DSE IDed miner fills 5k ore in less then 3 min in Omega 7.
I understand that the risks are higher but the last 3-4 times when I visited the miners there to tax them I found only DSE IDed miners there. May be it is not clever idea to give such bonuses.

So why have you singled out this particular case may I ask and not suggested that all x4 mining bonuses get nerfed? For every ore (except for Platinum QQ) there is an ID that will give a x4 bonus and drop rate in O7 is standard for good ore deposits. If miners are filling quickly there, then it just means it's the field isn't being drained much so the yield remains on the maximum.
Edit: Just realised that you were probably going on about why DSE is in Omega as they shouldn't be. Well that's just poor RP on the miners side. Kruger also gives a x4 and IMG a x3 so they would be just as good. It would probably take a lot of work for admins to code ID's drop rates to individual fields instead of just the ores, but it might be possible.

Saw pretty much of the DSE guys in omega 7 the past weeks.
If the Kruger gets the same as DSE then the whole mining thing on the low populated server is insane.
I just rob the fellows but filling 5k in 3 min. it is just wrong. I see no reason to use the said field depletion plugin at all.
It is contra productive towards activity and allows miners to make fast huge amounts of money in empty server without any interaction.
The said plug-in would be 10 times better if the miners manage to mine faster when the server have more people instead of encouraging people not not to interact and to make cash only when none is there..
Proportional increment based on the population combined with small buff compared to the total depleted field would be a way better and wise choice.

Well then how about increasing ore price, but decreasing mining bonus. That way you can make the same amount of money in the same amount of time, but it will be one longer mine, rather than several smaller mining sesssions.
Also maybe change sell prices to encourage smuggling into the foreign nations, rather than encouraging the actual forgeing miners to come into the mining nation.
