me and Cly started our patrol at essex, we skimmed over the omega-49 jump hole first and past arranmore, round the hood field to the F2 gold field, all was quiet, we got to H4 and Long_Hon_Silver was bullying the miners. i asked him to leave the miners alone, a Freelancer came who was acting as protection for the miner being threatened and told the molly to back off.
suddenly a Phantom came out of nowhere, i told the miners to leave the gold field, but they didnt listen to me! the phantom Wasupu hervy heavt fighter quickly destroyed one of the miners, and while my back was turned the molly blew up the other one, after which he ran away and was cheering on the phantom..
me and the freelancer fought with the phantom fighter, he tried targeting me and Cly first because we are only little, must have thought it would be easy to get rid of us.
we destroyed his ship after a short battle.

G'day ladies and gentlemen, McArthur here
Today there was an emergency situation in the manchester system near the New London jumpgate.
I jumped there to check the situation and found a large group of pirates. I counted 2 Gunboats, 2 bombers and 2 fighters. They were rather unfriendly and told me to leave the area immediately. However I called for backup and of course i stayed there. And as result they started to shoot at me but they werent really succesful in hitting my hussar, even their GBs couldnt damage me.
After a short time the Cowboys came to help and the HMS-Earl.of.Dundonald joined too. I was focused in shooting the bombers, however the cowboys and the HMS had taken care of that job. Unfortunately some of these pirates were able to run away, but I am sure we'll get them sooner or later.
That is all i have to report from today
---End of Transmission---
On behalf of the Armed forces, I am launching an investigation into the actions of the B.A.F. reserve gunboat HMS Serendipity and Inspector Kiriko Hidamari of the Bretonian Police Authority. Inspector Hidamari has made allegations of friendly fire by the crew of the Serendipity, which was of course worrisome to the high command. On the other hand, the Captain claims he was stopping an unjustified fine. As a result, we are looking into the issue itself and the broader issue of Armed forces and Police authority over civil matters in outer space. Any useful information, witnesses, and statements will be most useful.

Ma'am and Sirs, On Thursday I left Planet New London and I report sharpley for roll call and Patrol Assingments however as we just about to ger handed our patrol
routes when a Kusari Battleship and a Kusari Destroyer launched an attack on Leeds seeing that no armed forces we were ordered by Commander Silsbury to defend Planet
Leeds airspace. We left with Sergent Hone in his Special Responce Division armor already and Constable Jason Macarthur and Constable William Hughes.
We arrived in Leeds, Commander silsbury docked at Durham Border Station to change into her Special Responce Division armor and when we arrived in leeds we spotted a
kusari battleship and kusari destroyer. We quickly saw a cosair gunboat by the name dolpy flying below the plane so Commander silsbury ordered us to disrupt him and
Sergeant Hone managed to destroy the cosair gunboat. Then we foucsed our intention on the kusari battleships and destroyer.
However the terriost orgonisation "the indians" also entered the area. As well as two bretonia destroyers and one bretonian battleship. We were kept in reserve until
the indians entered the fray, which was near the start of the fray. Commander Silsbury and Seargent Hone targeted the Kusari Battleship and the rest of our forces
targeted the indians.
Unfortanley the Bretonian battleship was destroyed earlY on, With the two remaing destroyers left we manged to destroyed the kusarian battleship.
Then Commander Silsbury got destroyed by the indians. Then after a short while two Kusari Naval Forces joined in the fray with one bretonian dessie being destroyed then Sergeant Hone got destroyed by the indians and the kusarians.
Then our losses grew worse when the other bretonian dessie was destroyed. After a short while I got pinned down by both the indians and Kusari Naval Force and I unfortantley had to eject
I finally did it, I caught an IND red-handed, AND the fool resisted arrest!
I observed An IND ship moving from Dublin to Edinburgh, as that is a well known smuggling route, I moved to investigate.
Upon receiving a tip-off from BMM miner Atomic.Number.79 that he was carrying refined gold - which the kusari pay highly for, I ordered him to planet Gaia for inspection, he did not come, but I found him approaching the Tau-31 jump hole, and he confirmed he was carrying refined gold, thus realising my worst fears:
Quote:Cargo Transported to the Tau Systems
Moving cargo across the Bretonian border into Kusari space or to any Kusari-held base is illegal, and will be treated as an act of war, making the transporter of said goods an enemy combatant
Approved Bretonian corporations supplying allied bases in the Tau systems are exempted from this provision. Cargo being imported into Bretonia from Kusari is to be welcomed as a diversion of valuable materials from them.
IMG and Zoner ships may carry cargo through Bretonia and as far as their holdings in the Tau systems. IMG and Zoner ships found moving goods through the Taus into Kusari will be fined 5 million credits. BAF and BPA pilots have the right to demand the destination of the traders and confirm it via intel.
Traders found to be trading with Kusari must drop their cargo or sell it at Bretonian bases. Traders found to have lied about their destination will be treated as enemies of the Crown.
And that he possessed a license to do so.
However he quickly contradicted himself and tried to claim that he didnt need one, and no such thing existed, despite having seconds ago claimed he owned one:
Also, although he CLAIMED to be taking the gold to the CR, Atomic.Number.79 said the IND had also claimed to be making 2000 profit on his gold at his selling point:
I don't know of any CR base that offers 2000 profit on refined gold, but I DO know of a kusari base; Planet Honshu!
This made me suspect him of lieing about his destination, which under the above law:
Quote:Traders found to have lied about their destination will be treated as enemies of the Crown.
AND transporting goods to Kusari:
However he continued to argue, and before I could act, he attempted to cruise away, CLAIMING he was going to New London, due to the fact that he was apparently attempting to escape charges, AND that he had already shown himself untrustworthy, so I considered it highly likely he would simply attempt to reach kusari via an alternative route, I ordered him to halt several times, placing him under arrest:
He refused to stop, and actually ASKED me to destroy his ship, risking his own life and those of his crew, in order for him to "weight" his report against me:
I destroyed the criminal, then informed him in his escape pod (it was cloaked) that he was still under arrest, and would be treated as such.
A little while later on my Patrol, I saw The IND Jethrow again in New London, I ordered him to await me to be taken into custody, and ordered all stations to lock docks against him, but he simply laughed and docked on waterloo station:
Waterloo allowed him to dock, despite the fact that I had ordered all stations not to allow him docking, thus IC was harbouring a fugitive from Bretonia!
I ordered him to come out, which he eventually did:
So that's that, Attempting to smuggle goods to Kusari, lieing about intended destiantion, multiple resiting arrests, and Harbouring a fugitive on the IC station administrator's part.
I push for sanctions against [IND]Jethro's.Jewels, and IC
P.S. I'd just like to point out that I wasn't destroyed in that fight against the kusari, Higgins.

Subject: Patrol Report
Greetings. As command is aware, I have returned to duty after a lengthy personal leave of absence.
I first had to get my ship out of storage. It had a bit of dust on it, but I ran the entire preflight checklist (the long version no less!) and everything checked out, so I obtained clearance and launched my Paladin to space.
I started with a patrol of Manchester. All was quiet, so I headed to New London.
As soon as I jumped in, I received a transmission from a ship with the callsign Baroness. The captain stated that there was a Samura ship in Dublin, with the callsign of Samura|Fujin Tip from Baroness. Now, I had never patrolled Dublin before. I was previously assigned to Leeds and New London, with occasional patrols in Manchester or Cambridge. However, as there were no other agents of the Crown available, I decided to investigate.
I proceeded to jump to Dublin. Just on the other side of the gate, I picked up a contact (hostile) on my scanners, a ship by the name of Captain_Rob. I approached the ship, and sure enough, he was flying Molly colors, and flying a Liberty Rogue Gunboat! Molly Captain_Rob. What's more he was carrying in his hold several BAF pilots! Captain_Rob with BAF pilots.
I asked him very politely to transfer the pilots to me, and to my astonishment, he did! He also asked for compensation for doing so, which I of course denied.I could potentially have fined him for attacking agents of the crown, but didn't really have the proof any way, so I did, however, waive any fines. Given him being in a gunboat and me being in a Paladin with no backup, I chose not to pursue hostilities.
Captain Rob also offered assistance in finding the Samura ship. Now, we may have our disagreements with the Mollys, but we agreed that Samura should not be in Bretonian space, so I accepted. The Molly took matters a step further, and made a general transmission to the system, asking the Samura ship to leave. In the meanwhile, I got another tip that the Samura ship was at coordinates H4. Now, I had planned to arrive at those coordinates without fanfare, however now that the Molly had made a transmission I felt it was time to take control of the situation. I made a more polite transmission to the system as a whole. Transmissions to the system. Second transmission.
I proceeded to the indicated coordinates, and was rewarded with a brief scanner contact of the Samura vessel. Unfortunately, it was too brief and too far away to obtain a directional heading. However, the Molly later sighted him, and indicated that he might be heading for the Chester jumphole. I was unfamiliar with that location, but didn't want to reveal my lack of knowledge to the Molly. I instead radioed the Essex, and they were able to provide me with the location. I headed towards it, but before I got there the Samura ship appeared on my scanners. It entered a jumphole that, with more assistance from the Essex, I was able to determine lead to the Leeds system. I jumped through and found myself in the Smog cloud, with the Samura on my scanners again.
I activated my cruise engines. Unfortunately he managed to give me the slip. A very sneaky character this Fujin.
I did patrol the Leeds system a bit looking for him, but I did not enter the warzone, which, in my Paladin, would have been a bad idea, to say the least.
The last incident on my patrol worth reporting was a civilian transferring a pirate pilot to my custody. I transferred the pirate to the Derby for processing. By this time I had also weathered a few attacks from Kusari scouts. However our own patrols and the Derby were able to keep them from doing any serious harm.
My ship, however, sustained minor damage, so I headed to New London and docked with Southampton Shipyard for repairs, thus ending my patrol.
Quite eventful for a first patrol back!

Bonjour monsieur le Chef de Gendarmerie,
I try to find une gendarme superviseur to patrolle avec, mais je ne pas find one. I look a la system de Nouveau Londre et a la system de Leeds, but non, alas no gendarmerie. Ah well, I patrolle en single! I greet all in manner friendly, but some pilote are not friendly to moi. What is "bloody frog", je ne pas comprendez?
I warn une bomber pour tirez sur Nouveau Londre, …..aah le Breton, pardonez moi….I tell bomber pilote no shoots by New London mooring mast and he leave. All rest quiet dans system de New Londre, mais oui? So I go to la system de Leeds.
Une grande battle de le BAF et la KNF ….. again! Pourquoi ils se batten…..pardon monsieur, aah, have they no better to do things? Une KNF attacks me when I fly away. La cochone tirez a mon derriere! C'est une chose à faire cowardly, mon dieu c'est ..................pardonez moi, le coward he shots me in the arse? Je ne peux pas accepter, I shots back at la cochone a la rage! He is une grande pilote, mais Je suis determinee. I score une kill, oui? La pilote de KNF I have in mon hold and now must give to....vous monsieur?
I met up with BPA)Ins|Kiriko.Hidimari, and later MM~Brother.Bear, in New London, acting on a report of a Corsair presence within the system. After a thorough search, long range scanners picked them up at Dublin, so we beelined it for there.
Upon entering the other side of the jumpgate, we were immediately set upon by three HAF fighters. Their names were HAF-C-Quark, HAF-A-MarquesDelRiscal and HAF-M-Alderbaran--two Titans and a Bomber.
I was caught completely unprepared for both the swiftness and the ferocity of their attack. Before I could arm my guns, my shield was gone and my hull was nearly done in. I had to engage emergency repairs on the spot. Not a great way to start a battle.
Our Corsair foes were merciless. A group of spectators gathered at some distance to observe the battle. Some were offering their help, others were offering to join against us. One Corsair, seeing himself in need, took down a innocent bystander to obtain his shipload of bots and shield batteries. Merciless indeed. However, those who have no mercy shall be granted none themselves. This proved true in their case as I'll explain later.
The first casualty of the battle was HAF-C-Quark. His ship discovered that it did not have a taste for missiles as it exploded in a ball of fiery dust. I'm uncertain as to whose missile it was. Maybe Inspector Hidimari can shed some light on that.
The second one to fall was HAF-M-Aldebaran. BPA)Ins|Kiriko.Hidimari filled his hull with one too many holes with her guns and away he went. That made it two down and one to go.
The last one standing among the Corsairs was HAF-A-MarquesDelRiscal. Our three ships against the lone Corsair. Normally, honor would reign and we would try and give him a fighting chance with better odds. The Corsair was certainly begging for it. However, as I said earlier, to those who have no mercy, none shall be bestowed upon them. The HAF fighter lasted a bit longer than he should have, but eventually he succumbed to the might of a Bretonian Splitter.
It was a proud day for the BPA. Some among the spectators commented on how nice it was to see the BPA back in action. One of them was actually betting another a substantial amount of credits that we would win. There were no takers.
I have to give much praise to MM~Brother.Bear. His assistance was invaluable, without which we may not have succeeded. Also, to Inspector Hidimari, I owe a debt of gratitude. Her coaching during the fight ensured my survival. If not for her, nuclear mines would've caught me at several points during the battle.
My ship is currently undergoing repairs, but I'm told it will be as good as new in no time. Until then, I look forward to my next report.
