Why is it so hard to sell a LABC

They're not really that good of a ship, considering they combine both of the bad parts of Battleship/Cruiser classes. They dont really have a specialization either, but considering that, neither do battleships. Battlecruisers were designed to be seen by newbies when they get 400m + to stop them from getting a battleship. Battleships are the ship class it takes the most people to kill. Hence, Battlecruisers.

They're fairly useless ships... The LABC -can- be used to counter gunboats very nicely, but it needs support. It's next to useless against everything else though. You're unlikely to sell it for a decent price.

Lack of mobility and not enough armour/firepower to make up for it makes this ship class unsuitable for PVP and therefore nobody would ever want one because they think PVP = RP.

Ie they are of no use in solo fights.. but quite useful in group fights..

Used properly as support to a BB... they can be good. But they are horribly underpowered. I'd gladly lose the 2 BB turrets on mine if I could mount a thruster instead.

As previously stated, the LABC is quite sub-par when compared to other caps.

Of course, in 86 with all the chances and balance all those issues might get fixed.

It can be hyper-specialized. In which case it becomes a surprisingly good ship. However, it also makes it more vulnerable to other classes.

I mostly use mine for RP and PVE

well yea , not the most handy ship out there, I would personally have no fear to try my luck all alone with an agile bomber, or anything that can go trough the shield.
