To: Bowex InfoNet From: Andrew Peterson, Trade Manager. RE: Convoy Report; Rheinland return trial.
Convoy Participants:
BES Johnson, Shire
BES Hobson, Percheron (ended run in Frankfurt)
ExSec Pilot Andrew Husker, VHF
Convoy Information:
A cargo of Gold Ore was picked up from King's Cross Station in New London, and shipped to Planet New Berlin in New Berlin. From there, we moved a load of Consumer Goods to Raubling Station in Munich. In Munich we met our Daumaan contact, the DHC-Chiemsee, who mined a full load of Aluminium Ore which we shipped to Stokes Smelter in Leeds.
Convoy Incidents:
On the return from Munich, a Bundschuh agent was encountered in Frankfurt, blocking the lane between Mainz and Mannheim. Mr Husker forewarned the convoy, allowing us to stop early at Mainz. Closer inspection revealed the RV^Barkasse to be a Behemoth transport. With some smooth negotiating on behalf of Mr Husker, and Rheinland's trade lanes being unpredictable (as per normal), we were able to slip past unharmed. No other incidents.
Other Notes:
Initially, the DHC-Chiemsee attempted to extort us for $12,000 per unit for the Aluminium he was mining. Unimpressed, I turned to the old DHC/Bowex contract guide and settled for the previously arranged $5,000 per unit. Even if in jest, the original attempt left a sour taste. So far as the trial went, Rheinland's markets appear to have settled, to an extent. While the market has not recovered to its previous levels, they are unlikely to fluctuate further - the Rheinlanders have already done the damage, and it can likely only get better from here. I see no reason to potentially damage ourselves beyond all proportion by locking out an entire House's open market.
To: All Bowex personnel. From: Catherine Whittte, over-secretary of the DO's office, Bowex Services. RE: Return to Rheinland
Following the latest convening of the Board, it has been decided to authorise the re-deployment of the Rheinlandic shipping fleet. In light of Trade Manager Peterson's report, it is the Board's belief that while the market is still volatile, it is unlikely to deteriorate again in the near-future, without several very specific prior warning signs. These signs will allow us to re-evaluate our position prior to a second collapse, should it come at all.
While the Rheinlandic market has not recovered to it's pre-crisis levels, it is sufficiently stable to risk large-size investment once more. Near enough exactly one month after the initial pull-out, we are re-authorising shipments to Rheinland. Normal operations between Bretonia, Liberty and Rheinland are to resume as before. All precautions should be taken when travelling through Rheinland space - that means ExSec or hired mercenaries when viable. Observe Rheinlandic law at all times during transit through their space.
Convoy Information:
They Hobson and Gray picked up Berylium Ore from Kings Cross, shipping it to Planet Pittsburg, Liberty Space, and returning with a load of Boron each, which was delivered to Stoke Smelter in Leeds.
Convoy Incidents:
No incidents to report on the journey to Liberty.
However the Hobson was stopped by a freelance pirate of Gallic origins flying a Gallic craft by the name of Sh|Daniel.Wright, on the lane from West Point Academy to the California Jump Gate. He requested the immediate drop of all cargo and would not be swayed by a peace offering of Sirian Credits. Therefore the Hobson had to drop the Boron he was carrying and return to Planet Pittsburg for a re-fill. No further incidents occured on the trip.
Other Notes:
No futher information is pertinent to the report.

Convoy Participants:
BES Hawking, Shire
BES Gladstone, Shire
BES Whitecliff, Shire
Convoy Information:
A cargo of Berylium Ore was picked up from King's Cross Station in New London, and shipped to Planet Pittsburgh in New York.
After that we picked up Boron and brought it back to Scarborough Station in Newcastle.
Convoy Incidents:
As we where returning to Bretonia a Rouge Pirate in a Bomber took us by suprise in California at the New York Jumpgate his name was 8757NC-Exspes. We managed to talk him down and all he requested was 1 Million overall. That of course was a small price to pay.
Other Notes:
As we arrived at Scarborough Station Peters noticed that the Loaders in Pittsburgh messed up pretty badly because while he was opening is Carog Pods he noticed that there wasn't any Boron in them.
*grins* Well i don't think it was that much of a loss for Peters.
That is all there is to say about this small convoy.

Convoy Participants:
BES Whittle, Shire
BES Martin, Shire, Convoy Leader
BES Whitecliff, Shire
BES Maynard, Shire
Canis-Majoris , Percheron (Independent Interested in joining Bowex)
TopMan , Heron (Joined the Convoy at West Point NY, also potential candidate)
ExSec Pilot Kiriko.Hidamari, LF
Convoy Information:
A cargo of Beryllium Ore was picked up from King's Cross Station in New London, and shipped to Planet Pittsburgh. We then picked up a load of Boron for our return trip to Bretonia.
Convoy Incidents:
We encountered no hostiles on our outward trip, but on the return trip, Miss Hidamari detected a Lane Hacker, flying a bomber in California, a request for assistance was sent to the Liberty Navy, but by the time they responded Kiriko's flying skills, and 4 fully armed Shires seemed to change his mind and he soon retreated. I believe the ship can be identified as uninstall_baddie!
Whilst we were travelling through New London, we received a transmission from the BAF that a GRN Valour was spotted in the Leeds system; we docked at Durham Station while the slimy frog was taken care of and then we continued to Scarborough without further incident.
Other Notes:
Miss Hidamari escorted TopMan to Kings Cross and offered him some Beryllium Ore for his return trip to Liberty. We will have to wait and see if he and Mr Samuel of the make Canis-Majoris make applications to join Bowex.

To: Bowex InfoNet. From: Andrew Peterson, Trade Manager. RE: Convoy report; protocol update.
Convoy Participants:
BES Johnson, Shire - convoy leader.
BES Gladstone, Shire.
BES Sassoon, Shire.
BES Whitecliffe, Shire. (Joined us at Pittsburgh)
BES Woodford, Shetland. (RVed at Curacao for return)
ExSec Pilot Confused Llama, Eagle. (departed at Cold Bay)
Convoy Information:
We departed from King's Cross with Beryllium Ore, headed for Planet Pittsburgh. From there, we moved Consumer Goods across into the war-torn Independent Worlds, arriving at Cold Bay in Hudson. From Cold Bay, we returned to New London with a shipment of Xenobiotic Filters, with myself and the Whitecliffe returning to King's Cross, and the others diverting to Waterloo.
Convoy Incidents:
Well, this is where things get interesting. The convoy itself was quiet, with zero hostile encounters - in the traditional sense. Upon passing Norfolk after departing from Pittsburgh, it came to light that Bellock had been approached by a shady looking man who had sensed a fellow degenerate. Consequently, he sold Mart a young lady known as 'Tamara' - at this point, it's unknown whether Bellock purchased her in an attempt to free her from her captors, or simply because he's a homicidal sexual predator. He's not commenting on the matter.
In any case, the convoy passed the Zoner vessel, the [TAZ]Ecstatic.Siren - piloted by one Concordia. Fearing the worst, we advised her to keep distance from Bellock in order to reduce the risk of jingoism-related death. In a somewhat surprising turn of events, Bellock immediately softened his borderline genocidal stance on Zoners, in order to flirt with said pilot. This is when the trouble began with his liberated (or oppressed) passenger, as the primary naval vessel - [LN]Alexis.Hunter was monitoring the area.
Hearing Bellock's drivel, she demanded he acquiesce Tamara to her custody. I'm glad he complied, seeing as I dread to think of the mess he could have caused with a refusal. At this point, we dragged him away, in order to prevent an international incident. After picking up the Xenobiotic Filters, we were forced to return via the same route, sparking a second brief exchange of words near Norfolk Shipyard. This concluded, we returned to Bretonia sans drama.
Other Notes:
Myself and the BES Whitecliffe delivered our own consignment of Xenobiotic Filters to King's Cross Station. This allowed BMM to finalise the air-recycling ducts in the crawlspaces of the latest station expansions, completing the project. King's Cross is now officially classified as a stage four installation, allowing us to safely open the structure's bays to the public. A proper licensing procedure will no doubt be worked out soon enough.
[font=Agency FB]Protocol update:
Female employees are hereby prohibited from serving aboard the BES Sassoon, BES Wheatsone and BES Fenning.
All employees serving aboard Mart Bellock's vessels must from this day forth be trained in detainment techniques and undergo a full disclosure.
All lies and slander! I wouldn't dream of buying a slave. She thre herself in my strong, musculair arms as I walked around on the surface. Naturally, my natural urgo to shield this poor maiden from the evils of the world kicked in and I took her with me.
I -freed- her. At no point was she chained up in my hold!
ok, maybe she was, but its was to make sure she wouldn't hurt herself in the hold.
All these claims about me being a sexual predator are lies and unfound accusations!

To: Mart Bellock. From: Andrew Peterson. RE: Stop it.
You're toeing a very thin line between disciplinary action and a forced resignation, Bellock. Don't make us press the button. And for the love of God, don't make me get Janice from Services involved - you've seen how that ends.

::Connected:: *the monitor turns on and Kiriko was looking up to Cly's monitor on the cieling of the Hussar, she looked down smiled with a wave*Konbanwa! ugh that was a bit of a mess wasnt it?... we took so long to take a picture that we got all attack by baka reaver-sans!
Everyone managed to escape ok so there was no damage done to anybody but.. We didnt get to finish the convoy, mm we only just started and it was all ruined! Well.. it was a bit ruined but at least nobody got hurt *she smiled*and i think thats most important is everyone was A-ok after! *Kiriko thinks for a moment* Hmm, Me and Cly landed on Canturbury for the bad people to go away and thats all that happened this time.. Next time we will try harder!
we first saw Amy Reaver ::Amethyst:: ..oh, hai Ame-thy-st.. Reaver near the middle of the lane to Canterbury from Kings Cross, we said not to go down the lane but peterson-sama went anyway! we went back in the lane to kings cross again, and there was another reaver there this time, Brick bakasan reaver was there too now ::Firebrick:: in that silly looking bomber. We told everyone to go and get to safety and everyone scattered away, the reavers almost did get the Pepys but he managed to get away which was very good! he got into the lane and escaped to Canterbury. Me and Cly started attacking Brick-san and then another one came to help it so we had to fight that one too! it was called Slither Reaver I think ::Silver:: oh thats right.. it was silver.. um hai.. so that one was trying to get us too, and then Brick-san ran away!
Silver-baka has a strange thing for their ship and makes them jumpy to hit! so we left them alone and went to canturbury, by now everyone was safe and sound and the BAF were coming out to help get the reavers. *Kiriko thinks trying to remember if there was anything she had forgotten, she nodded to herself looking back at the monitor* aannd.. I think thats it *she smiles*
See everyone again soon! bye bye!*waves and the video feed was lost*
Good news! Great news, even. I saw a Zoner Whale get blown up by pirates!
But apart from that, I've been reunited with my <strike>property </strike>love interest! Tamara's come over and she wants to get a job here. Can you believe it? Im sure she wants to stay close to me.
So I -was- going to have her work on the Wheatstone but since Peterson (that foul apeman) changed the policies regarding skirts on my ships, I've send her off to Ex Sec. I'm sure the lads there will find her a job. I mean, she can't pilot a ship, she has no combat experience whatsoever and she hates space but Im sure she'll enjoy herself nonetheless.
Hey, maybe we can team her up with that casey character as soon as he gets out of jail (again)? He can pilot a bomber. All Tamara'll have to do is be his co-pilot. Who knows, maybe she's a talent?
