As i was doing my usual patrol in New London i came across Hackers' pilot Edward_low (pirate transport).I informed him that he needs to leave Bretonia space immediately,he complied at first look, but then ran to Trafalgar base and docked.Few minutes later he came outside,i told him again to leave or i will take some actions. He oppened fire and faced destruction.Armed forces pilot Chris.Matthews assisted me on this one.Wouldn't have done it without him. http://img192.imageshack.us/i/screen7bu.png
Later, while patrolling in Leeds i intercepted an independant trader(Valet) coming from the tau gate, loaded with H-Fuel,asked him where he's coming from and where he's going...He only told me he would sell it in New London so i told him that it's impossible to do that without a licence, and will be fined. He refused to pay the fine(actually he didn't speak at all for 10 min). http://img855.imageshack.us/i/screen8f.png Requesting to be put in BPA's Blacklist untill fine is paid.
Stepped away from the desk to hit the tradelanes for a nice change of pace. A little patrol across New London does wonders for the soul.
Received a transmission from a DSE pilot requesting that both he and his Liberty Gunboat escort be allowed to dock on BPA Newgate. I thought that a tad odd, and so made myself available for escort duties. He failed to reveal that an inebriated LPI officer was already performing this task.
I insisted on the LPI officer returning to Liberty space before he hurt himself, or others, and conducted the escort the rest of the way there. Upon reaching Newgate, the DSE Captain carefully manuevered through the mines and unloaded his cargo. I escorted him and the Liberty Gunboat captain back out of Manchester up to the Magellan jump gate.
Thereupon, the drunk LPI officer met back up with the two and they carried on with their trade run unimpeded. I just hope that he doesn't get involved in some drunk flying accident.
Anyways, the events are all recorded here in my guncam images...

During brief observation of the Edinburgh system I noticed strange activity within Islay ice cloud. I ignored it firstly, thinking that was just another blink of lighting. However 'blink' answered to my hail, refusing to hand me over documents, confirming his identity.
I moved closer to signal of this object, and it appeared to be Corsair terrorist, flying their heavy fighter. I failed to persuade him to surrender, however he himself released two our officers into my hands. Unfortunately he posed significant threat to the locals, so I quickly finished him off. I brough remnants of ship to the Liverpool border station, however there wasn't pod... Strange, huh?

I completed a short patrol from New London to Liverpool Station in Manchester. Fought some rookies and I took a single prisoner who I took to BPA Newgate.
After arriving back in New London I joined a battle with Chief Inspector Hidamari, Jnr. Constable Taylor and others against corsairs. We took no losses and drove them back with the help of a battleship.
Later, I completed some missions with Junior Constable Taylor under the instruction of Chief Inspector Hidamari. We destroyed some molly, corsair, gaian and outcast bases, weapon platforms and ships. All were successes with no friendly losses.

Good Evening Officers;
Well. It was busy, to say the least. I had some difficulty with the ship computer, thankfully it settled down in fairly short order (Thank God, I don't think I could've stood everything jumping around.). Once that was sorted, I headed down to Planet New London, and from there to Southampton, to rendezvous with Chief Inspector Hidamari. Thankfully she had a bit more clout with those damn fitters, turned out they weren't Out of stock after all.

Encounter One:
We chanced upon a Zoner Whale out by Birmingham. Nothing illegal, though the ship wasn't carrying any advanced repair materials. Since we didn't want anyone out there trying to fix it with a welding torch and duct tape, the Chief Inspector had him dock and procure them.
I'd request he be placed on the Blacklist for addressing her as 'Sir.'
Encounter Two:
Returned to New London having found nothing save a damaged Starflier in Magellan (Call me optimistic, but somehow, I don't think that qualifies as a threat to the crown.). Chief Inspector Hidimari had broken off for tea and paperwork at this point. However; once I was in range of the Planet's comms network Cdre.John.Clay of the BAF contacted me, enquiring about a Hogosha presence. While I'd seen nothing of the sort, I relocated to Dublin for purposes of a search.
There were no signs of the Hogosha, but I did pick up a suspiciously intoxicated Molly on comms. Despite scans of all the major fields, I couldn't locate him. I daresay he retreated into the Molly field, where my Hussar couldn't follow (It really is quite heavily mined. Not the faintest idea as to how they navigate it safely. And drunk.). Rather than hang around, I set course for New London, and tea of my own.
Encounter Three
An idea which proceeded to fly out the nearest window once I hit New London Orbit.
Firstly, I came across a Democritus [Miranda.Lawson] hauling far more than the normal allocation of weapons, something I would have questioned her on had all hell not broken loose. Scans were archived.
I contacted docking control and ordered the suspension of civilian operations from the New London ring until support arrived, in the form of the Chief and two BAF Officers, by which point all combatants had (typically) fled to Dublin.
There was a brief interrogation of the Outcast, Chenzo, I believe and the Freelancers which ultimately amounted to nothing, though it appears the Hogosha and Mollies broke off.
Encounter Four
On the way back to New London; we stumbled across a Hedgemon Miner/Transport showing Kusari Naval Forces affiliation. Long story short, through much use of a translator, Lieutenant Commander Evyn of the BAF convinced the thing to dock and get it's computer sorted out. Since New London control didn't blast it out of the sky, that seemed to be the logical conclusion.

Good Evening once again;
Just a brief note, I headed out to Leeds to assist Junior Constable Wright with an Order reconnaissance vessel, regrettably the thing clocked before I could get to it.
Though on the way back to New London we did stumble on something interesting... What appeared to be a Corsair Vessel, but was carrying civilian papers. Presumably some poorly thought out ruse. Regardless, we pursued it into the er.... Field'¦ you know, the one near Trafalgar.
I ordered him to halt, and (thankfully) he did, albeit temporarily.
Scans revealed the presence of three Bounty Hunter Pilots on board, confirmed by the suspect. On request to drop them he instead docked with Trafalgar Base, on the grounds that the Junker's had funded his little 'hunt.'
In any case, fines (To the tune of 1 000 000 Credits) have been issued, and I'll be in contact with the Junkers.

I began my patrol at BPA Newgate (See Attachment 1) and made my way to New London. I patrolled around New London. Near southampton shipyard I ran into David Robins who I found out on scanning his cargo hold, was carrying a Bretonian Armed Forces pilot. I had him halt and brought it to his attention. He dropped the pilot who I brought on board. (See Attachment 2) I contacted one of the BAF Vessels in Salisbury who told me to drop the pilot off at a Military Installation, so I made my way to the Norfolk and dropped off the pilot. (See Attachment 3)
I made my way to the Cambridge system and whilst there, I aided a citizen with a problem with hackers, and on my way to Cambridge I recieved a call from Constable Taylor who had scanned a ship in New London carrying light arms. I met them at the New London jump gate and we proceeded to Cambridge. On our way to Escort the gentleman to the Omega 3 jumpgate I stopped a rhineland military vessel (See Attachment 4) and then escorted him to the Omega 3 jumpgate.
I then patrolled through the New London system again with nothing of note happening, however I did recieve intelligence of a trader bringing in military vehicles to Cambridge so I made my way there to intercept the offender. (See Attachment 5) When I Stopped him I called for Constable Taylor to provide backup and I searched through the restricted cargo list to see if Problematic Trader had a licence to carry his cargo. However the list I used was out of date and at this time, constable Taylor arrived. However Problematic Cargo began to run and we began our pursuit. We followed him to the Leeds system where I lost him through in Edinburgh, however I found out his location thanks to hints provided by him, however when I arrived with other officers, we were too late and he ran to Magellan. He came back into Leeds but we didn't notice until it was too late where he escaped into Magellan and into California.
I proceeded back to New London and ended my patrol. (See Attachment 6) Transmission End...

Patrolled New London, found a ship carrying 2 light arms. [See photo 2 for ship and photo 3 for his cargo] Ordered him to stop, he claimed his light arms was for his security crew, just in case of an attack from pirates. I told him to go through to cambridge jump gate as there was aload of corsairs firing upon us both. Once through the gate the same thing happened again, so told him to orbit planet cambridge. He complied and kept telling me the light arms was for his crew. Junior Constable Chris Wilkinson was there and told him to pay a fine of 600,000 credits to me or hand the light arms over. Captain Dering decided to pay the fine [See photo 4 for payment and photo 5 for transfer to BPA)Anvil] and to be escorted to the Omega 3 Jumpgate. We also advised him to apply for a license next time, if he wanted to carry light arms for his crew.
I then assisted Junior Constable Chris Wilkinson to aprehend a guy name Problematic.Cargo. Failed to capture.

As I started a new Patrol I decided to scan a ship acting suspiciously. When I scanned it, I noticed he had 8x Bretonia Armed Forces Pilots, 2x Bretonia Police Pilots and 10x Civilian Pilots. I then proceeded to ask him to halt and asked him why he was carrying them. At which point he started firing at me. Junior Constable Chris Wilkinson then came in to provide back up. Unfortunately Chris' ship was destroyed and mine was damaged. I decided to quickly tractor Chris' escape pod and send him to New London hospital. While I was on planetside, I got more nanobots and shield generators. When I exited, Vikarr was outside waiting. I called K.Hidamari for backup and started to pursue Vikarr. He then proceeded to flee to the Southampton debris field where I lost him.
