I understand that, but people will always have reservations when you're writing it in such a way that it appears like the only goal of your interaction with the Outcasts is to secure for yourselves the unrestricted use of the Sabre, which is widely considered to be the best VHF in the mod at this very moment.
If you really want to describe the details of your future interactions with the 101st, mention any other ones that you have in mind as well so that it isn't just a venture for super cool equipment. For example I always assumed that part of the goals for interaction would be for the Brigands to become richer by becoming a cardamine partner... and not particularly by fighting a proxy war in Tau-23? Because, and I am sorry to say this, that just makes this faction seem more and more similar to the LE by being not concentrated on the piracy and the profit gain, but on the fighting and some wars that shouldn't concern you too much. Remember your main statement for this faction is to make a faction that goes hand in hand with Brigand lore. The Brigands are in a way the Gallia Rogues, so...

Would you guys just fricking play the damn game already ?
Those arguments are just laughable. Sanctions here, sanctions there. Just try to take care of your problems ingame, and with roleplay, instead of relying on rules/admins/sanctions et cetera.

Pathetic. From both sides.
Who said anything about any sanctions?
And how am I supposed to solve these problems ingame? Can you give me a tip?
Are you telling me we should read this writeup and then go ingame and kill the bastards?
Also, in what way is this comment of yours constructive to our discussion?
As far as I remember, The Council is not on the best terms with the Outcasts.
When it comes to that, how do you intend to solve the issues?
Council has every right to blow up your Cardamine smuggling transports.
So, you will probably have to pick a side. Just saying.

It is every Corsair's responsibility to die a beautiful death in defense of Crete, regardless of how OORP or how capwhoring the opposition is. Launch your fighter, joust the battlecruisers and die a beautiful death. Then, drink it down in the bar.

Uh, not sure really. The OC didn't like the Council coming out the north end of Gallia, but the two groups aren't really on speaking terms.
Brigands deal with both sides cause both sides have money, we'll try to avoid falling out with either of them.
Is there really not a more imaginative and original name than Council of Elders? >.>
Other than that, more people in Gallia = awesome, and remember that competition is the breeding ground of innovation, and in this case, hopefully interesting encounters and whatnot.
So I think this may be a good thing for everyone involved, including the LE, whether you wish to allow then to create a Molly Council like faction or not.

If anyone can come up with a better name, I'm sure Igiss will be interested.
Perhaps that's something the CoA and LE can work on together.

I said ingame and with roleplay. Which includes forum roleplay. There are more forms of roleplay than just "go ingame and kill the bastards".
The +LE+ is basically butthurt because someone's trying to "steal" their official status. I've seen the word sanction, rule, admin a few times on earlier pages. And exactly this is a fact that makes disco screwed up. The thinking of some people. Trying to sort every problem with rules or with the help of admins that don't even exist in roleplay, rather than trying to sort things with RP. If, in roleplay, the +LE+ feels threatened by this new group, they can consider planning about future attempts of a coup, instead of running to the admins and crying about losing your official status.
