SP Storyline ---The OORP, the Funny.

Before I found the awesome that is this mod, I experimented with the SP campaign. One of my favorites was when I only used a starflier.

1. I hung back to destroy the whole big RM fleet. With 3 LAVABLADES nad a CLASS 3 shield, I managed to blow everything up (as in, all BSs, Cruisers, and Fighters) WITHOUT TAKING A HIT

2. used the same setup to kill all 8 Nomad Bs's in that shipyard (or was it 4...eitherway, still strange)

3. Killed the BS outside of Toledo (same setup)

4. Blew the Hypergate base to heck without mines (still same setup)

Now, how would we RP this now...a Civilian in an 'inferior' ship using LPI/LN equipment and a basic shield to somehow blow up an entire fleet, 8 of the strongest BSs in existence (besides the Jinkusu or admin ships), AS WELL as a BS firing with all guns at full power, AND a giant Nomad base being defended by countless fighters. All this with only a few hits from Nommie fighters, too.

In Freelancer SP, everyone was adult. There's not a single kid throughout the game. Or a woman with long hair. Discovery standards have to compensate. Not for the lack of long-haired women, of course.

Meh. When you're escorting the Naval artifact convoy to Willard, you get ambushed by Outcasts. They want your artifacts. All of Rheinland should be banned for engaging without notice, and for F1ing out of fights.

When you're escorting those transports, you can shoot out all the cargo pods, take the Artifacts for yourself and sell them on Manhattan later. Similarly, in the first mission you can kill the non-leader transport and take the cargo without failing the mission or going hostile. The Rogues get blamed.:P
