Well, last night I managed some excellent scans of Liberty capships which I'm bundling for transfer to the RM in addition to securing the release of some 115 RM pilots from a rather mercenary battleship pilot.
In addition the occasional naked Liberty Corp transport falls in front of my freighter and I find myself in position of boosting a cargo hold full of supplies for Rheinland.
It's pretty daunting work as every bounty hunter, police, navy, corporate, freelancer and so on pilot wants to see you dead. But the fun is in the effort!

I'm really sorry to hear that... Ah, I might be mistaken but you're the Black.Pearl, yeah? That was my freighter that you tried to drop out of the lane by the Hamburg gate. Shame that you weren't having fun towards the end, I was on the edge of my seat trying to out talk you around the crazed or whatever RNC. I thought that I was bringing in solid fire support to even the odds between a pirating gunboat and a freighter, then the RNC informs me with a wink that if you're able to spin the better story he'd be tapdancing on me.

Well synthfoods is in a rather good position. Much like IC you guys have your roots within Liberty yet maintain corporate holdings within Rheinland and employ a number of persons etc. Chiefly the only targets of opportunity are Universal, DSE and so on.
That doesn't slow the LWB down but, well we're not them.
Much the same as if a DSE vessel decided to sneak into Omega 7 through Bretonia to do some ninja mining of Rheinland resources and put down anyone who decided to interfere before scuttling back home to sell the loot or Bowex making its raids on Kusari holdings.
Logical good times corporate warfare taking advantage of the chaos and lawlessness surrounding wartimes.

Yes ... the Black.Pearl. Dropped the lane and fired a CD ... then got some weird discussion about strudel. Tried to make sense of it for a while ... then got bored and attempted to move along to leave you at whatever it was you were doing.
I never attempted to pirate anyone ... considered it ... but with all the strudel talk I got confused and decided you guys had far worse problems.
As a freighter ... you were in no danger ... never made any demands ... and considering you had about 350 or so units of cargo ... you weren't anywhere near being considered a target to me.
But now that I know who's running the D: faction ... and what kinda stuff to expect ... all I can do is *facepalm* and go away.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way as well. The bit on strudel was brought by the DNC, my own line of thought went more along "Oh hey, there is a pirate ID guy launching CDs at me from where the tradelane is down. Think I'm going to refill my bots/bats and snag someone with guns before trying to make it past him"
As memory and screenshots serve my communication to you was that I had little tolerance nor patience for persons preying on the border of my nation, which you felt was bunk as Bering is neutral ground or somesuch and not, in fact, my nation's border in which one might take proactive action against persons dropping lanes and lobbing CDs at wary freighters.
But if every encounter between ourselves is to carry this same tone of negativity and accusations of poor form it would probably be best if you avoided us and Rheinland as well. We're rather proud Rheinlanders and, if we have circumstances and means at our disposal, we will act against anyone who opposes our personal or national interests.
Even if that opposition is the purely innocent sitting about in Rogue gunboats taking down lanes and lobbing CDs.

That's an understandable observation! However we feel that we're making good use of the rich possibility of exploration of Daumann's potential in sectors that go beyond the primary objectives of resource excavation.
If the DHC frowns upon the idea of Daumann moving beyond the road between Omega 11 and Kusari that is completely fine by me. Much like you observed when recruiting in my initial post concerning our group there are two different mindsets at work. We have our own small group of entirely internally funded black listed and otherwise muckabout pilots pulling hard labor in the worst hell Rheinland has to offer and you have yours. If my boys elect to grab a couple of freighters to do a raid on our neighbors to the north I couldn't be in greater support of that.
But then I love corporate warfare, so there you have it.

EDIT: There's a reason I don't pirate within house systems ya know. I limit piracy to reduce the LOLWUT effect that everybody complains about when pirates do their stuff in the houses. But alas ... it doesn't matter where a pirate goes in Discoland ... there's always gonna be somebody LOLWUTing the pirate somehow.

I would appreciate if you could maintain the same respectful tone that I am employing with you. It will go a long ways towards improving the relations that you have claimed in the past are somewhat strained. Falling back on a tired line concerning admin positions is extraordinarily small and holds no substance within the context of this discussion.
As you will observe, as I understand that you have a number of screenshots of the event, you were fired upon when you attempted to depart before the DNC vessel was finished with you. Around the time that other trader erupted from the Hamburg gate. The DNC vessel requested that you halt or find yourself in a troublesome position, you declined. That action resulted in your vessel being fired upon as you had declared the game concluded and wished to extract yourself prematurely.
I do not wish to debate this point with you and I am willing to overlook your prejudice and hostile attitude towards myself, I simply wish to educate you on what took place as you seem to be somewhat confused.
The pilot requested that you stay.
You declined.
The situation evolved to the next step.
There was the potential for the situation to move to a place where it did not result in your vessel being fired upon by the gunboat. I myself was very eager to put you down but, being in a freighter, had no ability nor means to enable that goal.
The ultimate destruction of your vessel was brought upon by the manner in which you reacted to evolving train of events.
I am glad that you found the strudel scenario amusing. I myself found it rather confusing and difficult to manage. I had honestly thought that we were in the same boat in that regard given the manner in which you had expressed your sentiments about it elsewhere.
