Cruisers - long range fight\ open war in battle > more armor,more firepower,more agile.Can use double missles,have many heavy slots.
GB > anisnub,faster,compact.
snubs > compact,can run,they not need to cloak.
Submarines > good, but limited firepower,torps are not missles,which can be used always and anywhere.Torps have bad speed,very bad against flaks. Lonely BS can defend itself easily...with flaks.
GB shield on size of battlecruiser...this is OP? slow moving and have no normal slot for fight only 1 heavy mortar and gb turels.
Imagine it battle,then try to ask. They are not for open fight. Submarine - this diversionary fleet weapon.
Imagine lonely BS in NY,which doing his job near some station and....uncloaking 3 submarines which launching 30 torps in interval of 5 seconds with heavy mortar and then again disappearing. This is not trololo 10 turtles with 8 cap armor which will stay and fight 2 hours against tons of LN BSs. Submar tactics > look for weak spot and shot on it.

With NOVA missiles they're not able to decloak from safe distance, but it's very hard to destroy ship in 60 seconds, so your submarines will be invincible ships, with very simple strategy:
1. Decloak
2. Fire zeir missiles with their Shiny Weap0nz
3. Cloak
4. Repair at nearest base
5. After that 1.
Only huge force of capitals can do something with 1 submarine.
If cloaks were balanced in favour of Cruisers/Dessies, then you could fit out one with Cruiser missiles, and use the cloak to launch them at a distance, and drop out of sight before other ships can intercept you.
Shift position, then launch again. But ideally a ship should have to forgo heavy armour, or sacrifice something else in order to use a cloak this way - or else it will be the only way that these ships will ever be used.
Think not of a brand new class of ships - but rather of ways to configure existing ships to different roles.

Working on ideas is a very good thing, Nikitka, but i am not sure if Devs will be amused by a possibility to create all those ships. If you want to propose a ship, make one or two and then release them for community to approve.

True,but damage from torpedos - this is VERY big repair cost for enemy. Even if he not died - repair for him - this is will be big trouble after torpedos.
At min we need 2 submar for normal attack.
5 submar - this is death for lonely ships near in 30 sec.
if 1 BS will have 2-5 snubs (bombers in cover with torps) - all submar - will die.WHy? Because torp from bomber launched on cloaked ships(submarine) see it always. And submarine without shield and cap6 armor ~ near 800 000 of armor will die from 10 snub torpedo in cloak.This is very easy work for skilled snubs.
Submarine which attacking convoy of ships with snubs(with torpedos and cd) almost have no chance to survive.If they will uncloak - they will die very easy.
BUT if BS have no snub cover and flaks(noob BS) - he will die even from 1 submarine and very fast.

1. Missiles aiming cloaked ship is bug. I pray it will be fixed. Even if it won't, enemy should know direction of cloaked ship. Simply come through them and they'll lost you.
2. When was last time you see BS convoyed by bombers? For me, it's hard to remember. Or pure snubs, or only caps with some anti-snub cover.
3. SNACs from submarine can easily be used versus that bombers first.

Main way of this type of ship:
Big cargohold (nobody have it)
Good (limited) firepower
Long time using cloak (limited too)
Meduim size with low armor (with this size and this number of "guns" - suicide to do open fight)
Primary idea for using - attack on bad defended targets...Bombers you can see from 12 k and prepare for battle. Cruser\BS with mortars - can do so many damage - energy limited.But submarines can.
