Bretonia and all its corporations have bounties on Gallic Navy, Police and all Gallic Corporations. Bounty Hunters sign up on the Bretonian bounty boards and any Gallic they see...pewpewpewpewpewpew. Have a nice day.
I strongly disagree. 90 percent of the people here can be reasoned with if you have time and patience. A lot of offences can be boiled down to language difficulties. The aim is to get everyone to abide by server rules - NOT to punish people for offences they might not even be aware of...
While you're trying to talk to them, they are stomping all over somebody else' gameplay. Ship should be removed from the field and put in Bastille until it can be corrected.
I understand where you are coming from, but I guess it has to do with difference in temperaments and attitude. Lots of things break immersion on this server - I've even seen admins play around with cloaks and admin guns vs willing players at late hours in Alpha. To me the sensible thing is to say "hey uncool" and then take it from there. But hey different people, different dispositions

Bounty hunters would not choose one side over the other in that fight since both houses provide lawful bounties to members of the bounty hunter faction. It would be like shooting your employer, then asking for more jobs--bad RP. In this case, Gallia does not hire members of the bounty hunter faction, so they are not an employer.
There is a possible issue as to whether Gallia targets are lawful and therefore not valid, however Gallia is at least aggressive to the other houses so it is borderline. I don't see a problem with it. I don't shoot Gallia armed forces with my hunter, but that's because they are not pirates and I only shoot pirates.
