Wash asparagus and boil lightly. Cut them in thirds. Cut bacon in halves. Place three pieces of asparagus on a bacon piece and roll the bacon around the asparagus. Secure the roll with a toothpick. Repeat the process to make more rolls. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Saute bacon rolls in the pan on medium heat. Put a lid on the frying pan and steam-cook for a minute. Pour soy sauce over the rolls and stop the heat.

This is a versatile dish you can add most things or take out what you don't like i sometimes add capsicum and spinach but either way its a great dish if you live on your own its cheap once you got it all done and will last you about 4-5 days worth of lunch and dinner even snacks. If you have more people it will still last a fair few days even with multiple mouths scoffing it down. This was a change on my mums original recipe for something else I can't quite remember but either way at least half of my credit goes to her well all of it actually she taught me how to cook many delicious dishes. I found this is a great meal when your a little strapped for cash or time as it does last for days and usually enough food to keep you going for two meals a day.
3-4 Knobs of garlic
2-4 White onions
1-2 Packets of Japanese noodles from the little oriental food store down the road (I think its like 500g)
1-2 kilo of heartsmart/lean mince
4 Corn
200g Green Beans
4-6 Carrot
Optional some Chilli (but I'm not fond of hot food so merr I canceled that in my own idea)
Step 1 Preparation:
A. Wash then Chop all your Garlic and Onions up makes sure the garlic is really finely chopped into tinsy pieces.Put a drop of oil into an enormous pot whack all the garlic and onions in.
B. WASH then Chop the corn off the Cob Chop your Green beans and carrots gah an if you use chilli too.
Step 2: COOKING
A.Put on the FIRE! Make it go Higher no just kidding keep it at a medium - medium low only take it to high at the end for a little bit.
B. After onions and garlic are slightly brown with your stirring so they dont burn add your meat cook till lightly brain you can keep putting the pot lid on an off.
C. Add your vegies keep stirring put lid back on MAKE SURE YOU STIR AT INTERVALS OR IT WILL BURN!
D. Add ya noodles after a while Stir it all in
E. Keep on cooking i dont know exact time its intuative for me but at the very end raise up the heat because a medium flame wont necessarily cook it all though if you do have the lid on like a good boy it will cook a lot better.
Step:3 Serve
Get a Plate pile it on and EAT UPS.
Oh and before you leave the damn put full of food out to spoil put the pot with the lid on into the FRIDGE or I will personally slap all of you for spoiling so much FOOD.
