How is it still administered by Planetform? I mean in .85 there was a battleship protecting it so it had some great value to Bretonia as they could spare one of their "few" Bses to guard it but along comes .86 and the GRN takes over everything, except for that. The infocard hasn't been updated since al teast .84 by the looks of it, so what's going on there?
Edit: This occured to me after seeing cayman :envy:
As PFI];
Nothing's happening.
We go there to get Gaian Wildlife, and that's probably not strictly inRP.
As for the mod/devs position, I doubt they really thought about it given as you said, it's not been updated.
Though, I do remember something about Gallia finishing the lane there, so it's presumably under Gallic control, and we assume they won't be paying PFI to continue terraforming.:P

GRN left it alone. They don't have terraforming technology at the moment, so capturing a barren ball of ice really wasn't resource-efficient, considering the BAF had abandoned it.
It remains Bretonian, so long as they don't actually try to do anything with it.
Say what now? Terraforming tech and staff are still on hand, and this effort has been going on for at least 350 years, so they have got to be good at it by now. Capture the staff or something, also the TL is still unfinished, it's like only Xoria got to that planet for quite a while, at least, unless you count removing a station next to it.
Anyway, IMHO perfect opportunity to get terraforming tech right there.
You could also consider the possibility that PFI has decided to be traitors in order to protect their 350 year investments.

We were considering this, but we doubted Gallia would be interested in bankrolling it. They'd probably just arrest all the specialists, drill them for information, then turn the project over to Solar.
I think they just ignored a civilian target. Indochine says that it was abandoned and that's why it was made into a Gallic station. But Planetform can't fight back so they can easily loop back and take it after they deal with Bretonia (in their view).
Or maybe they'll give it to the Gaians? THAT would be a different one, haha. :yahoo:

That and, as Jammi pointed out when i suggested it, unless we were VERY sneaky about it, it would sever ties with Bretonia, with Liberty likely to follow quickly behind.
...Did you ever consider the fact that your characters don't know that Gallia will lose the war? If they lose their contracts with Bretonia and Liberty, it might not matter because there will be no Bretonia and Liberty.
Though, it's neither here nor there for me.
