I really don't care what you might think of this faction, and I'll explain you why.
The only reason you looked for the Kusari Legal Codex is because you were fined with 10 million credits. It was only after that, that you cared about Kusari laws. Which is not amazing as you don't even read your own ID's.
You say we have no idea how to do our job? Funny that you say that after your own members escaped from KNF by docking on a KSP station, with a Zoner guard ID on a Zoner whale, bot things against server rules.
Now the 10 million fine... at the time being, smuggling cardamine was fined with 5 million credits.
But the offense for docking in planet Kyushu increased it, there is nothing writen about how much money you have to pay for escaping from KNF (The 10 million was to be removed from our criminal list, not for escaping from us). And there will never be, I feel it's a waste of our time to be counting how many times a smuggler escape.
You got caught, pay the fine, and everything is clear.
You got caught and you escape, and everything will get worst.
You can't expect that we charge the same to someone who's caught and pay on spot, and someone who's caught and run away.
And, if you read my previous post, the Laws were changed to avoid future situations like this, not to apply the new changes to this particular case.
Now, please don't post again in our feedback thread about this matter, because frankly, I'm tired of your whining.

Why do you run a feedback forum when you are not even interested?

no, we knew part of Kursari House Law before, lets say it like this, i had a f**** f***** up day, and the last thin i needed was some RP-loving lawful-watch-me-i-am-important-guy to interrupt me. This is why i wrote "suc(x)k it".

Aw c'mon, bad troll, if you post something like this, we will continue our whiny bitch whining. How old are you....
EDIT: JIHADJOE, YOUR QUOTATION-FUNCTION DOESNT WORK
I'd like to say great fight to the Destroyer and Gunboat in Kyushu earlier today. I also just wanted to say two things though.
First, As an official faction it's a little odd to see people botfarming and
Two, it's okay to lose your prey! :P I wouldn't have run if it was just the gunboat after my ally Explorer went down. Even in the heat of battle, try and keep fairplay in mind.
Slippery little bugger though, eh?
Other than that, the KNF have been fantastic in my interactions with them both on my GC and KSP characters. (Though admittedly I avoid fights with that gorram Chimmie)

I can pretty much say the same, interactions with you are fun pretty much always. Regardless on which side I had been standing. You are doing a good job!

Botfarming is not encouraged at all, please PM with the names so I can teach them that.
And for chasing their target, I can't comment as I was not part of the fight, sometimes you really want the other ship destroyed.

I don't know how to handle feedback like this, so... NO U Q_Q
And thanks
--------------------------------
I'll comment about some private feedback I got recently.
This goes to traders and how the KNF handle with them.
We are, probably, the house with more restriction on "legal" commodities, therefore we know we will have a lot of traders with restricted cargo flying around, and we've always tried to play along with them, be "fair".
Due to the amount of stupid traders who use OORP ways to escape from us, such as docking on planet Kyushu, battleship Nagumo, F1ing, quick docking... we got tired.
That means that now, we act first, and talk later, I'm sorry for the people who prefer chatting before acting, but we are now inclined to play this way, it's harsh, it's fast... but the good part is, we can chat all what you want after our requests are complied.
Or course not complying to our requests will get you... scrapped.
Not knowing the Kusari Legal Codex is your fault, however when a KNF officer says "This is restricted" you better believe him.
I would like to file a complaint against a Kusari Naval Forces officer, specifically [KNF-K]Uchigatana.
I am the captain of the mining vessel "This.Ore.That". I mine Niobium Ore in Tau-23, which I then ferry via Kusari to Planet New Berlin. On the way back to Tau-23, I pick up a load of MOX at Dortmund Station, which I then sell at Narita Outpost. I then take Mining Machinery back to Java in Tau-23. I am well aware of the restriction on exporting MOX to the Tau systems, which is why I do not do so--I import MOX to Kusari and then take Mining Machinery out.
Up until today I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with my frequent trips through Kusari space. Today, however, I was stopped at the New Tokyo jump gate in Honshu by a Hogoshan by the name of Kikoruku. He disrupted my cruise engines as I was making my way to the gate and stated that he required a "donation" of 2million credits. I asked if he was joking, and he began to fire upon me. The battle quickly turned in my favor. I gave the Hogoshan multiple chances to leave the area and stopped firing upon him several times, but each time he came back to attack me.
[KNF-K]Uchigatana arrived via the tradelane from Yukawa and demanded that I stop firing, which I did at once. I explained that the Hogoshan had fired upon me, but the Hogoshan claimed that I had started the fight (Really? I'm a mining ship. I don't start fights) while continuing to attack me. When I fired back on the Hogoshan, Uchigatana ordered me to stop firing, which I again did. He claimed that he was unable to see the Hogoshan firing on me.
Uchigatana then accused me of carrying illegal goods (MOX). MOX is only illegal if it is being exported to the Taus, and I intended to drop it off at Narita as I always do. I invited Uchigatana to come with me to Narita to ensure that I was being truthful, but he never replied.
At this point my hull damage from the Hogoshan (who had been firing upon me the whole time) was becoming problematic, and out of self defense I was forced to eliminate the threat. At that point Uchigatana insulted me and declared that I would "pay for that." Pay for what, taking out a pirate vessel that was continuing to attack me in front of a naval forces officer?
I believe that Uchigatana is either blind to have been unable to see the Hogoshan firing upon me, in which case he has no business behind the controls of a starship, or he supports pirates--hardly the sort of officer I would imagine the Kusari military wants representing them.
Of course, if it is Kusari government official policy to support piracy in Kusari house space, then I apologize to have bothered, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This sounds much more like an in-rp complaint than an oorp complaint.
