Bretonia was moved around a bit, I do believe...
I think igiss hates overlapping connections, I do too, they confuse people...
Chester now links to Salisbury. So the Armed Forces found out about... that thing? Interesting RP there. Very interesting indeed.
Poole (BPA Guard) linking to Cambridge, New London AND Dublin? Awesome. The stupid Poole <-> Omega-50 link is gone. That made no sense...Omega-50 <-> Cambridge would be better, its not a guard system, but its a bit of a jump. Faroe was added (Perhaps new Gaiain Guard)
These new Bretonian "New" systems are also intriuging. New Cambria even links to the Molly Guard system, Londonderry. Interesting. I wonder what will populate these out-of-the-way bretonian systems.
Newcastle is also becoming quite the hub, connecting a whopping 7 systems, and none of them are guard! Perhaps this is another attempt at bringing activity to Bretonia.
Roussilion may be a Council system, but what of Tau-117? A new Link to coronado also, rounding out that very interesting system alone, this will add more to its character --- Instead of becoming a highway for smugglers into Liberty, it may become a super-speed way into Liberty, by which the Gallians will come full force.
If my counting of the pretty dots is correct, Bretonia and Liberty are now even at a staggering 18 systems a peice.
Now onto my sector of space, the East Omicrons or the Nomad Worlds.
Omicron Zeta... Movement of that "Focal point" in the East Omicrons, my home. I spend most of my time in the East Omicrons. I do hope there is a freeport, so we zoners can participate in the 'action'
Omicron Lambda, also a quite interesting jump hole hub, but not linking with Zeta. Lambda links Eta (Outcasts VERSUS Corsairs) to Kappa, a stagnant bonus vanillia system that has been underused for quite a while now. Lambda also links to Gamma, Corsair homeworld. My guess is that Lambda is a fortified Corsair barrier world, similar to the USSR and the Communist Bloc. I love geography and cartography. Thats why I elaborate so much, Its all so juicy!
Delta no longer links to Iota, further displacing it as the center of activity in the Omicrons. A good move, in my opinion. It will stop delta from becoming "New New York", but I am afraid of Zeta's new place in the Lore and RP of the Omicrons.
Omicron Mu, also an interesting new system. Linking to the Order Guard, also linking to Omicron-92, the Lair system. I have a hunch Mu may be an Order expansion system, perhaps a new planet, for you Order, always working to keep your RP status so high, in spite the fact of overwhelming indie lolwuts. You deserve it.
Onto Kusari. One new system linking to notoriously inactive Hokkaido, perhaps there is a new Gas Mining Plugin for Hokkaido. This will bring activity, and piracy for the GC. Links by Jumpgate to Rishri? They've built a completely new jumpgate, active and all... within a few years, yet Chugoku, is still unfinished? Hmm...
Also links by Direct Jumpgate to Nagano. Okinawa's jumpgate has been completed, also.
Rhienland: My second home, I've had at least 4 Rhienland Battleships at different times throughout my time here.
One new system, Koeln, bringing its total system number including guard systems to 12, far less than either Liberty or Bretonia, but closer to Kusari's number of 14. Poor Rhienland.
Links by Jumpgate to Stuttgart, an interesting link, to say the least. Saar, (Bundshuh Guard?) has been moved south, bording on the Omega's mass nebula, now linking with the Hessian's guard system.
Koeln also links to War torn Hamburg, and the Unioner Guard system Dusseldorf.
Now onto the largest addition...
Gallia: Many new systems at a desperate attempt to bring activity to Gallia. Increased activity in late 4.85 will use these systems, very fine addition indeed.
Many of you have found this addition staggering, but you failed to allow for GUARD SYSTEMS.
Gallia has 3 pirate factions, the Maquis, Brigands and Union Corse. That's 3 systems accounted for. The GRP and the GRN's guard systems that tottals to 5. Maine is the most likely choice for the GRN guard, it only has 2 system links, one to the capital and one to Anjou. Languedoc's bottleneck syndrome seems to have been cured with a new jumphole link to Corse. I am interested to see if one of these Far South Gallia systems will become a home for the Junkers -- In Gallia. Corse, linking to Provence provides an eloquent 'backdoor' into the Gallic Core worlds. New additions on the Outcast side of the battle is also interesting, Savoie linking to Lorraine, another bottleneck... Also, an afterthought. Ile-De-France, Maine, Anjou and Picardie are all in an erie, new, far North-West Sirius (if you can call Gallia Sirius) purple nebula, while Avvernge, Dauphine, Berry and Touraine are all in a new (I think?) small red nebula, west of the Tau's Walker Nebula. I have a feeling these will be interesting envirionments to explore.
I am sorry for my wall, I just LOVE cartography. Especially FAKE cartography that gets added to.
hi, i'm french and i come for saying about the name of the systems Orleanais and Lyonnais. It's not citys.
The real name is Orlean and Lyon.
I hope that you go to modify them.
Actually I was allways, as a french, asking myself what is this "Burgundy" system, to what department/county do they refer ?
As I was searching sooner a translation for a color from french to english it happened to take out this mystery : Burgundy means "Bordeaux" in French n_n
Just so you know, I don't mind at all if you change it or not in the next version, I just thought I'd tell it.

And hum, sorry, I jumped on a translation which seems to be wrong, Burgundy is indeed Bourgogne.
