Funny that your own media doesn't know what to say, but ours does.

Here, they said a woman set fire to her building, killed her ex-husband and 5 year old son, ran out onto the streets, started shooting randomly without casualties. Then went into the hospital and killed a nurse. After this, a police officer had to kill her.

Though, sometimes, such kind of criminals are unstable mentally.

Almost anyone who goes out to shoot people, either randomly or by aiming at a particular group of people, is mentally unstable.
