Officers,
Certain unknown events have taken place in the system of Colorado recently that lead to a complete loss of communications with the Attica Supermax High Security Prison, along with the detection of an SOS signal submitted by the prison by an LSF patrol. The Security Force contacted High Command after receiving said signal and the Excelsus was dispatched to the location of Attica to make sure that the prison is operating safely.
When the Excelsus arrived at the coordinates where the prison should be, it was immediately apparent that the prison was not there. Upon further investigation by the LSF it was determined that the missing minefield, or rather what remained of it, that used to surround the station - Zone 84 - were located within the sector 5/6 in the Foxtrot-Golf grids respectively within the system.
Our current objective is to scout the coordinates provided to us by the LSF and see if we can find any clues that would lead us to understanding what happened to Attica Supermax. Myself and Assistant Commissioner Tricia Reyes will be in charge of any operations regarding this subject and we will be the ones running the initial scouting mission.
Detailed orders to relevant departments follow:
All Blackwatch Fleet assets apart from the Florence are to be immediately relocated into Colorado, Planet Denver orbit, in order to assist any LPI and LSF elements in the area and ensure the safety of our operations in the nearby sectors.
All LPI assets operating within the system of Colorado or taking part in this operation in any way, shape or form are to directly cooperate with operatives of the Liberty Security Force present in the vicinity.
Battleship Rio Grande is to be relocated to Denver's orbit in order to reinforce the area.
Every ship heading to or from Colorado are to be scanned for possible information regarding this incident. Direct cooperation with the Department of Homeland Security of the LSF will be in place in case the need arises to arrest an individual who is suspected to have information and/or direct involvement with the incident.
The Eastern part of Colorado is to be put under lockdown. No civilian traffic is to be allowed through.
The public or anyone who is not directly involved with this operation are not allowed to investigate the case or have knowledge of it. As far as outside groups are concerned, this is but a mere training exercise.
Any intelligence gathered on the incident is to be documented in this channel so that High Command can process it.
That is all.
Good luck ladies and gentlemen.
