It could be possible to justify exporting Helium-3 at a premium price.
The nuclear reaction for H-Fuel is one part Deuterium to one part Helium-3*
If we arent mining as much Deuterium as Helium-3, then we lose efficiency and end up with a surplus of Helium-3.
We get around this by importing some Deuterium from the Zoners, but we could also export the Helium-3 as a 'premium fuel additive'.

*Hydrogen is also added as filler for water production, water made purely from Deuterium is toxic to humans over time.
