Yesterday while transporting a shipment of engine components to Baltimore shipyard in New York, we had a rather strange incident in the Colorado system. At first the tradelane leading from Pueblo station to the New York jumpgate was disrupted by pirates who were luckily busy with some gaijin trader at that time. I activated the cruise engines and left the spot as soon as possible while an officer of the Liberty Navy arrived at the scene.
I expected him to engage the pirates, but instead he ordered us to stop! Since we were already docked with the tradelane we weren't able to follow the order until we arrived at the jumpgate. There he catched up and started to ask the usual questions concerning our cargo. But then he told us to stand by due to an ongoing investigation involving Samura in sabotaging Liberty structures! These accusations are an outrage, Kusari already has a war to fight and even though our Naval Forces are strong they don't have the time to take care of hostilities concerning Liberty too. Since we couldn't deny orders given by the Libertonian Law enforcement we lost time and money waiting in space for them to get their investigation to any result. Meanwhile the officer could have as well taken care of the criminals around, but it seems the Libertonians got used that much to their crime level the Navy doesn't even care about it anymore.
When we finally we allowed to pass on we were still observed and distrusted until we reached Baltimore. The place where from a naval escort actually would have been useful since we were entering the tradelane towards Planet Pittsburgh which is known to be sometimes heavily crowded by criminals.
I'll attach the radio transmission exchanged between the Libertonian officer and me in case any legal steps will be taken.

Konnichiwa, I have another disturbing incident to report.
Yesterday, while flying the Samura|-Recruitment mobile recruitment office to the Omegas we met a corsair gunboat by the name of BlackAdmiral. The captain of said vessel dared to interrupt our travels right next to Freistadt base and openly demand money from Samura. Not asking for some financial support, no, he demanded it, later even threatened to blow up our ship, even though this was rather ridiculous right next to a station. We docked with the station and waited until the danger to our vessel had passed.
Radio transmissions are attached:
Since this Captain seemed to have no idea about diplomacy, obviously not even knowing that we have a common enemy, I request to ask our contacts to forward a complaint to his leaders.

I'm here to report the successful deliver of ship hull panels to Tripoli shipyard in Omicron Gamma. The travel itself was quite uneventful as was Gamma itself, we only encountered one single corsair and noone else since undocking from Stokes. Following this the report will be kept very short today as I can only forward the shiplog on our arrival at Tripoli.
Right now we are on the way back to Kusari, let's hope it keeps as quiet as it was before.

Konnichiwa,
I have some good news to report. Recently, I took the Morioka on a patrol in the Kyushu system to inspect the security of Planet Kyushu and, mostly, Tsushima. As you know, those accursed Dragons like to shoot at it quite often. When I got there, I was instead surprised to find a small group of Bretonians along with a few Outcasts. I believe they were working together even!
Given their numbers, I joined forced with some passing Naval Forces patrol members to secure the safety of both the station and Kusari in general. The Bretonian Privateers were quickly scattered, especially after a friendly fire incident on their side. After this I returned and inspected Tsushima while the KNF chased the remaining Outcasts away. In the end, it was a vast success!
Enclosed you will find some recordings from the battle and the damage report.

Konnichiwa, colleagues.
This day was good enough for our keiretsu, from an economic point of view and not only. Once again, we managed not only to successfully carry out the operation of niobium's extraction in Leeds, but also to deliver the goods without any accidents to its customers - in the Rheinland, for further ore's processing. The fruit of the our valiant corporation's work has become quite an impressive profit.
After all trading operations and returning back to Kusari. cargo ships were moved to Yokohama Shipyard for maintenance after a long flight. Meanwhile, I set the task myself to check out the tradelanes for our next journey. After arriving from Yokohama to Shinjuku I chose one of the "Arrow" scout fighter models, disposed at the station hangar, and then departed.
The result did not take long. In the sector 3-4-F there was detected Outcast bomber (Kangur), the pilot is, of course, behaved as a very unfriendly as towards me, as towards to Kusarian Naval Forces. Immediately I sent via system channel a warning message about pirate activity in my sector, then sought help from the official authorities via KusariKomms. Almost immediately, Kuroi.Tatsu - honourable police officer - replied to my request and arrived at the sector.
The officer asked the "guest" to leave Kusari space and fined him. Outcast refused to pay, just as I thought. Honoured officer gave a final warning, then opened fire. Opponent considered unprofitable to enter into battle and almost immediately began to retreat (oddly enough, in the center of Kyushu system). Perhaps it was reasonable, as freelancer Kaizoru|Shiro.Otonashi, which was under the authority of police, came to the place. After ten minutes of pursuit target was destroyed. That is all for today.
Best regards, Aida-san
I just returned from a patrol along the lane to New Tokyo after overhearing suspicious comm messages from a gaijin. As it turned out, there was a pirate by the call-sign of Devil.Wings halfway to the planet. Ordering him to leave Kusari space led to the usual discussion about why he should and why he wouldn't do it.
When suddenly a Blood Dragon showed up too, I decided to increase my odds and called the Naval Forces for assistance. Their response was quick and soon each one fighter of the primary fleet and the 113th showed up.
A fight was inevitable. During the course of the combat, a second Dragon arrived, but nonetheless got crushed as merciless as the other one. However, the pirate managed to escape so I wouldn't be surprised if we are going to see him again. All ships in service of the emperor suffered minor hull damage at best. I've attached a guncam picture showing the final hit on one of the dragons performed from my guns.

I finally found that frequence ! Konnichiwa !
Uh, well I have nothing special to report... Exept that I found this channel !
But I would like to add that I don't see many Samura vessels in space..such a shame. Such a big company, I thought I would see more fellow employees.
Ah, I just remembered something. Well, the Big Dragon is a nice ship, but it kind of lacks defensive capabilities against big threats. Gunships are common nowadays. So, I would like to request a loan from our bank, to buy an Akegata - K7:P-19T Kusari Container Transport. Yes, I know 100.000.000 credits is much, but this credit shortage will be recovered in no time. Either by me, or by fellow employees. But I'll do anything possible to complete it myself. This can also prove how often I do trade runs with the Shinsaku.
I have also sent a few credits to the bank: Attachment

Konnichiwa captain,
The Directors board has considered your request and I'm glad to inform you that the loan has been granted.
We've come to the consensus that increasing the strength of our fleets by improving the ships of our employees is always worth supporting. The money has been transferred to the NeuralNet account of the Shinsaku:
As for repaying that loan, we would appreciate a time-span of 14-21 days from today. We are sure the new ship will help you in achieving this goal.
Sincerely, Marusa Ryo
Samura Director of Resource Acquisition

Konnichiwa,
Yesterday I finished getting back the money for the loan. First I brought some Quantum Multiplexors to our Corsair friends, bringing Artifacts back to New Tokyo. I did this for a while, but I was tired and stayed on Crete for a few days. There, I sent a part of the loan to the bank account:
I came back to New Tokyo, sold the Artifacts on New Tokyo.
Then I brought a few Multiplexors to The Ring, then Diamonds back to Shinjuku. After some time, captain Shiba Ranmaru of the Hyakushou joined me. His liner has graceful lines indeed. We both brought Multiplexors to The Ring and Oder Shipyard, and he took vacationers from Planet New Berlin to bring them to New Tokyo. We did this for a while, and I finally had enough credits to pay the rest of the loan:
Also, it seems pirates are showing a bit more respect to Samura, we encountered a Pirate Waran in Sigma-13, and when he saw Shiba-san's ship, he found it very beautiful and let us go. But I think he got scared by our ships *smiles*
We also saw a Hessian near Mannheim in Frankfurt, but he fled when we appeared on scanners.
We have come across a few rival corporation ships, too. Mainly Synth Foods and Kishiro.
That is all I can remember for this week's trading.

[08.02.2011 14:44:03] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Sadly, the cargo hold of this freighter is rather limited, as you can see.
[08.02.2011 14:44:31] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Excuse me, I'm not familiar with the multiple ship types of Gallia, at least not yet, but I assume that's a transport?
[08.02.2011 14:45:16] Andre.Bernard|IDF: A freighter, actually.
[08.02.2011 14:46:06] Andre.Bernard|IDF: It was the best option at the time when we sent our first scouts to Sirius.
[08.02.2011 14:46:10] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Not the one you are in right now, the one you talked about I mean
[08.02.2011 14:46:20] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Ah, yes. That's a transport.
[08.02.2011 14:46:48] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: We'll gladly welcome one of those should we find the samples useful
[08.02.2011 14:47:22] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: In exchange for those samples, Samura is willing to hand over a few Quantum Multiplexors your corporation is interested
[08.02.2011 14:47:23] Samura|-Shinjuku: in
[08.02.2011 14:48:28] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Most excellent.
[08.02.2011 14:48:58] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Samura has requested samples of Holo Tainment bands, Cryocubes and Bio-Neural Processors
[08.02.2011 14:49:05] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: do you have everything ready?
[08.02.2011 14:50:19] Andre.Bernard|IDF: I don't seem to have any Bio-Neural Processors... Must be a mistake somewhere
[08.02.2011 14:50:31] Andre.Bernard|IDF: I'll make sure to get a shipment down here ASAP
[08.02.2011 14:51:19] Andre.Bernard|IDF: But we do have both Cryocubes and Holo-Tainment bands in stock.
[08.02.2011 14:51:35] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: That is unpleasant, however, we will nonetheless take the available samples to speed up the negotiations
[08.02.2011 14:52:09] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: I assume your superiors would be glad about a soon and, even more so, positive result too
[08.02.2011 14:52:09] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Affirmative. Apologies.
[08.02.2011 14:52:42] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Very well, let's get to the business then, my men will initate the transfer this is where the first transfer took place
[08.02.2011 14:53:19] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Anything else?
[08.02.2011 14:54:20] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Samples successfully received
[08.02.2011 14:54:47] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Thank you. You're not interested in a sample of anything else? I believe we might be able to export Deuterium.
[08.02.2011 14:55:59] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Give me a moment to think about it
[08.02.2011 14:56:21] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Oui. No problem. This is were I talked back with Director Okada Kazuya
[08.02.2011 14:58:11] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Director Okada Kazuya just made a good point. There's no harm in taking further samples.
[08.02.2011 14:58:37] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: And Samura, or if not us, so at least Kusari could have some use for alternative sources of deuterium
[08.02.2011 14:59:39] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Some Hydrocarbons and Oil too, perhaps? Five units?
[08.02.2011 15:01:07] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Well, we'll have a look at them, however, you can tell your superior that chances are low to make a deal with
[08.02.2011 15:01:12] Samura|-Shinjuku: the latter two commodities
[08.02.2011 15:01:34] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Oui. Will do.
[08.02.2011 15:01:57] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Samura is capable of producing H-Fuel that is used by our ships and as well has access to Hydrocarbons in the Taus
[08.02.2011 15:03:30] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Anything else?
[08.02.2011 15:04:53] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: We'll forward the samples to the market research and contact your superiors about the results
[08.02.2011 15:05:54] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Excellent. I'll forward a report of our conversation to my superiors as soon as possible.
[08.02.2011 15:05:58] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Furthermore I'll contact your superiors on the terms of the mission Bio-Neural Processors to clear how to proceed with
[08.02.2011 15:06:00] Samura|-Shinjuku: them
[08.02.2011 15:06:51] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Again, I'm very sorry about the mishap.
[08.02.2011 15:07:15] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: We can't change anything about it, so the matter is closed for now.
[08.02.2011 15:07:36] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Furthermore, I think this meeting has been successful
[08.02.2011 15:08:19] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: If you so wish, our escorts can escort you out of Kusari on your way back home
[08.02.2011 15:08:45] Andre.Bernard|IDF: I don't think that will be needed, but thank you for the offer.
[08.02.2011 15:09:30] Andre.Bernard|IDF: I believe my superiors want me to stay here for a while longer as our representative in Kusari while our president is absent
[08.02.2011 15:09:50] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: As you wish, in that case we will head back to Shinjuku station alone
[08.02.2011 15:10:09] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Send my regards to your superiors when writing your report
[08.02.2011 15:10:26] Andre.Bernard|IDF: Oui. Will do. Thank you so much for your time.
[08.02.2011 15:11:00] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Likewise, now we shall leave you. Unless you have anything else that needs to be discussed?
[08.02.2011 15:11:47] Andre.Bernard|IDF: I don't think so. Au revoir.
[08.02.2011 15:11:53] Samura|-Shinjuku: Ryo: Then we shall depart. Sayonara, Bernard-san.
