When the transport bests the pirate by managing to dock, then it sounds unfair to be punished by the 4h rule.
We Mollys jus got done testin' this new rule out in Leeds.
The slow speed of cruisers makes it kindof hard to intercept people dropping of the trade lanes, as long as their not afk trading.
But the afk traders souls are delicious noms.
Just 2 questions to Cannon/Devs:
1: Have you checked the shield change idea?
If transport shields and capital ships guns are changed to special separate class of guns and shields, the transport shields would be able to reflect the extra cruiser/battleships DPS and reduce it to heavy GB DPS level, so cruisers vs Transports wont be overkill.
2: Can you add 5.7 back but only if the transport docks?
Situation : Transport undocks from base- there is pirate making demand, transport dock- 4 hours out of system.
The transports should leave the system for 4 hours only if they got killed. Base docking shall be exception for transport vessels.

Caps have CD removed - Transports CM increased - Force Caps not to have the ability to pirate on their own. Force them to have a fighter escort for CD.
