That's not a big problem even now because of the infamous stackable bribes. Just stick around the Barrier Gate station for a bit. Or ask m45t3r n00bl3t f0r adv1c3.

I made a Vigilante Char before the ID Repninja... Spent around 20 hours shooting NPCs to get myself Hostile to all unlawful factions (And still couldn't get the clean result I wanted). Now I see if there was such a command back then, I could do it in 20 mins! (Although the Vigilante ID is repninja now, right?)
And maybe, make the effect of this command permanent (Just like FR5s) so it won't be abused for getting Guard Rep. So, if you type /hostile zoners, you'll stay hostile with them on that char... Much like Self-FR5ing.
Oh look, guard rep is maxed.
But I think it's a good idea anyways.
And where's the difference to the current double-bribe, /droprep + fail missions, double-bribe? same amount of money, just faster. Make it cost some money for the saved time and there we go.

I don't see anything bad about that at all. The only thing Guard Rep does gameplay-wise is artificially prolonging getting a cap, which takes long enough anyways and doesn't keep the lolwuts away anyways.
