As the title says, would it be possible to change the rep forced by the ID? I noticed the Congress set their rep to CR as unfriendly, could that be bumped up to neutral so that our group can start some RP?
Start the RP and get the work done, if everything goes well, ask CR to file a player request and it'll be properly reviewed. Rephacks are based on the current diplomacy stance of factions on the server/in lore, and according to the official factions, the -0.3 rephack seems to suit the occasion for now. If things change, shouldn't be a problem updating the rephack.
