" a week has past - communications with our neighbouring factions were conducted. - judging from the feedback received - the detachment of Freeport 11 from the politically siriuswide acting CoZ has been decided.

from this time on, Freeport 11 will only act on a local level again and has severed its ties to the CoZ as the primarily acting zoner institution.

local needs and local relationships will be focussed on instead of politically siriuswide connections to factions and groups that aren t even remotely close to omicron-delta. For this station, it is of vital importance to act according to the zoner way - without favour for any side but the zoners side.

the command staff at FP11 will gain full political authority for system local political matters - but will of course remain openminded for the needs of the zoner community at large.

it is important to remain neutral in omicron-delta ... as the freeports location is not only central and exposed, but also vulnerable without the assistance and trust of all the human inhabitants. - to keep this trust and peace - the NFZ will of course be kept up, as it originally has been a FP11 concept in the first place.

dedicated guards and zoner pilots are welcome to gently look for peace and order within this perimeter - but also to welcome guests and customers at the station. safety, prosperity and trust are virtues that have to guide our way into the future.

in time, i trust that the independence will be fully acknowledged by every faction around and within omicron-delta - and that this neutrality without favour brings stability into a war torn system. - close ties to corinth will of course be upheld as well as a permanent emergency line to freeport 15 and Livadia will ensure that - in the case of an emergency - assistance can be asked for.


with this announcement, i wish to thank our neighbours for their understanding and their trust in the situation and to remember that freeport 11 will always offer trade and security as much as it is possible.



i will monitor the situation from the Persephone - but the political power of the station will be left to the station command staff ( //npc ) - there won t be a "governer" or similar - as the station will be able to manage itself.

Well, since Freeport 11 has pretty much severed its ties with the Council, and has declared itself "Independant" -mumbles- I could've sworn all Freeports were.. I will be relocating my vessel to a new location. Expect to find the halls of the Freeport very empty, as all of the people living on my vessel, as well as the crew, and others who have decided to live on Paradise will be leaving. It's a shame really, I enjoyed the views in Delta.

But since the Freeport has their.. -He grins as he speaks, ever so sarcastic..- ever watchful and vigilant guard commanding the Persephone keeping an eye of things, I see no need to stay here.

We are scheduled to leave within the next few hours, after all of the diagnostics and minor tinkerings in the vessel have been finished. Take care out there, and here's hoping you won't regret it.
