Well the techchart DOES need an overhaul, if nothing else zoners need to be listed as only for GB and below use allowed or something like that.

Zoner capships have a primary use, and a secondary use. Combat is always the latter.

Battlecruiser - Primary use: Combat, Secondary use: Usually.. Also Combat.

Actualy any Zoner cap is about the same abuse wise.

The issue is the lolwuts (cam) who get a cap and do stupid stuff with them.

The dumbest Ive heard of is a Juggy trying to make WP a NFZ.......

Now, the corvo Ive heard may become a BC next update, if so that pretty much finishes this thread.

Eitehr way, its more of a RP type thing to do.

Of course either way my Zoner will keep its Argus BC as a science ship.

Battlecruisers are only meant to be constructed and used by more advanced factions, not something I think the zoners or the IMG fit into. IMG should never have gotten a battlecruiser to begin with, but I'm sure you can blame the CR for that.

A BC is just an extra large cruiser with foward chase armament thats heavier than a normal cruiser can use.

Nothing special needed to have one.
