I would be happy to do some stuff with the Kusarians. I think at last count we attempted 3 communications to them, and we've tried 3 times to talk to the Council, and all 6 times our thread was completely ignored.
Zelot, I'll be happy to talk to you about anything, seriously, I'm just fed up of people screwing us over, dumping stuff on us and claiming we're too weak so they can do whatever they like to us.

It's annoying.
Well, I can assure you, we are not trying to dump something in your lap, or screw you over, just trying to figure out what the IMG has to offer to keep the neutral status. I am with Ivan, that we are ok whichever way you play it, we will adjust our rp, but there is no reason to keep IMG neutral if they have nothing to offer us and clearly side with the Bretonians over the Kusari.
I kinda just got pissed because I was called an OORP-er for docking at Hood. At the moment I did not realize how can someone own a base thats neutral to me in Kusari space, and then deny me docking rights on Dublin.
Reason I got upset was because post above mine post, Sprolf pointed out gramatical errors of Jinx's well written post and contributed not much further. Then below that, he hinted that I'm a hypocrite. From there, series of bad things went down and it seems this part of Lore has some misunderstandings. If we could deal with this, it would be sweet.
Since you have experience in writing lore, and so has Zelot, and you are both contributing high ranking members of this community, I think you should both join in this and write something to prevent further situations like this.
Ofcourse, you don't have to make peace. I just don't want the standstill situation. For all I know, it can be an agreement that IMG accepts Kusari vessels on Hood, as long as there's no BAF or Molly on scanners. That way the Hood can operate, and Kusarians can dock, and Hood gets to keep his hull in one peace.
I think Kusari would accept "better something than nothing" in this case, so far behind enemy lines.
But this has to be achieved, not... written up at 10th page of someone's rant about pirates taking too much credits.
I think the whole neutrality thing is utter bo**ocks.
I mean seriously, why on earth would we stay neutral? The longer the war lasts, the worse it is for us. If it was up to me, I would either:
-Choose a side and help them.
-Abandon the Tau's and head to the Omegas
But meh, like I'll ever get to do anything like that. I've found that faction leaders actually have little power when some idiots decide what's going to happen to you...
I'm going to stop now before I betray Igiss's guidelines.

What about gateway? Seeing as we're (going by what I remember) one of you're main movers. We're a Bret corp, and you're going kusari.... Holdup here... Our 'allys' ALG and IMG are both apparently on the kusari side of the war >.<;
*is confused* Is gateway, secretly, pro-kusari?! :S
Bretonia has control of Hood, Kusari has control of Holman. Even freakin steven. I think Seth has already done enough here. The only other neutral things would be to allow Kusari on Hood, but only if Bretonains are allowed on Holman, so as to keep a neutral standing and keep revenue from both Houses flowing. This would mean moving the battleship some distance from Holman so Bretonian assets could move to and from the station, or would mean declaring a NFZ around Holman and maybe other IMG bases.
Frankly I think the current denials of parking work best for IMG, Kusari, and Bretonia. I applaude Seth and his efforts and think everyone should be happy.
"An organization maintaining neutrality during wartime when said entity has holdings in both opposing side's territories must allow use of facilities to resident factions, and deny them to the other side. This is even, fair, and neutrally supportive of both sides, thus leaving the neutral party in good standing regardless of winners."
ANd Seth, I can shut up and delete my post if you think it isn't helping *nods
Well I'm sorry if I upset you Seth, it wasn't my intention. I'm looking at this from the Kusari point of view just like you are from the IMG point of view. All I've heard from you so far in this thread until now is how pro Bretonian the IMG is, and that was not my understanding from everything I've seen.
And whoever that was that said 23 and 37 are untouchable, that is nonsense. There is also lore in game says Kusari's next step is to go after Cali base (I have a screen of that if you want to see it). Kusari seems to have done a sort of blitzkreig style of attack on Bretonia and the Tau's which is why strong points like Haris, the BMM base in 23, and Cali were originally ignored. Player faction wise Kusari also has a treaty with the Colonial Republic allowing the KNF and KSP to patrol 23. So no, the KNF has an easy reach into 23 and 37, Orkney is another matter - I don't know a whole lot about the system.

Authorised to do something, and being able to do something are entirely different kettles of fish. Good luck manovering battleships through those asteroids. Plus, the Colonials can't technically give you permission to partol space they don't own...

Battleships can be left home. Few wings of bombers, fighters and some gunboats could probably do the work.
And if you want to "liberate" someone, you don't need the permission of the victim, you just do it.
