in case you don t even remember that license - it was a registration of all military grade vessels ( in short, all ships that carry weapons ) of any size and purpose. ( but only ships from military factions )

i hope you haven t forgotten about them, cause - the people payed money for it, and i am sure they wouldn t like to know their money to be lost in the liberty bureaucracy.

As for your wondering off the 'Liberty Licenses List' Heading, it is not showing any Callsigns as that was meant as a general title, the rest are sub headins, please forgive me for this error.
