Guten Tag,
As you may know, We've been working on a project for past few days, which resulted in production of an AI Controlled vessel, registered as 'AI-UN17-A3'. This Unit has been fully operational and under command of Rheinland Military Since 02 February 818. But after nearly Three weeks of Flight Time, we realized the main protocols written for this Unit is more suitable for Polizei Duties, therefor, we were suggested by some of our Technicians, to ground the Unit for a few days to modify its Transponder Signature, as well as Installing Polizei Patrols Protocol on its main Processor, so it can operate under command of Polizei after the modifications are finished.
But, before we start, we need confirmation from Polizei Command that this unit would be needed for your operations and general Patrols. The only problem of this unit is, We could not manage to install S.K.Y.P.E Communications Frequency on the unit, So, The unit would not operate under said signature.
Also, I am uploading the Access Codes to a document you might be interested in reading,

AI-UN17-A3:

AI-UN17-A3 has been denied from the Polizei. The S.K.Y.P.E Communications Frequency is a necessary tool in the machine of this service, and there are no exceptions to this rule.

If you are able to install S.K.Y.P.E into the unit, then I will happily accept it into the ranks. But until then, I am afraid that it can not function in the machine.
