Once upon a time the Bounty Hunter ID had the ability to collect lawful bounties without registering for the specific lawful Bounty Boards unless such registration is required by the Bounty Board owner.
The new bounty hunting rules does not seems to include such line.
This is removed on purpose or by mistake? Admin input would be perfect.
