Greetings and salutations, honorable Dragons! My name is Ozei Ruousha. In the past, I have been known as a Freelancer, most notably one in service to the Sisterhood of the Chrysanthemums, with a bit of work for you Dragons on the side.
In the past, I have held fairly positive relations with the Blood Dragons. I wish to re-establish these relations, in the hopes that both myself and Hideyoshi's warriors may benefit.
I wish to obtain docking rights with Blood Dragon bases in order to run supplies for the Dragons. I also wish to request a place to stay on Ryuku Base. Presently, my options for bunking in Kusari are... Rather limited, and Ryuku would be far enough out of the way to conceal myself from prying eyes.
There is another subject that I wish to bring up. About three years ago, I was gifted with a Red Wyrm "Tanto" craft after having delivered mass amounts of supplies to the Dragons ((Refer Post #8)). The vessel has proven to be more than adequate in performing certain tasks, but lately I have found little use for it. Do you wish for me to keep and maintain the Tanto regularly so that it does not fall into disrepair, or would you have me relinquish the craft to Blood Dragon engineers? Your input on this subject is appreciated.
If there are any specific supplies that the Dragons are in need of, simply say the word, and I shall do my best to move some shipments as quickly as possible. On that note, if there is anything that you wish to inquire of me relating to this transmission, or any other subject matter, you have only to ask.

Konnichiwa respected Ozei, I am Naoko Shimizu of the Blood Dragons BD, and I currently act as public representative for the present time.
I personally, went through your database in the Dragon records and have managed to dig up a few information. Nevertheless, those have exhibited friendly attitude of your towards us. I expected that, owing to the fact that you are confident of having a strong relationship with the sisterhood. Your re-establishment of the relations with us is welcomed and we would be glad to have another helping hand to our goals & motives. *she smiles*
Your request for permission to dock at Dragon bases have been received. We will be making it sure that ship identifiable with your papers and transponder, be given access to at the docking control. However, the process will take a little bit of time as anticipated but we will be providing the access within five hours from now.
I would suggest, meanwhile, to send us the vessel clarification and necessary Identification within the time.
Your request for a boarding at Ryuku is pending and needs a bit of paperworks from your side. I have sent you the document as attached, just make sure to sign in the papers and bring it along with you to Ryuku once confirmed. I must say Ryuku base is a fairly quiet place, although quite a number of transports and our patrols dock at the base before travelling elsewhere. And prior to your boarding I shall warn you that, even though Ryuku is far away from the forces impact but still the space around there is dangerous and evil itself. Watch out your stay.

About the Tanto, as much as we would like the ship to be performing the way it is, we won't be shoving it to you forcefully, If you find the ship has run out of its purpose, you can always have our engineers take a look at it. Furthermore, if you want it to be exchanged, just have a say about the deal. But ofcourse, in that case, do send us the details of your ship in here. *smiles*
I currently couldn't connect with the commodity sections at the stations, so, I got no such list of required items, but yes, we will be forwarding you a list as soon as the stocks are finalised. I hope you will be more than helping hand during that time.

The transponder call signs for my vessels are fairly obvious, so there should be no mistaking who I am for someone else, although my cargo hauling vessel is known as Ozei's.Swift.Endeavor. It is a smaller trade craft - a Camara Freighter, in fact. Although this means that supply shipments shall be as vast, their delivery times shall be cut down considerably! Not to mention that only the lightest of fighter craft shall be able to intercept me.
I shall certainly have your engineers have a look at my Tanto craft, so that it may be brought up to snuff again. The offer to trade out my Tanto for another craft is an intriguing one, however. I have been considering looking into obtaining a vessel with a little more firepower than my old Orchid.. But, more on that later.
I am fully aware of the dangers presented by flying around the system in which Ryuku is located. My vessels and my mind are well enough equipped to deal with any evils that may lie within.
