Dear Tharog Frosthearth,
You might NOT be aware of this, but if you read more closely you will find you do NOT have permission to this communication channel. I can only assume you hacked your way in. Now if you wish access to this frequency then as explained in the protocol (//Post #1) you will find I am the person you need to contact in order to gain access. That is all and don't use this frequency until access is granted.

Dear Tharog Frosthearth,
I forgot to add, that I will give orders to my agents, telling them what they should do is not a good way to start relations with us. You may request we aid in matters you are involved in and we will try to if I have any ships spare. You surely know by now that you are an LSF branch of our department. So if you wish to request in taking out this Victoria then do so. You are in charge of your agents, I am in charge of mine.

Hello there. Here I am again, this time with legal access to this channel. Miss Wolfe I do not give any orders to your agents, I merely warned for her. I was just letting you know she isn't just another hostile freelancer, but a most wanted enemy. In the future I will better formulate my messages to prevent further misunderstandings

Subject: Report.
Good evening.
I know, surprise. I am still alive and kicking.
Anyway, I have the following to report for today.
Not long after launching from New York I began a patrol of the system. Outside of Norfolk I enountered two Molly IFF Transports and gave them the option to leave Liberty or be made to leave. After more than several minutes of them trying to waste my time I was joined by a Liberty Gunboat under the call sign of Total.Absolution.
I gave both transports one last chance to depart and they failed to take it, so with the Absolution we proceeded to 'enourage' them it was time to leave. One of them decided it was smarter to shoot back which was a mistake before since we were barely making an effort to cause damage. After that ship was seriously damaged we shifted our attention to the other Molly.
How ever, he was lucky since at that moment a Nomad was caught on sensors, registering as Keeper Mithra. I made the command decision to make the Keeper a Priority target and moved to intercept it. A lucky Disruptor shot brought the Keeper into combat range for me. It did not take more than a few moments for the Absolution to also close to gun range and bring it under fire. The fight did not last more than a few minutes where after a few passes and with fire support, I was able to drop a Nuke in the Keepers path and destroy it. The remains of the ship were not salvageable.
Two additional patrols of the System proved fruitless, although the presence of Kaze.Dragon was noted on the comm system. No amount of searching was able to uncover the location of Kaze at that time. After calling off the search at that time, I returned to Mannhatten and docked for the night.
End Report

It appears agents of the Security Force are hard of hearing. This communications channel is not for reporting patrol and battle reports within Liberty. Use this channel for that.
This channel is for reporting intel gathering missions, spying, internal investigations etc.

//OOC: Report battles/patrols/intel/spying/ in hostile space but not in liberty, (Unless its Order/Nomads/Wilde/Phantoms) use lib forces dump for that.
We had a happening in Alaska that could've caused a major confusion towards LSF and Navy officers. During it I was required to unnoficially take my first leadership role inside the force, where I managed to talk out two Order fighters already engaged from killing a navy ship midbattle in Omicron Minor, and got the whole squad out and safe. I hope this reflects good in my sheet and future inside the organization.
What follows is a mission report and transcription.

File Report
Subject: Agent iT Jason Nathan Booth
Mission/operation objectives:
*Intercept and destroy "V_Vast_V" - Fafnir bomber, Rheinlander intruder in Alaska.
Assets:
=LSF=
Jason_Booth
Repensum
Cyclone
[LN]
-Vic.Thorn
Report transcription:
We got a warning from Kay Kyser (Repensum) in the LSF channel about a intruder in Alaska. I undocked and was called into the group channel, where Cyclone and Repensum already were. Shortly after, Navy Vic Thorn was added as well. While on my route from New York to Alaska, the group asked for info about the target, which Kay prontly gave. Arriving there, we all initiated pursuit.
Only Kay was in visual of the target, with me and the others rushing to intercept him. None of us were together, but each at least 10k apart. The hostile was reported to have docked at Battleship Atum and then left in the general direction of the Minor jump hole. He jumped to Minor, with Repensum closely in pursuit and we all followed.
Inside Minor, we resumed pursuit, with Cyclone staying in Alaska due to Nomad's problems. I got into temporary short scanner range from Order operative Amentet. One for a few seconds. I was then contacted by both him and Jeremy Hunter to get all ships out of their home system at once and they were going to engage, which I disregarded in favor of the chase. When it was reported that the Rheinlander jumped to Delta, I broke pursuit and headed back to Alaska. Heading back, I advised Cyclone to break pursuit, but we lost contact. Minutes later, without any more check-ins in group channel and with the long-range scanner indicating Vic in Minor and Kyser in Kappa, I stepped in and ordered both to return to Liberty space. Vic turned around, while Kay got out of the group frequency and remained in pursue. I contacted his ship directly, and a short while after he complied and turned back.
After I got in NY, I contacted Amentet. One and told her that our sole purpose at Minor at the time was to pursue a Rheinlander intruder, which she and Hunter replied about a fight going on between Vic and Amentet.One. I contacted Vic and Amentet at the same time, asking both to disengage. Amentet reported back asking me to call Vic off and they wouldn't chase, while Vic asked permission to continue the fight cause he was sure he could beat both. I still ordered him to disengage due to unecessary conflict, which he promptly did. Amentet contacted me again about the situation, and after exchanging a few messages, I sorted it out. She assured me the Order was now in pursuit of the Rheinlander, and that they wouldn't hold any grudge whatsoever to Navy or LSF for the intrusion and fight at their home system. Five minutes later, Vic emerged through the Alaska jump gate and I headed to dock at the Missouri.
Outcome: No loses, pursuit fruitless.
-End of report-
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My personal considerations towards the situation and participants follow:
*Kay ignored the order due to his excitement at the heat of pursue, and I don't think he is the type that would disobey orders often.
*Navy's Vic Thorn is an admirable officer, helpful in the field, capable in combat and foresighted enough to disengage in order to stop long-term/worse consequences.

Message Begins-
I have found a rather alarming report from one of Liberties own Primary Fleet Officers. He is not the one in question, but the Captain whom had ordered him to patrol with himself is.
As it seems they came across a Nomad of unknown classification and due to this Captains lack of forsight, they failed to make the correct course of action.
I runned into a unique situation, and despite the risks involved, I ask that we give this a chance to go forward.
It is an invaluable opportunity, and I personally feel that we must go through with his. Follows my report.

Subject: Agent Jason Nathan Booth
Mission/operation summary:
*Contact established with potential Rheinlander defector, conducted negotiation for terms and conditions.

:LRO:-Tyrael
LNS-Constitution
Hostile/target/contact:
[RM]Hf.Hans.Putzkammer
Report transcription:
During a routine patrol in California, I was hailed by :LRO:-Tyrael about a RM in Texas requesting to speak to a LSF agent. I had already got word of the RM boogey by Navy officers and they reported the situation under control, but Tyrael said that the RM would speak to LSF only.
I established a private channel with him and inquired about his need to speak with me. Worried about comm's
encryption, he was only able to inform me that he had info and requested a face-to-face meeting. Recognizing the risks, but aware that could be worth it, I headed to Texas.
I arrived there and found the Rheinlander surrounded by 3 navy ships, among them Constitution and Tyrael. I
entered, declared LSF jurisdiction and approached the defector. After a quick exchange of messages, me, the
Rheinlander and the Constitution moved away from the gate, while Tyrael holded his position securing the jump.
I started the interrogation with Constituion observing the comm chatter. The Rheinlander revealed to be a military, and above it, a very displeased one. He mentioned how their chancelor used all house's finances to fuel the war effort and left nothing for the people, how the citizens were told what to say and what to do, and how he felt outraged by that. He informed that his only reason for coming to Liberty was cause he wanted his family out of it. He did not wish to find safety for himself, but for his family. In exchange for asylum, he would be our informant and give us tactical and strategical intel in Rheinland.
As I could not give a immediate answer, I informed the subject that I would check his request with higher ranks, but we already stroke a deal. In exchange for me relaying his request to Liberty, I needed proof, so he will provide me with at least two intel reports in the course of the following weeks. If they turn out true and trustable, he means business and I would proceed trying to arrange asylum for his family.
I like to state that I did not in any way promised him we would provide asylum, I just assured him that I would go after his request if he proved to have access to important info.
We all know that this could be a trap, but we all also known the importance of having a inside spy. At the current moment, we don't have any. This chance can be the turning tide of the war.
Below follows the mole's ID sheet. I am making a official request to stay as his agency contact for the time being. I also note here that I believe we should place the individuals related to the mole under full-time surveillance if we provide safehousing for them.

-End of report-
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My personal considerations towards the situation and participants follow:
*Tyrael proved to be a reliable informant. His performance and attitude on field was examplary.
*Navy's cruiser Constitution is an example of a well run vessel. They kept the potential intruder on sight all times and didn't took any precipitated or untought action. Even before my arrival at the scene, they refrained from shooting the Rheinlander immediately without hearing him first.
*The Rheinlander's family can be spies, and he may use the intel to lure us into a trap. At this initial conversation, I've got nothing to verify his intentions, but my gut feelings says "Go for it." Even if the mole turns badly, I believe we can make good use of this.
