havok. We sit in minor while the server numbers are high and do large perimeter patrols around Minor and the odd 1 in O-100 for RP sake.
There is even a player - Order Labs - who asked if Waratah would give the lab all his Nomads (off which the was a considerable amount, including superior brains) and he did so without asking for any credits.

But if someone does out-rank you in RP then thats thats sorted - it is an RP server. You may be here longer than him but RP doesn't care - RP only cares for RP - surely, with you being here for so long, should know that eh?

He is only a "troublemaker" because of his old status as 1 of the Krays - and you know this. He has been told, and I was there when it was said so I ain't going on what he told me, that he wasn't liked BECAUSE of jumping ship and joining the Apocs (which he only done as he thought it would bring a bit of excitement that corner of space) and was continuously talked about on Skype.

And what is TCG|?official faction,since when?how long have you been on server?where is some RP about it on forums?
I have proof that Waratah only seeks pvp,he makes some RP story on forum,and he thinks that is enough to justify his desire for pvp.
And I will post it here,no mather what happens.



I did reported him,but sanction never went through.

Pay attention to where he says:this is twice we outnumbered them,and we chicken out.
He seeks overkill and pvp.
It was true we did have LN outnumbered like 2,3 to 1 in capital ships.
It would be pretty big overkill.
We didn't want to fight,but some people were persistent.
After we left Alaska,he called us pu****s for because of that.
He got annoyed because we didn't slaughter LN.

I don't know what else to say...
I don't expect anything to come out of this,and I know that it was like 2 weeks ago,and I shouldn't post it here,but I wanted for people to see this...his true face.
