Miyamoto watched as Teraku slowly walked outside of the chamber, he turned around once more and looked Miyamoto straight in his eyes, with disappointment in them. Was I to eager to accept an old friend back, he questioned himself, trying to see the answer before making the wrong decision. He glanced towards the glass opening and gazed at the winter cold Chugoku. Finally he turned to Akuji, but something was out of place. Akuji's face was grim and emotionless, like that of a grim reaper.
"I must go... They.. I must go." - Akuji spoke to Miyamoto with a strange, tortured voice, "Akuji calm yourself down! Where must you go? This is your home!" - Anger rose in Miyamoto, anger, even hatred for his foolish actions, "Be who you were born to be Akuji, now is the time to choose. If you do this, and betray us, neither you nor your 'friends', will have peace. Your souls will burn, either by the fires of the Dragons, or out of misery!" - No more options, no more pointless words, now was the time.
"No, I must go." - Akuji muttered towards Miyamoto and ran outside of the chamber, "So be it. Those that have no honor in life, shall have none in death." - Miyamoto said in sadness as he observed Akuji disappearing in the hallways of Kyoto, and later on his ship in the depths of Chugoku.
A young pilot of the Blood Dragons enters the court chambers.
He places himself not really in the first rows, but behind, and waits for someone to adress him.
A small sign on his collar identifies him as Taro Nuwami.
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.
Rather silent the Court chambers were, quite a different sight from all that has happened in the near past. The Imperial Guard were present, safekeeping the Throne until His Greatness was in his personal chambers. Ikeda had arrived to the Court, ready for his guard shift, still rubbing his eyes. Once at the door he bowed towards the general direction of the room, showing respect for all who where there, and to the Throne.
He knew most of the Dragons present in the room, but one he never laid eyes upon until now. Sitting in the back rows, either shy or respectful enough to wait to be addressed. Still a bit tired he decided to join him, and Ikeda sat in the back near the Dragon, "Sumimasen brother, is it your first time here?"
Konnichiwa honoured brother Ikeda, ha ji may ma ****ay (nice to meet you).
It indeed is my first time in these famous halls, but i hope it won't be my last time in here.
I am here because i had a somewhat unhappy encounter with a group named "The Shadows" in Tohuko,
maybe you know who i can adress in this matter?
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.
"Hai, I see brother. I must admit I have never heard of such a group, but mentioning Tekagi's playground with the word Shadows in the same sentence gripped my heart. I do, however, hope that they are not of the traitorous kind as he was." - He paused for a moment, looking around the chamber, as if he was searching the room for a familiar face, "The Rising Sons deal with situations involving Tohoku with care, due to the recent return of the Remnants of Tekagi and their attack on Ryuku. If you believe what you have witnessed is important, I can call for a Daimyo or a Shogun to hear your words brother. If not, I can be the one to listen to you, then seek audience with a Shogun."
As i am not that experienced in these situations i may not be able to evaluate this correctly.
However, as you have offered it, i will tell you what happened.
During a flight through Tohuko to reach the Nagano Jumphole, i've encountered the said group approximatly 10 clicks away from Tekagis former fortress.
I would have silently passed them, if i wouldn't have scanned them to see that they had a few brothers captured.
Naturally, i asked them to hand them to me.
Sadly, they rejected my question at first, stating that our brothers would have attacked them without reason, which of course cannot be the truth.
Luckily, they decided to hand them to me a few minutes later, as I couldn't have done anything to free them at this point due to beeing outgunned and outnumbered by their two Gunboats, one Hathor and one Claymore, as well as an Eagle Fighter.
I have brought them back immediatly to Kyoto, currently they are within the hospital.
While speaking these sentences, Taro hands a datapad to Ikeda, showing two images: 1 2
(linked due to beeing oversized if not)
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.
Ikeda carefully listened and soaked up every word that Taro said. If there is a threat in Tohoku for the Blood Dragons, and Kusari in general, the Dragons must be aware of it. After Taro finished and handed him the datapad, he observed the images to the tiniest detail, "Arigato brother, we are indebted to you Taro-san. I shall forward this evidence to Daimyo Noboru-sama and Shogun Musashi-sama as soon as possible." - Ikeda said as he stood up and bowed slightly, showing respect to the Dragon, then ran to the guards at the door and informed them that his watch will have to be postponed, finally storming out the door.
The starflier pulled up to the base, and was able to dock due to it's small size and utter puniness. Several of the Hangar Bay Crew Members snickered and laughed at the small ship, but became silent upon seeing the dark figure glide out of the cockpit. The wore a large robe with a hood that covered up his entire face when looking at the ground. With head tilted downwards, and his arms and legs covered by the large robe, the man seemed as if he was a shadow himself. Everyone stared with confusion and curiousity, but the man did not stop to move until he was approached by a Roju.
"You there. What is your business here?"
While the Roju spoke, several Obans were busy examining the man and his ship, scanning them both for anything hostile.
"I come here seeking an audience.."
The shadowed man spoke coldly, and strangely there seemed to be an echo in his voice, as if there was someone behind him speaking in the same cold voice.
Teraku was informed about the arrival of the stranger. He moved to the Hangar bay escorted by a small group of warriors. The Roju bowed "Oshiro-sama, this is the one who seeks for audience..." Teraku made a signal with the hand and the warriors who were escorting him surrounded the stranger, maintaining a certain distance.
"You do want an audience, hai? Let's begin then, what are your intentions here in Kyoto?"
