Looks Gallic to me... like what the council gunboat *should* be in my opion, although I doubt that's open to replacement.

Rheinland also might be a possibility. It's certainly not "civilian", however.

And please people, don't say it's "civvy but Rheinland manufactured" what we should have is something purely generic so that none of houses have a problem with it.

Why does a 'civilian' need a gunship?

Well, in case you have not noticed other factions are highly unlikely to give Freelancers such ships.

They would be used for escorting or exploration in dangerous areas. (Amongst other things.)

Would be nice to have a junker GB,but it will never happen. The second you bring it up,everyone jump's on the idea,and stomps the hell out of it with "why do junkers need a GB" . We asked for 1 in 4.83,and 4.84. Factions as small as Gaiens got a GB,but yet Junkers do not. I think that will tell you how much of a chance the junkers have of getting one.

Though, junkers have so much dedris around their territories, they aren't making any use of them - which sucks in RP. :(

Yup. In a few debris fields you can see the remains of whole Battle ship hulls,but nooooooo..... We cannot produce a cap ship.
