Jnr. Constable Page here again, submitting evidence of what I believe to be enough to warrant my promotion to a full Constable in the Bretonian Police Authority.
You can see I have submitted enough patrol reports here, encountering senior officers at parts in most of them. My total patrol time is also sufficient to qualify for Constable.
At this time, I have:
4 Patrol Reports
2 Escorts - 12
2 Fines Levied - 12
8,000,000 Total Fines

Subject:Patrol of 5/20/2012
This is Junior Constable Peak Rowser reporting my patrol today on the date of 5/20/2012. Today, after a good training session with Chief Inspector Miranda Bailey, we decided to do a patrol of Cambridge. After finding nothing in Cambridge we moved to New London and on to Leeds. In Leeds we found a player known to terrorism in the territory of Liberty. We easily took him out and proceeded. I followed Miranda to Manchester where we found a unlicensed carrier of Gaian Wildlife. We escorted him out of our territory but didn't see the need to fine him. He seemed new. Later on I met up with Officer Allister and we camped out in the Tau blockade to enforce the new laws concerning it. With every transport we met up with we told them that they had two choices, turn back or drop your cargo and proceed. At the Tau 31 jumpgate we found a Capital ship attempting to come into Bretonian territory. We told him that we can't have capital ships just roaming around Bretonia. He was smart enough to turn back with his crew of traders. We made sure his traders didn't carry anything out.

Subject: Rank up?
I'm making this post to see if I am eligible to rank up. I have a total time of 21 hours, 1 kill, 3 escorts, and I've caught 6 smugglers. I have also sent a total of 2,250,000 credits to the BPA storage from fines taken from players for commiting crimes against Bretonia. Please contact me as soon as you have decided your answer. Thank you.
Today was a lovely day on patrol through the great house of Bretonia. With the war going on and our good ol' boys keeping the Gallic threat at bay we here in the core systems are keeping the backyard clean of infestations.
Yesterday we had a few notable incidents, including several vessels attempting to cross the embargo lines in leeds. Notable transports include the Respect, a Kruger Minerals transport attemping to haul Silver Ore across the border. He made it to Tau-31 before I managed to destroy his ship with the aid of some of our up and coming Junior Constable Peak Rowser.
Next, a ship named Jean de Hollande was destroyed. A Gallic transport that somehow made its way in the New London system without getting caught by the border patrol. Needless to say it was dealt with.
A Molly Gunboat engaged us near Trafalgar, before quickly running and hiding on the base itself. A pity, I wanted to ensure that gunboat never bothered us again. Shame we have to bug our friends at that base again about aiding and abedding enemy vessels.
Today we managed to down a Red Hessian gunboat and a Red Hessian bomber that were lurking about in the New London system, both were dispatchedquickly and we all returned to normal duties. Sometime later I met up with Inspector Bailey and some of the other Constables and engaged in live-fire training. After Bailey left I trained the newer lads a few tricks of the trade ensuring they'll survive a few precious minutes longer in combat situations than they had previously been. I look forward to when they'll be able to hold off the Gallic fleet by themselves.
I forgot about the quick patrol into the Newcastle system, a Ronin fighter alerted me to the presence of a Gallic Gunboat that had made its way past our patrols. We quickly dispatched it as well.

A quick check in, had a huge battle in Leeds. A handful of reavers as well as multiple valors and obstinate cruisers opposed us. The battle was, in general, two engagements. The first we managed to fight off a few gunboats and one valor. The second, we burned down one GRN cruiser as well as a freelancer ahoudori working for them. Along with two reavers that were downed. Guncam below of kills I was able to snap.

To start off, thank you Chief Commissioner Hughes for accepting my promotion request to Constable. I hope to be able to serve Bretonia in the expected manner that comes with the rank.
Although this report is not as detailed as my previous ones, it is no less eventful (in fact even more so). I have mostly been involved in the operations detailed by Constable McAllister - providing tactical advice and fire support in a number of operations against Hessians, Reavers, Mollies and the Gallic Royal Navy. I have also been on patrol in conjunction with Her Majesty's Armed Forces, with nothing major to report occurring during this section of today's actions.
There were two incidents in which only I was involved and so haven't been reported yet: the first being my interception of an Artifact smuggler. Unfortunately they did not comply with my demands, so I was forced to destroy them. (//Reads Khall~Mey~Feng killed by BPA)Thomas.Page (Collision) Not sure of exact name but something like that)
Later on, I encountered a transport - Deepti.Lin.Express - full of MOX headed to Tau-31 from Leeds. Thankfully the pilot was very cooperative so, despite interruptions from some Gallic forces, the new one-time pass was purchased and used. Initial Scan Chatlog
A few things to report today, as it seems Bretonia was active in the Leeds system once again. Myself and Constable Page were on active duty together ensuring the safety of Bretonia during most of these incidents, save the two-almost-blockade-runners.
The first one was a none-too-bright smuggler that thought Bretonia's Finest excellent scanner arrays wouldn't catch his miniscule amount of material, possibly bomb-making for all I know. When Confronted his ship immediately opened fire. I destroyed him when he ran to Tau-31. The next ship was a very silent Samuran who decided it best to camp out and block the docking ring in front of Planet Leeds. Needless to say, I had to eliminate him after multiple requests to have him leave Bretonian space.
Next, a transport by the name of Fort.William, a friendly and cooperative fellow was trying to go past the blockade with food rations. Now normally I wouldn't speak again this, but we have our orders. Humanitarian aid, though, means he wasn't directly supplying them with ill goods. He paid the one-time 500,000 pass and moved along, I wished him a fair journey.
Next we caught wind of a Colonial Battleship in the Manchester system, he said he wanted to shoot the Royal Navy. We weren't going to argue, myself and Constable Page escorted him to the Tau-31 system and big him fair journey on his quest to end tyranny. As our Colonial friend was moving to the Tau-31 system I came upon a Gold Ore hauler Esiodo, I took a more bad-cop stance at him and tried to find his motivation for wanting to move into the Taus. I could never get a direct answer, but he was Interspace Commerce so he wasn't supplying the Gallics. I allowed him to pass once he paid the 500,000 one-time pass fee.
That's all for now,
Signed Rachel McAllister, Constable

Constable Thomas Page, reporting the major incidents of today's patrol. Most of the patrol was spent working with Constable Rachel McAllister and, for a second time, the crew of the LNS-Ravenswood.
As has been reported by Constable McAllister, we encountered and escorted a Colonial battleship, marked the Hasko.Walla, through from Manchester to the Taus. No members of the public were endangered at the time, so hopefully its mission against Gallia will pass with similar ease. Colonial Chatlog Colonial Resolution
In Leeds, during the escort, we encountered the trader Torgo, who was still wanted from my previous encounter with him. Despite being given plenty of warning and chances to surrender, the Torgo forced us to engage and was destroyed due to the Docking Ring safeguards (//PvP death according to 'Sirius Law'). The charges still stand against him. Torgo Encounter - initially stopped by Cst. McAllister Torgo Scan Torgo Chatlog
Constable Ericson, Sergeant Wallace and I encountered a Republican trader - Bremel - who requested an escort to Stokes. We arrived without serious danger and the pilot was very appreciative. Bremel Resolution
Before the end of our patrol, we found a couple of Corsairs in Snowdon. One retreated to Omega-5, while Constable Rowser and I pursue the other - Almas.Malditas - into Cambridge. Despite some support from Sergeant Wallace, Inspector Constable was forced to retreat after taking a mine to the hull. In the end, Constable Rowser and I chased him all the way along the trade lanes into the Grasmere Cloud but after several minutes of fighting, the second Corsair arrived from the Omega-5 jumphole. I was able to convince the Corsairs to end the fight and leave the system as no other resolution was forthcoming.
After this encounter (and with my first pay packet received), I have decided to go with the heavier Paladin as my patrol ship.

Yesterday's patrol went rather well. All was quiet, so we headed to check out Omega-3. While heading to patrol nearby Planet Sprague, we encountered a Reaver mercenary, alias of Silver, but she quickly scarpered without incident. Due to the potential danger, we escorted a Rheinland trader, Bremel, to the Leeds system, where they arrived safely. On the way, I encountered a Council transport, Cpt.Crunch. He was heading to a council controlled system boredring Newcastle, so I escorted him through the system to the jumphole.
I then received word of Corsair pirates entering the Cambridge system, so headed that way to assist, and took up position at the Jumpgate to New London. I then encountered a freelance trader called Pike. A cargo scan revealed that illegal Artifacts were on board. The communication log is as follows:
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Hold it, please...
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Please, let's have a wee chat...
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Thank you...
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Now then...
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Anything on board I should know about?
Pike: I don't think so BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Artifacts, for instance?
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Where did you find them?
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Hmm...
Pike: I do not know BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Drunk, are we? Had a little tipple, did, we?
Pike: aaaaaa BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: The way your ship is spinning about, hmm?
Pike: lost control BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: I'm sure you did...
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Now, about those Artifacts you have...
Pike: yes... BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Where did you get them... and where are you taking them?
Pike: I found them in omicron theta BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: You.. found them?
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: What, just... lying about?
Pike: yes BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Why don't I believe you?
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: And where are you taking them?
Pike: I don't know you can have them thou BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Firstly, yes, hand them over...
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Secondly, there is a fine for possession...
Pike: now I don't have all day
Pike: to talk BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: The fine is 20,000 credits.
Pike: so all be on my way
Pike: what... BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Pay it, and your name will be clear once more.
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Don't do this the hard way...
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: 20,000 credits, if you please.
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: No, no, 20,000
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Pay the fine, sir.
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Just 20,000. No more.
BPA)Cst|George.Ericson: Thank you. Have a good, and lawful day, sir.
After he paid the fine, I directed civilians in the Cambridge system to avoid the Corsair pirate, which was later successfully driven off.
