So, after long and boring Vilkas's (... where did it ran?) spam in skype I decided to read whole this thread.

As I see,

Ships: ONLY ONE SHIP should be shared between Order and Corsairs - Osiris, for the reason which all we know. That means, order has their ships and they use them, Corsairs do same with theirs. Now, let think, I hope, Benitez, TBH feel themselves as real corsairs and they would not use Order ships. Indies, if ship has better stats, they would use them! I am already sick of Order capital ships in Gamma, and now all Titans will be gone and only your VHFs will be flying around - not cool at all!

Weapons: Oh yes, you are sick of civilian busters, oh YES you ARE! Want something better? Yes, we have best shield busters. Want it? Let's exchange. What can you offer? Battleship Order Turret? Sorry it's not for fighters.. Hull busters for fighters? Salas and Tizes, both has same refire - it's perfect combo, but that doesn't help you to get it. ---

You have your guns, we have ours.

So let use stuff which was made by our own engineers.

After long reading you didn't understood how could you get Tizona.. Give corsairs, 'official factions' nommie guns, two per ship, that could help you get Tizonas, maybe. In this way, lulwuters would think about joining official factions and learn how to play.

Vilkas, Karolis, You have your opinions on the matter, that is fine, but it is being discussed by the Council of Elders, and at the moment most of us are in favor of it. You do what you wish with your faction, the Council of Elders decides issues for the Corsair nation, the Black Sails do not make decsions for the Corsair nation.

Agmen, this is being discussed in the leadership of the Corsairs and the Order, as well as admins being included. If an agreement is come to, Corsairs using Order tech will have to RP for it, and Order using Corsairs tech wil have to rp for...I think thats what white means on the tech chart.

But agian. Tizonas are guns which are not sold easily. I can asure that. And I dont want to see each order funboat mounting them. Neither each corsair funboat flying order vessel instead of their own.

Um... first off, tizonas are fighter guns, not gunboat guns.

Second, read the chart, gunboats (and all caps) are restricted. The only order ship corsairs would be flying without joint approval would be the nephthys, and any smart pilot would take the titan, as it's a far better fighter.

Already addressed this - it's not happening. By server rules, only order and wilde ships (and the few approved BHG ships) can use nomad weaponry. The chart keeps the most advanced weapon on both sides - the nomad cannon and colada del cid - restricted.

In short, you have your ships, we have ours.
You have your guns, we have ours.

So let use stuff which was made by our own engineers.

Fact is, right now we have no viable freighter or light fighter to use, that's the primary reason for sharing ships. Now, if we get those in the future and dont have to rely on other factions' ships, then I would agree.

No need to butt in here, agmen. Quite often, faction agreements and arrangements end up changing server rules - that is the aim and goal of this chart. We're trying to take some of the stress off of the admins, show some appreciation.

Technically, this would replace the corsair-order slots on xoria's horrid chart. Weapons and some select ships should be usable without posted RP, but the restricted items on the chart would need both posted RP and leadership approval for use.

This would also serve as a listing for all players who are using approved tech or ships, so that the admins have a list to reference to when in doubt about whether or not a player should be using something.
