Reporter Comments: Suspect vessel is a 'Werewolf' Very Heavy Fighter. Encountered on patrol in California, the pilot was unperturbed by Siege cruiser support, stalling Naval forces until the LR-I.Blame.My.Mother arrived, resulting in the loss of the [LNS]Capetown and damage to my own Avenger. The pilot appears to spend most of his time drinking, and poses little individual threat.

Reporter Comments: Craft is a Rogue 'Scylla' Destroyer, of considerable quality. The I.Blame.My.Mother is quick to provide assistance to other Rogue forces, facing down a Siege Cruiser with little damage to itself. The craft sports superior armour and weapons, as well as a crew that more then know how to use them. Approach with extreme caution.

Hale here.
Right... The entirity of the research drone organisation has been outlawed in Liberty. Zanders is doing exactly the right thing in blowing you up. The navy does not 'love' you, or any of the other research drones in existance. We tend not to be too fond of anything which tries and fails to send data to rheinland.
You are being rendered hostile to the republic of liberty, for very obvious reasons.

Suspect Comms ID:Will.Cure Reporter Comms ID: LNS-Wolfcrest (Forwarded by S. Wolfe, the programmer) List of Crimes:
Refusal to turn over Liberty pilots upon request
Firing on Naval assets
Socialising with known criminal elements
Broadcasting false distress signals
Evidence of Crime(s):
Reporter Comments: According to the Wolfcrest's backlogs, vessel Will.Cure broadcast a distress signal from near the California gate today, claiming it needed assistance against a pirate. However, the AI determined there to be a 99.92% chance this was fraudulent, given that Will.Cure had in an earlier incident broadcast the same thing, and when the Wolfcrest responded, fired upon it. That battle became large scale, and as such the AI did not take any guncam shots.
When an open broadcast was made to warn others that this was likely the case, Will.Cure made vague threats about having sighted a trader, which was also likely to be fraudulent but the risk was determined too high to ignore, and as such the Wolfcrest moved to the area to investigate.
Upon arrival, there was 2 hostiles on the scene, the Will.Cure and LR-Gabriel.Darksorrow, as well as a mercenary Virage. Scans of both the Will.Cure and LR-Gabriel.Darksorrow showed that Darksorrow was empty, but Will.Cure had Navy pilots. When asked to turn them over, they refused and the AI determined to engage. When Gabriel came to Will's defence, the AI made an offer of 5 million to the merc. in exchange for his services. Whilst there was no confirmation given, their actions did imply that they accepted.
Both vessels were destroyed, the merc. was paid and the Navy pilots should now be in Manhattan Medical, if they haven't been discharged already.
The Combat Tactical Analysis of the Will.Cure is rather low; the vessel mostly hides behind its friends, and tends to fall quickly when cut off. The LR may even begin to dislike this guy, as he's led a number of their people to their deaths in the last 2 days.

Reporter Comments:
Subject was spotted in Alaska,but ran,and jumped to NY while i was communicating with him,so evidence is sketchy. I caught back up to him in NY 3K from Manhattin where i obtained footage of his cargo just before he docked at planet. I ordered the planet deny him landing clearance,but was to slow. This was not the first time he has been spotted in Alaska,and with Artifacts. He is very fast,and hard to catch red handed.
