Interesting Concern

an Outcast nature, one of the easiest in the book if you remember. And you have had enough experience
on this mod not to make basic errors.

Yeah, I know. But I'm having a hard time getting Corsairs to drop full neutral to lose the tag. The character is about 4 hours old, I'm full green with Outcasts. Stuck with a Corsair tag until I have the time to finish working Corsairs neutral. Every BHG I kill that CD's me, I have to work even harder to get that rep back down.

I'm not blaming my tools, this isn't about "They attacked me because of my tag!" this is about them attacking me WITHOUT ROLEPLAY. I'm sorry to say, but it's not like they have the excuse "Oh he coulda killed us" because I was severely outnumbered, and pinned with CD's. They could have atleast said something along the lines of "Die!"

And I know it was PVP Whore behavior because when I PM'd the guy who killed me, he never responded, and I was nice too.

I'm a little concerned with the way DO gets shoved in a box for a simple question...

Well the 'factions' mentioned in the sensor...one of them has absolutely no RP and in game is always ooc chatter. Sometimes I wish we could have some kind of a filter that takes out 'lol' in any sense of the word. Because when one of these factions comes to town they bring a barrage of 'lol's into system chat like mad. And DO we understand this concern and it seems my idea(s) to fix it are always flamed to death. But this is one of the things that if it is not fixed then discovery is gonna go bye bye. So anyone wanna stop the constant oorp stuff going on?

Perhaps something like a changeable bad word-filter which filters swear words. Is there some program for that already available?

I agree a chat filter would be a great way to limit chat.. but that would generally be to broad.

Oddly it's in server announcements section. Took me a little while to find them first time.

Well yea, one of the mentioned factions is particulary fond of 'lolling & trolling' in system chat. Though they're not really that bad when met one on one, just appears they have a trouble keeping things when banded together. Capship whoring and flaks are also issues.

EDIT: I really hate it when people say things like "lol". I would rather people say what their char would say in that situation (over the comms)

Quite. One of our members got screens and reported the repeated violations. As of yet, nought has been done.
