When i see a red big ship in front of me immediately after a trade (when i couldn't see you otherwise,) of course i would keep my distance.

and i recall you shooting me first. perhaps that was reconstructioned memory.

my main part which I'm upset is that they way I RP Mr.kibbles, is that when he loses his ship. He Lost. it. bam. its not there anymore. In other words my RP is gone.

You also had the opportunity to order me to stop while CDing (if indeed you did not fire first).

(edit: i believe you stated you were about to kill me before i attempted to cruise)

2nd edit: again, I'm not singling you out here. I feel this why in every situation when i see phantoms. (including when i'm not the victim)

So I ask, why is a non-RolePlaying ID allowed in a Role-Playing server? I have never seen a phantom role-play for 5 months already. All they do is "oh [shiptype*]" and fire.

I said much more than "Oh [shiptype]" I talked to you and the Mollys, and let you know well enough what was going to happen. So well in fact you were already trying to get into cruise before I got to you, and you continued to try and get into cruise the whole time.

I understand xenos and gaians when they make reasonable/unreasonable demands.
I understand pirates demanding a full cargo
I understand a pirate who makes a unreasonable demand to pick a fight, that's RP.

Wait, so an unreasonable demand just to get a fight is good rp, but fighting your enemy is bad rp. Interesting

I don't understand a random group of people that come from nowhere that suddenly start attacking random people for no apparent reason. why must characters, who have never seen these ID characters be forced to accept they they will be hunted without even knowing why they are hunted?

This is a role play server, you are playing the role of someone in Sirius, it's kinda like real life, in that, things happen, and you dont always know why or for what reason it happened, but you cant really ask the gang banger who just filled you full of bullets why he didnt make a demand, or why he did what he did, it's not a bond flick.

Why doesn't everybody have access to this ID-type? why does a small group of people get to lolpwn anybody all the sudden for no reason?

Why isnt everyone allowed the, Nomad, Wilde, ROS, CR, IND, or SCRA ID?

Why is a phantom capship allowed to attack tradeships, but EVERYONE ELSE must only attack warships in a capship?

a) Official faction tagged house ships in their respective house space ONLY.
b) Terrorist, Nomad, Wild, Phantom ID players;
c) LSF or Liberty Navy Guard vessels operating within Zone 21 or Alaska;
d) Order Guard vessels operating within Alaska or Omicron Minor;
e) Blood Dragon Guard vessels within Chugoku;
f) Corsair Guard vessels within Omicron Gamma;
g) Outcast Guard vessels within Omicron Alpha;
h) Guard ID players in their -own- associated Guard system.
i) Special OP players within the guidelines of their approved RP.

Wow, so it seems lots of factions can use caps to attack tradeships with various restrictions.

So I ask. What role, aside from OORP, do phantoms give to disco RP-server? I really don't understand and I have seen nothing but irrelevance and absurd stupidity coming from this ID.

You get out of this server what you put into it. If you just try to run and then complain that you didnt get enough rp, youre doing it wrong. If you are pissed that your ship got blown up, youre doing it wrong. If you really want a serious answer to a question, dont call the group that you are asking stupid.
