I don't see why they can't be useful. Right now, most of the players are holed up in Dublin, Omega 7 and Tau 23, mining, pirating and fighting. Having such a large amount of new systems can be an interest to most players, who enjoy exploring the new additions to this fantastic mod.

I'm one of those players, and I can't wait to fly around those new systems that popped up...

Exploring is half the fun of discovery, hence the name =P

At least, it is for me. I enjoy pvp, I enjoy the occasional 'good' RP session you stumble across on the server, but really, I play the game because it's fun finding stuff. 4.85 is old, I know just about every system in and out, there's nothing new to see, so having those new systems and altered systems in 4.86 will give me enough content to keep me entertained for a while longer at least =P
