You really do speak from a position of ignorance. I joined the Coalition for the benefit of the Corsair nation, for the people I love. Because I belive that revolution will feed more starving children than theft. Where is the divided loyalty there? Do you love your father more than your mother?
You apologise to Ivan and claim to give him freedom, but you refuse to let himself and my other men and women defend themselves. That is division right there. A lack of decisiveness.

No flames here, I don't think, Ares is just rather extreme in his politics...
If you consider Pedro's recommendation to distance ourselves from you, for at least the time being, an insult, then we know the mentality of your kind, Ivan. You do fight well, you do make sacrifices, that much is clear. But we cannot and will not bow down to the will of the Coalition. I see now it was a mistake to believe that you and your kind fight because of anything but orders. You will sit idle to let us die if you were so ordered to. I don't blame you, I blame the person who gives the order; it is becoming ever clearer who the order will, or has already come from.
None of the Brotherhood will back down.
None of the Brotherhood will give in.
None of the Brotherhood will rely on a traitor.
Not anymore.
End Transmission.

You refer to your brothers, dismissively as kids. You are stubborn, and disrespectful to my friends.
You do not do everything in your power to help your brothers, instead you seek to divide us under the thinning visage of trying to achieve unity "at the point of a gun".
You seek only the best for your only cause. You have abandoned and betrayed those that would never seek to do the same to you. You desire only the furthering of the causes sought by the Coalition. If they coincide with ours for a time, then you hide it with that. I was your friend Ares, but now we must go our separate ways.
What will you do when, in fifty years, you are old and battle weary, and you see the glorious nation of the Corsairs rise to dominate Sirius, and you are left on the sidelines, wearing a tattered Coalition badge and dented medals. That will be all you have left of your great cause. Yet you will cling on to your ideals of socialism and continue to fight a lost battle until you can not even get into your ship. Your stubbornness is so typical of those that choose to leave their home in search of a new cause.
Remember, in the future, it was your choice and not ours.
I will never abandon Crete, orders or no. Many of my pilots, such as Dimitri Jovovich would join me.
Secondly... I betrayed noone! My comrades and I received disrespect and blasterfire, but nobody ever rushes to defend us! The Coalition's cause, my cause, benefits the people of Crete! Bread for the starving, damnit!
You aren't going to conquer Sirius without the unity I suggest. The Rheinlanders will destroy you. You know this.
This breaks my heart more than Pedro's death-rattle. My friend, my brother, you don't have to turn your back on me and betray me like this. I would never do that to any of my friends, least of all yourself...

My my, I must say I wasn't to happy when I signed on my comm center to receive all this from Commander Ares. I'm not pleased about it at all. Let me explain something while I still remain here.
From what you can see, any hostilities made between the Coalition and the other Corsairs were not our intentions. We are there to help the Corsairs where we can. There have been only a few independent Corsairs that have chosen to fight along side us then fire on us, and it was smart of them to do so. But as for the rest, they chose to fire on our ships instead of removing the threat that remained in Gamma... And, as you should know, when hostilities start with the SCRA, they won't end. My apologies, but that is our way of doing things.
If the TBH believe that the SCRA are causing problems within Omicron Gamma, then we shall leave. We do not want to cause hostilities between our two alliances. There will be no more comm chatter from any SCRA member other then Commander Ares within your comm center from now on. Unless I chose to contact you once again.
The SCRA are returning to Omega 52. The order is sent... There will be no more of this.
Commodore Stakhanov is a good man and means well, but he can shove it. I'm not abandoning my brothers or my home. Several of my wingmen will be staying with me.

I'm sorry to disobey by showing my face in this chatter again. This is to prove a point, I'm not here on orders. Following them isn't my forte. That would explain my rank, and the level of respect I receive within the Coalition. I have remained here, for the same reason I remain in the coalition. The cause I fight for is to protect my friends.
I once looked up to Pedro, actually I still do. He was the first Corsair I ever truly trusted, and mainly the reason I fought for Crete. Now as the final showing of my loyalty to those I call "friend" I will let the decision of whether or not I truly stay, rest on the shoulders of the legacy of Pedro Maniaco. That means the choice is yours, Teresa Chavez.
In that case, you have ample time to discuss this issue in person. I am sending these messages from the Council chambers on the northern hemisphere of Crete. Be there in five minutes, both of you.
We will discuss what has been said, and what will be said, there in the chambers.
Excuse the door, an accident occured earlier and the engineers have not yet been called to fix the aging hinges.
Had decent activity in Unknown and Gamma entrance lately. While a navy tagged Rheinland battleship holding both Gaian and Corsair crew was disabled upon engaging one of our vessels, on the other hand we managed to eradicate a RoS sabre and his Outcast companion in quick succession thanks to assistance in time.
