Another busy day in Kyushu, though not so glorious as the one before. Myself in the Magpie, Pete, Josephine and Michael set out for a little more interdiction, and stickin' it to them. We were successful again! Two shipments of Military Vehicles and a load of Gold! The Magpie was able to squeeze in most of it, and I headed for the MacDuff seeing as how they'd need the vehicles.
While I was heading through Tau23 with the load, I had a most odd conversation with a previously unknown outcast. I'll attach the transcript, 'cos I'll be damned if I can understand why he wants what he asked for!
Then, once I'd reached the MacDuff, this tanker comes strolling up with another load of vehicles for them. I had a word or two in his ear about shipment safety, and he goes and donates 1.5 million to me. And me sat in my Percheron not 50 yards from the MacDuff!

Prevailing rumours belie the existence of a massive ship in the possession of the Kusari aggressor corporations. It has yet to be sighted, and the rumours have yet to be substantiated, but if this is so, it would become a mighty prize indeed.
I urge you, men, to get out into the lanes, scour them for any evidence of this vessel and report it here with due haste.
The Kusari War Profiteers seek to plunder our nation do they? We shall teach them by rendering them black and NAVY blue!

Lad's Henderson and myself found ourselves out for a little jaunt in Tau-23, as you do... anyway we ran into some of those insufferable IMG miners... one of them claiming to be the Queen of Denmark or some such nonsense.
Any way, we rightly dispatched him back to whatever asylum he crawled out of, a Razor shots from the old Tazzy showed him what-for, I say what?
Anywho, Tazzy wasn't done, so I took my good ship on through the jump hole into Kyushu where I had the pleasure of encountering an Xtreame.Zebra... apparently not fast enough for my guns when the blaggard tried to run past my interdiction... One good broadside tore through his shields, and this nice lassie from the Golden something or others sent him packing with her cannons. Ahh, I love women who know how to cook!
My last action of the day was up against a Zoner who jumped his tanker almost right on top of me with a hold full of Cobalt. A little witty reparte ensued, winding up with him donating some well earned gold to the Queen's boys.
Drinks are on the fortunate crew of the HMS-T'Zaht at Gibraltar station... I'm renaming this damn station, Gate Construction Station is so flat and generic, don't you think lads?
G'day chaps, it has been a rather fast paced, some Phantoms tried to kill me and my mate in Tau-23, luckilly we managed to get away.
Later on i was just having a spot of tea by Gibraltar station when some "px" lad told me to leave Tau-23 due to it being under the Control of IMG, i told him to sod off but he decided to push the matter, so i fought him, he called in aid from another px and an independant IMG who both fell to my cannons.
However they called aid from the Colonials and three Very Heavy Fighters showed up, so i decided that destroying two IMG ships was good enough of a victory and buggered out. After i docked on Gibraltar station i went back to my Tea and relaxed. Reveling in our glorious victory.

All right Lads,
Concerning the Matsada, seems the ladies there don't want us trampling the flowers. So stay off of it. We're setting up some alternate means to resupply in the Okinawa/Honshu systems.
We're not going to ease up out there just because of some Nuns.
Be civil, help them if they need it, but keep the pressure up on the Kusari shipping in that area.

I took the Magpie out on a raid, deep into Kusari territory, in order to acquire some of the raw materials we need for the upkeep of the Dagabaz. From Tau-23 I was able to enter Kyushu undetected, and headed immediately for the jump hole in Hokkaido. From there I pointed the Magpie in the direction of the gate into New Tokyo itself.
Nearing the gate, Hector initiated the hack, utilising the codes provided to us by Jack.
He never fails us, that man. the gate cracked open like a hazelnut, and we slipped through into New Tokyo itself.
Our first target was the Samura depot at Yokohama. We dived in from above, strafing the depot as we passed, and tractoring in what fell out, before re-engaging the cruise engines, and beating a hasty retreat.
Monitoring the airwaves showed no sign of naval or police activity, so we turned our attentions towards Narita. Much less well defended, we boldy sidled up to the depot there, knowing their puny weaponry was no threat to the Magpie.
Pillaging the depot as the station commanders screamed their obscenities at us cheered the crew no end, as they stacked our newly purloined possessions in the cargo bays.
Honshu was next, and using the jump hole conveniently close to Narita, we again entered the system undetected and made a beeline for Yukawa shipyards.
Using similar tactics to those that served so well earlier at Yokohama, our holds were soon bulging. It seems, however, that they have some sort of jamming systems at the shipyards. Our camera arrays suffered a mysterious failure when in the vicinity of the station, so no doubt the Kusari will deny the raid ever occurred.
From there we cut across the system to Osaka, finding yet more unprepared depots ripe for our picking.
By this time word of our presence had escaped, and we turned tail and headed back to Hokkaido. Bolstered by our successful evasion of the Kusari forces sent out to waylay us, the crew insisted on raiding some of the DSE depots known to exist near the trade lane construction sites. Who am I to refuse their desires?
From there it was an easy run all the way back to Tau-23. The Kusari had buried their collective headsin the sand, yet again.
So, all in all it was an extremely successful mission. I was able to secure the following
.
Should help us with the upkeep of the Dagobaz! I'm intending to use the scrap metal I picked up to start on construction of the brewery in one of the disused starage areas within the construction site, while the water appears to be of the highest quality, and will also be excellent in the brewing process. Soon we'll have the ale flowing! The first batch will be named Wright's Snorter.

Tally-ho, lads!
Headed into Kyushu to give those Kusari devils a jolly good thrashing. Encountered two Rheinland traders full of Niobium early on, tried to get the sods to drop it but they buggered off spouting gibberish at me. Wasn't going to happen twice, that's for sure!
A couple of Outcasts and a delightful GC gel showed up, and we were out plundering when who should show his slimy head but one of the rotters from before! I told him in no uncertain terms to drop his ruddy cargo, the ignoramus didn't listen, so I gave him a jolly good box about the ears. This time, he didn't get away, what?

Ah, 'tis good to be back in the Queen's service. With a bit of help from Fortunatus, my Roc stands ready to carry out Her Majesty's unspoken wishes. Publicly unspoken, at any rate. I may be a tad rusty, but I'm sure a few sorties will get this new arm and leg in proper working order. Meanwhile, I'm still working the kinks out of my fighter - I hope to have her ready to teach those Kusari brigands some long-overdue lessons in propriety within the space of two weeks.
Her Majesty's Most Humble Servant,

I was enjoying my afternoon tea in the MacDuff's galley when I received the call: a Kusari battleship was attempting to lay siege to planet Leeds! With Captain Fraser aboard the Dagobaz keeping the fiend at bay, and Lord Smithington aboard the Antelope - as well as my Roc - en route, an assortment of other valiant privateers and brave BAF pilots engaged the enemy in between Leeds and the sun.
After running the Kusari blockade on my way into Leeds, I informed the space pagoda with guns in no uncertain terms that he was to depart immediately. Unsurprisingly, the oddly-named vessel declined to take advantage of the generous offer to depart whilst eating torpedos in its hindquarters, and I entered the fray. Alas, the Dagobaz had been disabled, and the Antelope couldn't last long on her own under the battleship's heavy cannon; in moments, it became a fighter and bomber engagement.
My gun camera recorded much of the encounter, but alas, this is the last image it faithfully recorded. A moment or so later, a KNF fighter arrived and - together with the grievously wounded capital ship - made regrettably short work of my bomber. However...all that did was give me a splendid view of the honorless cur's ultimate demise.
A Clydesdale picked up the BAF escape pods, returning them to Leeds so their occupants could receive medical treatment. One of our freighters was on-hand to collect the various QCP escape pods, and run the blockade again to safety...shortly afterwards, I am told the KNF fighter was also taken care of by the weary survivors of the Queen's forces.
Brilliant performance by all involved - that monstrous thing was stopped dead in its treacherous tracks. For Queen and Country!
I remain Her Majesty's Loyal Servant,
Sir Martin Barclay

Tally-ho, lads!
Pleased to report our raid on those Samura thugs was a cracking success, what? The Antelope headed into New Tokyo today with Henderson and Barclay to, ahem, go shopping for some supplies for the Dagobaz. We were hitting the depots at that Samura shipyard in New Tokyo when up pops a Hatchet and two of their gunboats! Well, the lads and I weren't going to have that, so we laid into the blighters with everything we had.
We scarpered back to Gibraltar, holds full of supplies for the Dagobaz - and the captain of that Hatchet! You could have bowled us over when we opened up the rotter's escape pod. This is, I daresay, a feather in our caps and no mistake! We've got him trussed up in a cell on Gibraltar - let's see if we can put him to good use, eh? Well done, boys!
