Kicking the armory door open, It was quick thing. Boots echoed with purpose as row upon row of assault rifles, side arms, sub machine guns, and all manner of explosive ordinance were laid out in sturdy industrial racks. Ketsu slung the SMG, grabbed up one of the assault rifles, loaded a fresh mag of armor piercing rounds, and let the racking of the charging handle ring through the room. He loaded another SMG, tossing it Claus, and then grabbed up all manner of ammunition, explosives, pistols, a few night vision and thermal optics, tossing them all into a pack, and slinging it over his combat webbing. Stowing the rifle, he grabbed a shotgun, and loaded hardened tungsten slugs - last, but not a least - a break open single shot grenade launcher, for door breaching.
Satisfied he had everything, he gave Claus a thumbs up, and moved out to the Elevator, heading to the second floor.

Up above, Middleton and Dasha were preparing to move down to the fist floor entrance portal. As Middleton watched above, Dasha attached the rope, and repelled down, same as Ketsu had before, using the glowsticks set at the lip of the entrance as a guide. Nearly halfway there, the rope snapped, and only quick reflexes, latching onto shaft beam, kept the young militsiya from falling to her death.
Assault rifle fire lit up the silence above, and she could see Middleton, on the edge of the shaft, shooting at something beyond view.
As his rifle clicked empty, a lithe metallic thing rushed forward in a blur, bladed fingers stabbing deep, curling up, and ripping out in a spray of gore. Middleton fell to deck, out of view, as Dasha could only watch.
The seekerbot, riddled with dings, and covered in blood, slowly swung its metallic gaze on her, hanging for dear life, unable to do a thing. She let one hand go, to reach for a side arm, and nearly fell, desperately gripping with both hands again.
With its eyes still on her, the Seekerbot reached over, picking up the dead Middletons rifle - and with deft fluid motions, reloaded it. With no need to aim, held aloft with only on hand, the barrel of the rifle came to rest in her direction, and as the seconds became minutes, she waited for the flash of the weapon to be the last thing she would see, preparing to let go, hopefully catch another beam, escape...
A throaty, anrgy roar came when gunfire instead should have erupted. A large, blood ridden body, still alive, pure anger and will keeping it going, dove on top of the seeker bot - Middleton. The weight of him propelled both of them over the edge, as the gunfire erupted, barely taking Dasha's head off - the flash and near impact caused her to lose grip - falling - to only barely catch the lip of the fist floor entrance.
Steady, and not falling, she spared one last glance behind her, to see Middleton and the Seekerbot, falling into darkness...
As Dasha climbed back to safe she took another look in the deep darkness hole.
"Middleton!" She yelled.
"Middleton!" Again no answer.
"Middleton, answer me!"
But nothing, no noise, no sound, no view no nothing. Only the black of the darkenss that filled up that big bottomless hole. A feeling of cold surrounded her as she felt on the floor into Middleton blood looking at her hands. She started to cry. She stood steady for a few seconds, then she took another deep look Into the Abyss that Middleton and his deathbringer machine felt. She wiped her tears, sighted a couple of times and tried to wipe the blood from her hand.
She then rised from the floor and loaded her grenade launcher. She stoped sighting and looked at Ketsu and Calus as they reached her after hearing the guns shots. They saw Dasha covered in blood, but they saied nothing. They saw Middleton's rifle on the ground, but no sight of him, they know he was gone....a good comrade gave his life for another comrade and for the Coalition. He thought his mission is more important that his life. At least that was Dasha thinking of. She put the grenade launcher on her back and rised the assault riffle.
"What are you looking at you two?" -She roughly responed to Ketsu and Claus- "We have a mission, let's swich this god damned machine off."
She removed a grenade shell from her backpack and scratch on it with her knife: Unpluging Device for AI's
"I am comming for you, you bastard AI"
Claus looked back from the corner and nodded at Dasha. He raised his rifle and entered the next room. Bodies. Everywhere. Blood. Smell. It was horrific, he had to try and keep his composure with all of this mess. So many wasted lives, poor comrades. He maneuvered around the room and peered around the next corner. More bodies. And a single warbot not facing his direction. He aimed his SMG, with armor piercing rounds, carefully. Tink. Whatever small powercore was in it's head exploded in a fiery blue wave, as it slumped to the ground. He grinned, stepping into that room carefully. He walked into the soldier's dormitories. Dead in their beds. So many wasted lives.
He rummaged around the room for a few moments before turning back into the hall he blew up the single warbot in. He turned right into the commander's quarters and heard a sound coming from underneath the desk. He walked around and saw a corpse sagging to the floor. Suicide. Apparently someone had survived, but thought the bots were coming back for them again. Poor bastard. Claus maneuvered out towards the dining hall, giving the all-clear sign to his other comrades. He entered the dining hall. More bodies, and more blood strewn haplessly across the room with bullet holes. He heard something coming from the next room. The security checkpoint. He swore he heard a voice.
"Combat systems online..."
What the hell was that? He wondered. None of the other warbots sounded like it, he peered around the corner of the security checkpoint for a moment. He pulled his head back quickly. A warbot easily twice the size of the one he downed before was right around the corner. It had a shimmering personal shield around it. How the hell were they going to deactivate that. He looked back to the team and motioned for them to move back into the next room, out of earshot of that warbot.
"We've got a huge problem. That bastard around the corner is about twice the size of a normal warbot, and it looks like it has a grenade launcher... as well as a personal shield."
Johannes grinned at Dasha and Sergei. He had an idea.
"Here's what I was thinking. I have a little bit of explosive ordinance in my backpack. I say that we latch that a little left of the doorpost to the entrance to that room and we bait the sucker out. As it's about to go under the door, we click the buttom. Poof. The roof would collapse and more-than-likely take its shield out. From there, Sergei can throw an EMP grenade, then Dasha could either use one of her nades and finish it off... or Ketsu could run with his combat knife and sever the wires going to its power source."
He glanced at each of them, then searched his backpack for the plastic explosives. He found them.
"The roof would collapse in that area, but we'd be able to go through the nice hole in the wall it'd make so it wouldn't hinder our progress."
Sergei looked at Claus. "Sounds like a plan. I hope only that part of the roof will fall down, and won't trap us all here." He looked at Dasha and smiled. "But at least we would die together, huh?"
He then grabbed an EMP grenade from his backpack, and showed it to others. "This should do its job. Ready when you are."

The sound of heavy boots pounding against steel began to fill the corridor, followed shortly by a loud warcry. A man clad in a black trenchcoat, large white boots, and a fur cap came sprinting down the corridor, carrying what appeared to be a large tube in his arms. The unmistakable "thunk-BOOM-BZZZT" of an EMP grenade being fired by a Long Tom launcher echoed through the T.A.L.O.S. facility.
"HEY GUYS! Long time no see!" The man yelled over the sound of the electric arcing over the shields of the warbot, disabling them. He quickly loaded another round into the Long Tom, and fired once more.
Thunk.
BOOOOOOM!
The explosion rattled the bones of all present, as bits of the warbot came sliding down the corridor. The floor where the bot had been standing was gone, and a hole to the next level took its place.
The man smiled at Tori, winked, and jumped down the hole, yelling at the top of his lungs.
