[font=Century Gothic]Ryuu approached Teraku after his fellow Oban stepped away from the Roju and the Taishogun.
[color=#FFFFFF]"Teraku-san, brother." Ryuu bowed his head slightly.
[color=#FFFFFF]"Whilst I did not find it wise to interrupt the conversation between Roju and the Taishogun himself, I want You to know You're not alone in... Wondering what is on honourable Roju's mind. I too worry about the implications of his plan... The damage it may do on the popular support we enjoy at the moment... But let us wait for the wise Taishogun to speak his enlightened mind about the subject and then present to Roju our concerns... If the need arises. Wouldn't You agree?"
Teraku smiled slightly at Ryuu. Then, he replied in a low tone.
Of course, Ryuu-san... I hope the Taishogun makes a wise decision... As you said, if the Kusari people don't support us, bringing back the Shogunate will be useless.
Around the same time as Teraku had a talk with Ryuu, a group of three Blossoms appeared near Kyoto, requesting docking permissions.
After they've landed, three womens made their way towards the court room.
There, they choose to wait until the Taishogun would be so kind to speak with them.
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.

Civilian casualities aren't something important for us - we're fighting for truth! We don't have to answer in front of Kusari people as well... Oh, and to make your honour feeling better I'll add bombs I've obtained are from Rheinland. Kusari folk will fear something unseen, and our enemies will shake themselves, their nerves will be overloaded and they'll start to do wrong decisions! Slowly our assasins will start hunting them down bring more and more fear to their hearts! Finally they'll just commit suicide due to impossibility of resistance to horror!
And don't forget, my dear friend, I was assigned as roju for some reasons, namely my wisdom and skills.
The Taishogun's expression was not pleased.
"The Dragon does not wield a blunt instrument. He prunes the tree with skill and care, excising the rotten fruit - whilst leaving limb and branch whole."
Roju Yuuma was greatly concerned. The Taishogun's tone was dismissive at best. Yuuma held his expression as the Taishogun continued.
"Roju Yuuma shall have his vengeance, and shall not allow his thirst to overcome his better judgment. A wise Roju shall know the difference between the civilian cities of New Tokyo, and the Samura Company Towns. For in the Company Town, all the citizens are beholden to Samura - and it is they who must bear the brunt of the Dragon's Fury. Other citizens of Kusari shall have some small sympathy for those who perish. But they shall also see that it is only the true enemies of Kusari that need fear the Dragon."
Yuuma smiled, he would need to do some reassessment. As long as he could pin down his targets to one of the many Samura-controlled towns - the plan was workable.

A Court Aide announced the GC Sisters. The floor was theirs to make their petition.
The leader of the womens stands up and walks infront of the Taishogun.
Konnichiwa honoured Taishogun, Dragon brothers. They all kneel down.
My name is Tojo Matsumoto, current Okasan of the Golden Chrysanthemums.
I hope you will forgive us our sudden appearance here, but we have a few problems which we hopefully are able to solve with the help of our honoured brothers.
For one, we recently have recovered a slightly damaged ship of the Kusarian Navy, but our engineers on Takada have not the necessary experience to repair the damaged parts and systems.
As of this, I would wish to ask you if you could help us and send a few experienced engineers to the Takada Shipyards. If you would be so kind to do this, it might be of great benefit if the choosen engineers would have experience with either the so called "Hatchet", also known as the Destroyer of the Kusarian Navy, or with the "Kagutsuchi" class Cruiser.
The second question I wish to ask is if we could possibly recieve a few J90 "Tanto" class Light Fighters for our forces. No big numbers, only around two to four.
We would wish to use them for reconnaissance missions or for support of our heavier ships.
I kneel before you awaiting your answer, honoured Taishogun.

Having heard word from one of the crew of the ship she'd used to come to Kyoto of the arrival of three of her sisters including the the current Okasan, Aki turns from he casual meandering around the base and makes her way towards the throne room, hopefully she will be able to make it there in time to see Tojo before she departed again.
She puts aside her thoughts about the Shogun she'd seen the other day knowing when that Dragon is able to meet with her again or desires her presence, he will make it known to her, for now though, knowing that Tojo is here would make it easier on her since no one here knew anything about what had happened to Lady Kurisho or her current status.
The Taishogun acknowledged Tojo with his customary slight bow.
"The Taishogun is graced by the presence of the Okasan, and has no hesitation in granting the delivery of four Tantos. The Taishogun requests a payment in kind, by way of four Suncannon weapons to be added to our arsenal."
Shogun Sum-Gok-Li conferred briefly with the Taishogun, and then spoke directly to the GC.
"We shall dispatch an engineering team to Takeda, but we cannot guarantee that a successful outcome can be achieved. Whilst some technical guidance can be given, the commissioning of a Cruiser-class vessel needs ongoing logistics and resource allocation. To provide any of this lies beyond our construction program at this time."
On hearing Shogun Gok-Li's words, the Taishogun bowed slightly again, the matter was concluded.
Thank you very much, honoured Taishogun
We shall make good use of those four Tantos.
Hopefully, we can also achieve a good result with the help of the engineers on Takada Shipyards.

*She slips in past the guards after showing them her Sisterhood ID and quietly makes her way down to stand behind The Okasan and to her left. Aki keeps her face carefully nuetral while she listened to the lady make a request of the Tai Shogun and his reply to it. The idea that the Sisters may finally have a ship large enough to fend off the heavier of the Kusari Navy assaults is good news to her but she keeps silent for the moment until Tojo is done and ready to acknowledge Aki's presence at her side*
Emily the Sentinel entered the Court, bowed to everyone and told to Taishogun briefly (after he agreed to listen to her, of course) : "Your Highness, roju Yuuma Saburo is heavily injuired. He wanted me to pass to your knowledge he can't solve some matters here. Our doctors say he's slowly dying, unfortunately they can't do much".
