best fighters...hehe...some are good, but not all...indeed some know some ships better then some others, but all tests are done in a way that both pilots after first fight change their ships to what opponent had with exact same loadout. There are many things and way how we test and indeed they are work and not fun.

Balancing one ship compared to most of enemy ships and finding balance in that is not easy. So, before you get annoyed, or start calling people names stop and think how would you feel in their place. Nothing in this game fell from sky, and all of you and us worked on this mod (RP stories, evolving your characters to participate in modding this game) . So what...we didnt get this from first try...so even second try meets your fancy...is that end of the world?...

I can use a greyhound and decimate some of the lesser pilots that the BAF has to offer, even back to back.

But, does that mean that i should get my ship nerfed?


Would it shock you to learn that i can do the same in a templar?


I can also decimate convoys in a barghest. Does that mean you should nerf it?......

Now in the useless werewolf I was able to solo 2 different GBs 1vs1 almost without any hull damage to me.
Then in group of 2 werewolfs we killed a Cap 4 BHG GS with 3 Razors and Inferno....
and after that a group of 2 MM bombers within 2 minutes (we have logs of this encounter if you are interested).

Wonderful. Now let's see you try that with Liberators. Or Avengers. Or Guardians.

Right now the only Liberty Rogue ship that's worth a damn against fighters is our Transport. Seriously.

FYI the las change to Kusari unlawful ships was initiated by someone leading one of the unlawful factions and I was arguing against some of those changes cause they would weaken the unlawful ships too much.

But off course that goes past your simple vision of things.

Now, I know the balance team is often drawing unwarranted Flak upon it, yeah, I know, some ships need to be nerfed and all, but maybe, just maybe half the people in this community aren't wrong and the balancing team actually *is* lousy?

Sorry, but seriously, the "balance" changes are even worse than Xoria's "enhanced" trading system. Do a good job or let somebody else do it, but don't do a half-arsed job telling yourself what you're doing is good and well. I'm sure there are people around here who'd invest the time as well and would also do a damn better job than the current team.

EDIT: Alright, I admit, I got a little upset here and sound a lot harsher than probably warranted. Hm. Regardless, I highly disagree with what has been done here and the general way in which aforementioned parts of the development team work.

I can bet ten bucks I could do a better job at balancing than you, Martin. And dont start calling my visions simple when the last time you allmost ended up allowing the Pretorian dual SNs.

Oh, this change would be nice, considering it freed up a extra slot for a SW missile....oh...wait *Looks at the calss 9 slot* oh...nevermind, I guess I wasn't listening.

Yep now you came with the latest of most used arguments.
Things that were never true based on rumors. I also heard how Kusari Dessie solos a Liberty Dread, how Titan turns faster than Sabre and lately how SN was nerfed between Update 2 and Update 1 and how it flew at 600 m/s in 4.84.

Well now, I fly both lawfuls and unlawfuls. Can't call me biased. Want to nerf a ship? Go nerf the Roc, its a VHF with a SN and noone seemed too bothered about it.

I will ask you again, when was the last time you've seen a Rogue in a greyhound or a werewolf.
