Now that I didn't know, and I've been playing this game on and off for 6 years! :$

You have to assign keys for rolling in your key binding options. Enter cockpit view then use those keys to roll. Note it only works in cockpit view (first person).
' Wrote:Before around a month, thanks to Steven, I realised that in the sub-target menu (the one where you select components, guns, thrusters and so on to target) the active guns are shown in yellow and the inactive in grey.
Can't say I use it much, but it's pretty neat to know which guns the enemy will fire.:D
You can target sub-components on the enemy's ship!?!? :yahoo: No pirates getting me with there CODENAME weapons and Nuke mines

Thanks for that. :)
Another one I missed then! :$ I did find the strafe though so I can move the ship up/down as well as left right.
New one I discovered while Cargo Pirating. This goes out to all NPC Cargo Pirate wannabes!
If you were to destroy the cargo pods individually, you would gain 500 cargo per pod. Destroying the ship itself only reaps a total of 500 cargo.
So, from a single NPC Train, you can reap a total of 2000 units of cargo if you were to destroy the pods individually (4 pods total). But if you destroy the ship without destroying the pods, you would only gain 500 cargo.
