I regret to inform you that I must submit my resignation to the Liberty Security Force. I joined the force seeking to uphold the laws and customs of the Republic of Liberty, however, that is not what I have seen. In my time here, I have seen agents use illegal drugs, harass innocent civilians without cause, and generally act in a manner that I can only call un-professional. While I know there are many fine agents, I just find that I cannot perform in this environment. I give my sincerest apologies and hope there are no issues with my resignation.

Today in New York system we find two Cerberus agents, they are trying to track down some infected Navy Cpt. that is what they said. After little talk they started to shoot at us in the middle of Liberty space, Excalibur and me menage to destroy one ship and take some data on cerberus mission.
***Data info*** - ***Cerberus audio log***
We will track down that infected man and try to bring him at ouer labs...
***signal lost***
There is nothing more of audio, all other data is at Cerberus agent that menages to escape us and disappear in badlands. His name was Lampert. We need to get this agent and take more information, if this all is true then we have big problems gentleman`s.

Subject: Phantom encounter.
Greetings. This is the report concerning Phantom activity in California yesterday. I got a report from agent Yamato that an unknown ship (supposedly, Phantom) had been sighted in California. Since Yamato had problems with his ship, I headed there on my own to investigate.
I jumped to the California system to find that ship right at the jump gate. The Phantom obviously wanted to destroy a mining vessel when I entered the system. My arrival changed the odds, however. Since it's impossible to reason with the Phantoms, I had no other choice but to engage.
The miner made his way to safety (luckily for him, he didn't know what foe he had faced) and I continued fighting the Phantom. The Phantoms' weapons are quite deadly, but even the best of them are no match for an antimatter cannon. I managed to get a scan of the vessel, however there's not that much information we may find useful. Here is the scan.
Some time passed before Emily Anderson arrived. By that time the Phantom's ship had been badly damaged, so she (judging by the voice, it was she) retreated.
P.S.: If such "raids" continue, we'll need to pay more attention to this problem. It has been some time since we got reports of Phantom activity.

After little problems in Alaska system I had conversation with Mike.Edwards you can hear ouer audio log HERE.
If you read my earlier report you will see that Order is messing in Liberty problems and that is bad, man named Scot.Koutras with Freelancer ID, IFF and Sabre class of his ship. He was found in restricted space with alien organisms on his cargo and some nomads that he hunt of, we menage to contact him but he did`nt comply after that no other option is available and we try to take him down. We fight him and he show as a good challenge and one of ouer pilot was badly damage, little time has passed and suspect is making a run for it... From unknown location comes Order Battleship, ouer scanners did`nt saw him and the suspect Scot docked. LSF force was not prepared for that assault, we have no other choice but to make distance of that ship. He disappear too.

Source:In orbit near Willard Station
Sender: Captain Remus Sius, Texan Armada
Encryption: Very Heavy
Greetings,
This is Captain Remus Sius of the LNS-Douglas. It was a long time now since I have posted an intelligence report about my research in Nomads. My secondary objective,*Classifed Operation (Code 02A3)*, was started today.
Warning the following intel has been deemed CLASSIFIED and shall be seen by the LSF Directors: David Copperfield, Deputy Director Deus, and Associate Deputy Director Wolfe only. Level 10 encryption system detected!
Quote:Today Willard station reported signals that appear to be of Nomad signature in the Magellan system. We received the order to scout the area for the Nomad. Once in the Magellan system, we immediately activated the TLR to triangulate the source. We first explored the Barrier on the Bretonian side of the system. We were careful not to be seen by civilians. Nearing the Leeds jump hole I found this:
[color=#FFFF33]*Uploading files*
The Bradley. Scans indicate that the transport is registered as a Universal Shipping transport. It was reported missing ONLY YESTERDAY. Also we retrieved several gate part from the ship. Sadly though, we didn't find any survivors as the ship's hull had decompressed. However, we did find that the escape pods were gone. A probable explanation that they were kidnapped by the Lane Hackers in the area.
After that we explored the area near the jumphole leading system called Kansas, recent scans of the system made by Willard show a huge amount of Nomad signature in the north-eastern part of the system. Although I have never explored the area due to the presence of the so-called NTF organization, upon nearing the jumphole we immediately found the source of the signal.

LNS-Douglas: *rubs his eyes togerther* Do I know you from somewhere?
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Perhaps...this one's child name was Kye'Lo, and often frequents the Liberty stars.
LNS-Douglas: Remus: Kye'Lo, seems familiar...
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: As does the Remus-named, it burns in the back of our mind...out of grasp, yet within sight.
LNS-Douglas: Remus: You don't know me do you?
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Perhaps...we believe the lightless know of it as...de ja vu.
Keepers.Minerva: **She stands un-nervingly still, her jaw and chest being all that moves, as she speaks.**
LNS-Douglas: Remus: It's interesting, you seem real and yet seem imaginary.
LNS-Douglas: *The marines look suspicious the Captain.* Marine: Sir are you alright?
Keepers.Minerva: **She smiles, bringing her hand up to run it down his cheek. Should he not draw back, it would appear real; warm and soft

LNS-Douglas: So are you the manifestation of the organism?

LNS-Douglas: Remus: My intentions are to try to understand and establish diplomatic relations with the entity known to your kind as the

LNS-Douglas: As you refer to us as the "dark ones"
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: We understand such things, and this is why This One has not sought to devour your taint. But trust comes not in an
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Instant. Would you welcome unto your breast those of the Rheinland Stars with no hours trickling by the glass?
LNS-Douglas: I understand the sole purpose of this war with the Rheinlanders... Its a very sad sight.
LNS-Douglas: I do however do the necessary things to preserve life even the lives of what Liberty considers as enemies.
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: This one knows. This one understands. But trust must be fostered and nurtured, as one would a child.
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: And should it bloom, the rewards will be unfathomable.
LNS-Douglas: *Remus looks at the vast space* Yes I am a observer of the world. And I tell you it is quite a world.
LNS-Douglas: We try to explore everything but in exploration we find more questions to answer.
LNS-Douglas: *Turns to the woman* I see this encounter as a very promising one. Your kind has amazed me to much an extent.
Keepers.Minerva: **She nods gently.** We welcome words with those whom offer.
LNS-Douglas: I always hear of your kind as hostile but in reality hostilies come from both sides.
LNS-Douglas: Thats why peace can only be achieved if one side stops the fighting but also must the other side cease.
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Do be wary of our kin less trusting than this one...while many welcome peace, others do not agree.
LNS-Douglas: Remus: Thank you for your kindness. If you could please, spread the word of mine to your kin?
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: This one shall. To your kin, utter the name Minerva.
LNS-Douglas: And what is the message?
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Merely that this one is naught but a scholar. It seeks knowledge, not war, and no harm shall come to those who
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Do not harm it.
LNS-Douglas: Remus: *nods* Please to meet you Minerva. I doubt if anyone will listen. The minds of which have been already sealed.
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: There is no success without chance. There is no chance without attempt.
LNS-Douglas: Remus: Your right.
LNS-Douglas: *murmurs in the background* So it is possible of peacful communication with them.
LNS-Douglas: Seems so but it warns us of others who are aggressive.
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Does the Remus-named wish to utter more? Or may this one return to slumber?
LNS-Douglas: Remus: Enough gentlemen, we have disturb-errr him or her?
LNS-Douglas: I think her would be suited
Keepers.Minerva: Woman: Farewell to the lightless. We anticipate further contact.
LNS-Douglas: Remus: Once again I thank you for this encounter... Good luck out there.
Keepers.Minerva: **On next blink, she disappears from view, and the creature returns to dormancy.**
LNS-Douglas: Remus: Wonderful beings. *Communicator shut off*
We were surprised at the kindness it showed to us. The scientists on board didn't imagine a Nomad with this ability to understand and be calm against a ship of our size. The Nomad appears to be of Gunboat Class. I hope for more promising encounter like this. Although we were warned that not all are like "her". About me calling it "her". The avatar it took was a woman, she also had a name: "Minerva".
She would pass the information that my crew and I were of no harm to them. I would also do the same to the LSF.
For Freedom and Justice,
Captain Remus Sius

Yesterday I have rough day, several time`s I was there to assist the Navy to clean up the mess with pirates and terrorist`s. At one moment on my private channel shows up a Liberty navy pilot with some urgent message, pilot name was [LN]-Arthur-Mark.
He told me that he have some pilot who want to buy some weapons in the Alaska system, my answer is negative and I fly right to them. First I checked zone21 to make shure everything is okay and after that I go to meet that person, we have little conversation in private at battleship Missouri.

Good Evenin'
Today, was a... eventful day. Within the first couple of seconds, I had a whole gang of pirates on my six. I entered the trade lane from Manhattan, to West point. Several hostile ships were camping the lane, hackers to be exact. Several fighters, and one Lane Hacker gunship.
I put a distress call on SyKp3 comms, but no answer, I called in a Bounty Hunter, he was most cooperative. Though I knew it was not going to be enough. However, the pirates began the fight. Me and the hunter took out two fighters, before two USI escorts came to assist, the gunboat was destroyed, and one of the fighters fled, while one was heading to Ronchester.
I had reason to beleive he was running to the Junkers, I ordered to pursuit.. only to be interupted by two Outcast bombers. I told them to mind their business.. they wanted to make it their business, and so the bombers joined in, and due to these outcasts, I was unable to get any gun cam shots of the one of the Lane Hackers docking. Anyway, the outcast finally took the hint that they should mind their own business.. and they docked at Ronchester.. Excellent, I got some guncam shots of this too.
I'll start to do an investigation into this.. hopefully the Junkers will kick 'em out, and let the Rogues rip them apart, it will save the Navy, and LSF alot of trouble.

To whom of right,
A few minutes ago, I, Director David Copperfield of the Liberty Security Force, assisted by Chief of Operations Mike Edwards, Supervisory Agent Scott Robinson, Agent Raphael Black and Agent Jamie Holland, went inside Rheinland Territory with our "Reindeer" joint Fighter and Bomber Recon and Assault wing.
At 1400 EST Manhattan Time, ships were converging to RV point Alpha 1 to acquire munitions and support equipment. From this point, we, at 1415 EST, started to move toward a location 30 clicks of Planet Stuttgart, Stuttgart. Once at location, fighter crafts, along with mine, were dispatched to seek for potential targets for the bombers. At 1442, a RFP fighter craft was spotted by us near a tradelane. I then ordered Supervisory Agent Robinson to fly away with the two bombers and continue to seek for a bigger target. Here are the transcript of the discussion between me and the RFP vessel:
As you can see, at 1447, I've ordered all our crafts to flee from the area. It seemed like we caught the Rheinlanders (Who were 5 at the end of the discussion) by surprise since none of them has tried to open fire on us. They also didn't follow our ships through the escape route.
Briefly after, we flew through Dresden to get to the Frankfurt system, from where we attempted to find a new target of opportunity. One of our fighters, went toward the NB gate to keep watch while the rest stayed around the vicinity of Mannheim. At 1500, we encountered a RNC ship named the Mordlust who ordered us to leave the area at once. We refused his order which resulted in a firefight while in the meantime, our fighter at the NB gate was busy trying to negociate his situation with RM officials. Here are the transcripts of the fight:
As you can see, some ships were lost during the battle. Mainly due to faulty loadouts, which may be replaced in the next days, and human flight path errors. I then ordered our ships to dissengage and flee. However, our ship at the gate was unable to do so. So my and the surviving bomber went there in cruise to create a diversion to let the fighter the chance to charge his engines and flee.
By a strange coincidence, an Ion storm caught the whole area at 1511, thus paralyzing both sides. Ships were sent adrift while the computer systems were trying to reboot. Once the Ion storm was over, there were no enemies around any of us. Remaining ships have been ordered to go back to Alpha 1.

Sonya Mosby, think I have all proven to help solve the case. You asked for more evidence of the case "Invisible Hand", I'm here to deliver them.
I'm pretty sure that with this you can bring a decision:
1. The ship is scanned for any kind of weapons - Evidence
2. The ship was scanned if it contains any missile or mines - Evidence
3. I did the scan on his shield and armor
4. I eventually made scan ofhis cargo space - Evidence
Since I participated in all of this would be the normal thing to state my opinion, there is no doubt that the gentleman who reported the crime that he was himself a part of it. Not only that he committed genocide on the people but also wanted to shift the blame on an honest worker who was in the unpleasant situation. Now you have my proof and my opinion, the only thing you can do is to decide by yourself.
