My name is Charles Xanthias, an Administrator for the group you know as Legion. It took some time to process several plans for your group as well as others, which is why this transmission may seem as if it came out of nowhere.

Several days back, perhaps you can recall an engagement within Puerto Rico, specifically a base under your own banner, La Fortaleza. A band of rogue Liberty naval ships had entered your space and laid siege to your construct. Legion forces had assisted in its defense. My unit there, whom you'll remember as Matrix, had informed me that the Congress would be willing to participate in..business?

Well I'd like to open up on that offer, it might seem a bit direct but at least it'll get us off at a start. But before anything, I'll give you an insider on what Legion exactly is. We're a group -even corporation- of people working closely with and for, technology. It is indeed true that several of our operatives used to be Junkers, hence why we specialize in salvaging technology, but on a higher level. Currently we are looking to expand our horizons and for that, as you have guessed, we need friends. So, getting to business..

You've seen for yourself how..useful Legion units can be on the battlefield, as a start, I'd like to offer our continued support in the defense of Puerto Rico directly. In exchange for access to your bases within the system. Let's just call it the base of any relations we may have in the future, I'm well aware of what the Congress is capable of. You need not think and decide in a restrained manner of the request, I'm open to suggestions.

Sorry for the delayed response. As you know time is money and we've been excessively busy lately. I was there at the siege of La Fortaleza and I can testify myself that your help was most welcome and appreciated. Your offer is acceptable. You'll have docking rights at the base you helped defend, La Fortaleza, so you can always come in through Texas.

The Drunken Junker pub is aboard La Fortaleza. It's a nice place to relax and do a bit o' business if you like. You'll find that after your part in our recent battle your creds are no good at the bar.
