Played demo.. it's nice. I like rogue combat moves, somehow fighting is fluid, not just rogues. Effects are nice, though demo isn't displaying best of it. I believe full game will be really really good.
The game is damn right horrible. When Bioware were told in the early stages of development they gave a brilliant piece of arse kissing public relations. Why? They clearly paid of critics see for yourself HERE. Notice what the critics say notice what the users say...Bioware has failed hard...I am utterly disappointed in them. The first Dragon Age was brilliant good old school RPG with loads of fun and a reasonable story...but they went for the money this time attempting a game play merge with their more successful title-Mass Effect. And to top it all they release a game in 2011 that looks worse (not to mention not as nearly realistic) in some departments than The Witcher which was released in 2007 and uses Bioware's Aurora engine which is 9 years old. I just can't put my disappointment in the proper words...I am actually afraid what is to become of Mass Effect 3 now...

The combat in DA:O was just horrible. Truly horrible it bored me to death and because of it I never finished DA: O despite of the epic story. And when it comes on look, what the hell you people have with graphics last years. I care for story and gameplay not for pixel hunting. Yes I have old laptop and yes I will need to earn money to buy new one this year, but the only reason is I that want to play ME 3, Skyrim, GW 2, Diablo 3 etc etc.
But I will need it to actually play the games because of the story and such, not that I desire some uber-epic effects. Yes I play DA 2 demo on 800x600 resolution and lowest graphics even when I have 1280x800 native. Yes I play it like that because I do not care for graphics but for the gameplay. So thank you bioware for not pixel hunting.
I also finished the demo. I still think it's epic.
That conversation sometimes in DA:O had surprises, I think I am about to say something nice and I get yelled at by someone in squad.. in demo and like ME2 you see response already basically. Though, that isn't really generally a problem for me.. I kinda like it this way.
