<strike>Xenos can use them,</strike> Junkers could use them, <strike>Vigilantes can use them,</strike> Mercenaries can use them, Freelancers can use them, and independent pirates. Give everyone else out there a reason to not be in a faction they don't like.

Minor adjustments. Xenos need an SRP for a gunship no matter what, Vigilantes are restricted to fighters and freighters.

It looks very civilian, almost purposeful civilian, in fact. Like a crop-duster or some sort of tractor.
