Female victim (Ms Alice Dane, a Libertonian) taken in by local police forces, twin puncture wounds to the neck synchronous with wounds observed in deceased victims. Arterial bleeding was absent, though the victim showed an unusual aversion to light and touch. Broken limbs were present in the majority of fatal cases, though absent in Ms Dane. Due to weather conditions (Rain on Leeds? I thought they'd have prepared for it...), medical aid was delayed, leading to the administration of iron-based medication. No side effects observed. Full mission log is available above.
Little information is available regarding Mr Everrest (Though I would question his sanity.) He appears to model himself after a vampire, as to why this may be, I haven't the faintest. I'll leave the psychoanalysing to the professionals on this one. Regardless, the symptoms produced in his victims to appear genuine, I'd be putting my money on some chemical concoction or another.
Local police (A Mr Coulton. Seemed the only one with something resembling credibility) suspect Mr Everrest to be responsible for the destruction of the home of his adopted parents, due to fire. Falls outside the usual M.O in my opinion, but it could be worth further investigation. Other than that, we've got little else to go on aside from his fleeing Leeds. As they say, innocent men don't run.
Seeing as we've got forty-eight bodies on our hands here, I've issued a warrant for his apprehension.
I have been patroling around Leeds system and I saw this man hanging around the orbit of Leeds planet. I intercepted and escorted him to Newgate. On the way there we traveled in open space to Newgate from New London gate. Half way Mr Everrest tried to run by jumping into Newcastle JH. I managed to intercept, destroy the ship and get the pod. After that I transported the pod to Newgate prison station and suspect is in prison right now awaiting trial.
I set off with my patrol today from New London planet.
After quick sweep around the Cambridge , Manchester , New London and Newcastle systems I stoped for usual scanning duty on Leeds orbit.
I didn't even cooled my engines when I spotted a Pirate Transport ship heading into open space pass the blocade.
I chased him down and stoped in middle of the lane to Stokes. He was carrying Military Vehicles without License and when asked if he has one , he said he got it and started running. I checked that he hadn't the propoer papers for it. He didn't comply to orders and opened fire on me. I returned fire and after hard fight I destroyed his ship but he managed to destroy the cargo. When I was dealing with him a Zoner , Falcata class ship atacked me in the back ... he was obviously trying to assist the criminal. He managed to escape when I was busy with the transport ship. I contacted him later and told him that he needs to pay a fine for assault on Police officer on duty.

I also managed to stop a Interspace ship with Samura transponder carrying Light Arms...he complied. Fixed the transponder and droped the cargo cause he had no license for it. He also paid a fine of 1500 per unit of 2600 units which was 3 900 000 in total.I will transfer the money as soon as possible to BPA)Anvil.

And the even crazier Gallic Navy Battleship that entered Dublin and was attacked by a multitude of BPA and BAF bombers.

After patrolling around Leeds the Joker and the Misitry of ban came and 'banned' the Dublin Jumphole. Though before BPA or BAF forces could fully assemble a Kusari Battleship entered the field, a HMS destroyer engaged and was backed up by my SRD Challanger. It's wouldv'e gone well at the arrvial of a HMS battleship if the Ministy hadn't joined forces with the Kusari. After losing the destuction of the Kusari and HMS battleships another Kusari Battleship showed up which for fortunetly followed by several Bretonian ones which defeated and drove the joint Kusari/Ministy forces back to Stokes.
Also stopped a transport, JonnyCrack, carrying Military vechiles who was stop and paid for the License.
Also with some luck I managed to find a few lose camera shots of previous fights which I added to my more recent ones here:
-After hearing of a pirate gunboat in Leeds I tracked it to the West field in Leeds and destroyed it.
-On the way back, which took me past the Dublin JH, I ran across a Molly PT which I chased and destroyed at the Edinburgh JG.
-This one was some crazy nut I believe who ran around in a Arrrow, eventully managed to knock him out with a mine in Cortez.
-What I vagely remember on this one was some merc that he apperently wanted collect a bounty on me, he dropped mines like the devil and ended up running into it's own at the end.

Little to report on the latest patrol, got a lead from a Planetform pilot regarding a ship carrying Gaian Wildlife, intercepted the vessel and during questioning it was my impression that he was ignorant to Bretonian law in the matter and I took the opportunity to enlighten him and to fine him.
I'd like to note that I have undertaken several patrols together with Superintendent Marloe during which time we've engaged hostile vessels on more than one occasion.
I would also like to request that you consider promoting me from Junior Constable to Constable, if you take a look at my hours, my after hours visit to Christy's and my new position handling the bounty board, I hope you agree with me that I've proven myself enough to become a proper Constable

I currently setting up my office on Prison Liner " Scotland's Yard ". I am gonna use it as mobile headquarters for the CCD. Miranda Bailey is currently commanding the ship under my orders. I must say that so far our cooperation is going well.
As for the report.
We, Me and ship pilot Constable Miranda Bailey,have started our duty from Leeds planet and headed into for the Magellan JH. On the way there scanners detected incomming hostile soon identified as Lane Hacker bomber class ship, codename : maxtor . I followed the said cirminal to the Camrbidge system via the JH in Leeds. After trying to talk with suspect , he opened fire without warning of which I orderer Ms Bailey to return fire. While we were trying to take that ship down I called for some help and soon reinforcments from Leeds orbit came. Junior Constable Morgan Hamilton and
Superintendent Kyle Marloe engaged the target and Mr Hamilton shot the final blow to that criminal scum existance.
After clearing that I order Ms Bailey to perform patrol around Cambridge, New London and Manchester systems. We finished the patrol and all trade lanes were clear.
After that we came back to Leeds orbit where Mr Vicente was intercepted with Military equipment. He had no license and after quick explenation he paid for it.
He some how managed to crawl out of the wrecked salvager in the docking bay and managed to escape. There were no casualties althouth the docking bay was blocked for several hours and was damaged due to the size of that vessel.
He has been placed on the Most Wanted list and all units are tohunt down and force that individual to pay for his crime. Bring him to justice or remove him from Bretonia space.
Another thing I would like to place here. There is a pirate wondering around Bretonia latly under a name of " WhySoCute ". He is well armed and dangerous and managed to atack and damage the Prison Ship " Scotland's Yard ". All units should intercept and destroy his ship at all costs.
